Thought we would try here for a change. There pizza was great Lots of chicken tikka on the pizza. There bbq chicken kebab was excellent & the way I like it. 5 stars banging

Please get the delivery door number correct being threatened by a neighbour next door because your delivery driver can't read is not very appetising won't be getting delivery again

The MOST AMAZING FOOD EVER. Me and my family came here for the first time and the food was so nice. They made it fresh and their hospitality was really nice. We were all satisfied with the food and the hospitality they gave. WOULD 100% RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Hadn't ordered from the manzil in over 10 years but thought I'd try after it being under new management 1st order: was decent enough 2nd order: I didn't get what I ordered Tonight's order: cold food. If you were the only takeaway in the port you'd maybe get off with it but every second shop is a kebab shop. Won't ever order again

Pizza base about half inch thick was more base than topping

Still waiting on my food, over 2 hours. Was told it was out with the driver, to then be told they are waiting on a driver so it’s not left the store. DO NOT ORDER IF YOU ARE HUNGRY AS COULD BE COUPLE OF DAYS WAIT!!

nice pizza, very pleasant girl on phone when i called up to see where it was, ordered att 5:09 and arrived 6:45 supposed to be here at 6, my 7 year old son has no patience and i had to end up cooking for him - waste of money

Great food cooked to perfection

2 hours after estimated time. Called once was told was leaving the store called back an hour later as haven’t arrived to be told it was also just leaving the store. The food was hot and enjoyed. But probs won’t order again as took 3 hours since I placed my order.

Made order at 5 and came at 7.30 was cold call to tell them to be told they wear busy… won’t be ordering again

Waited 3 hours for and order that was burnt, reheated, hard and inedible. Things were wrong and stuff missing.

No one will answer at the shop? Ordered well over a hour ago. Not got my food at all expect a refund.

Food says delivered but its an hour or over late and everytime I order always over an hour late delivering. Restraint excuse is its too busy

Waited over hour and a half for a cold dry pizza to be delivered. Never never use this take away.

My order was well over an hour late, the order had 2pizzas missing and 1 basmati rice missing 1pizza was replaced yet another wait, our kebabs were cold, I phoned the restaurant repeatedly to be told it was on its way I have still not received my refund absolutely atrocious service I am appalled

Order twice from Manzils now, both absolute trash! 🤮 Poor quality, over cooked yet stone cold. Just tasted like you were eating old soggy leftovers. The garlic Mayo is clearly watered down. Seriously don't waste your money! Go to the Village across the street and they are a million times better!

food was good! the order was late by 1 hour. And they gave me the wrong juice. Disappointed

I’m a regular and I’m sorry but the vegetable pakora in the last few orders has been burned to a crisp. Totally inedible. It shouldn’t leave the premises in that state. What’s going on?

Driver sat in car instead of delivering to door and a "tikka meal" was 5 bits of lamb without any sauce.

Food was over an hour late delivery driver clearly didn’t have a clue and kept saying 5 mins to the counter staff, food ended up being delivered stone cold unsurprisingly considering it had been with the driver for over 50 mins alone. Can’t rate the food itself as it was cold pizza was edible after being reheated but I won’t reheat chips. The counter staff (Kaitlyn) said they’d put £10 in credit behind the till for my next order and to let her know when the food actually arrives and if there were any other issues I contacted her to let her know the food had arrived but was cold she advised that they would contact me back once her boss had returned as he had to go out and do deliveries to pick up the slack…still waiting for that phone call two days later. I’ve now requested a refund through just eat instead.

Came with out box or pakara and the hamburger meal didn't come with a can either ! Disappointing

Ordered the wrong item ended up with my curry in puri my fault 110%,however I did not recieve rice and when I rang to enquire about my order the restaurant were very kind( despite my ignorance) and delivered another meal asap, top marks Manzilas as usual

Ordered a 16 inch pizza but got a 12 inch, missing extra garlic dip we paid for.

first order food was overcooked and late, resent order out too which chips where still half frozen 😂

Ordered food at 7.40pm with an estimated delivery time between 8.20 and 8.40pm, after calling at 9.10pm they were just making it fresh with an excuse about the slips, didn't receive food untill 9.40. with missing sauce.

