Not good at all, the fish and chips are horrible. Nothing is cooked fresh, the batter is awful, it smelt funny too. Couldn't even eat it.

Lunch time disaster! My son and I grabbed a chippy today. The lady behind the counter asked my son what he was laughing at.. eh nothing he had a mask on! Drowned his food in tomato sauce, binned it as inedible. Chips were cold. Hot and kicking was the worst, soggy chicken and the salad limp, binned the roll As it too was solid hard! Used to be a fantastic chippy! ☹️

Ordered half chicken and chips . Haddock and chips . Worse takeaway I’ve ever had . The chicken was wet tasted of water and cold fat left a greasy taste in my mouth was not edible . Haddock was just okay . We are on holiday and thankfully will not be visiting Marios again .

Moorfield Main StreetDecided to cheat dinner (again!) We like the Hunters Stables as we have been before with the whole family. Proper Italian food made as it should be and presented in a professional manner. The staff were friendly and professional, making sure we had everything we needed.

Weensland RoadA warm, friendly welcome walking into a tastefully decorated hotel was nice. The room was spacious, well decorated and immaculate, as was the rest of the hotel. Evening meal was plentiful and well cooked in a pleasant dining room. Breakfast had plenty of options and very tasty. The staff really make sure you are well looked after in this lovely hotel. Mansfield house certainly lives up to its 4 star rating and we would happily stay here again.