The food was excellent, but the wrap is not satiating

For the 3rd time delivery driver failed to deliver the full order at the same time !!!!!........ so very disappointed

Food wasn't the best I've had. Bit stale ss though it had been reheated.

Delivery was late, pizza was nice but stone cold, ordered 2ltr bottle of Diet Coke, I received 1.25ltr bottle and a 330ml can, perhaps another can would maybe make the 2ltrs that I paid for.

I contacted the restaurant and straight away they apologised and provided an explanation. Within 5mins of this call my order was delivered. Food was outstanding

Normally really good service let down this time by being over 20 minutes late after sending me message saying my order was ready to collect. Then waiting until I was ready to leave to tell me something that I had ordered wasn’t available. The rice was over cooked which ruined the the meal. Also could maybe do with more staff at the front of the shop and working together to ensure orders are completed and keep customers updated with more accurate information. Not the usual standard maybe sometime before I order again.

This is the second order in a row that has been an hour and a half past the latest estimated delivery time. Both of which times my son has missed bed time waiting the kids meal included in my order to be delivered. I thought it was maybe weekend busyness the first time but I placed the order after 5pm on a Tuesday this time. I won’t be ordering from here again due to this regardless of the fact I enjoy the food.

Waited 2 hours for our order to then get uncooked chips very disappointed.. Can't really fault the girl who answered their phone though as she sent us a new order as quick as she could and was apologetic but by that time we received our order the feeling of hunger had passed and it wasn't cooked much better.. won't order again.

Was waiting close to 1hour 30mins called to see whats happend and they said itl be 15mins more just cancelled it, treat night wasted.

Food arrived late and was only warm, when it did eventually turned up .

Delivery was on time however the food was all overdone, most of it crispy & burnt and it was all warm at best, but not hot.

Ordered for collection. Arrived promptly and called from outside the door, as the store was mobbed. Was told it'd be an extra 5 minutes, which I was plenty happy with. After 20 minutes standing in the rain I walked in and asked about my order to be told that the final bits were coming off the grill. My pizza had obviously been sat ready for the majority of the time I was waiting. Other than "Sorry we've been really busy." And one of the staff trying to blame the girl who answered the phone (and I watched ask someone about my order) there wasn't much in the way of sincere apologies. Disappointed.

Food was late, end of night and when I rang the restaurant to ask where it was, it was closed. Have never had any probs with here before but when it eventually arrived, box had only half size of large portion ordered and food was cold and dried up. Really disappointed.

The delivery driver walked in my home without knocking which is an invasion of privacy so I’m not too happy with that but the food was good and the delivery was on time

Pizza box was crushed, food was barley warm and got sent the wrong bottle of juice….. nice job 👍🏻

Although we enjoy the food, it’s the fact that there’s always little things missing from the order. Like ordering a kids meal and no juices with it, and no explanation for why they aren’t there. Ordering some extra sauces, being charged for them and then not receiving them. Think is it really worth phoning up for 2 sauces??? But it’s annoying when you’ve paid and don’t get them.

Delivery over an hour late despite being told 30 mins previous it was on way ,food was cold and unpleasant, they threw extra portion of rice in and 1 extra poppadom 😕 insult to injury as far as I am concerned, will never return 😑

Kebab arrived with no salad on it, it was Luke warm. The prawn puri was really bland and tasteless.

Three times in a row orders have been delivered missing things. When ordering for the family someone's burger meal deal or pizza was missing, cans of juice always missing 🤔 maybe charging for them and hoping people won't chase up "just a can of juice" No longer order from Manzil which is a shame as their prices are great.

Food arrived 70 minutes later than quoted and when it did arrive, it was pretty cold and not very fresh Totally appreciate Boxing night is a busy time of year but if I'd know the delivery time was 2 hours and not 35 minutes I wouldn't have ordered

Extremely unhappy, selected a pizza but allergic to onions so commented on the comments box NO ONIONS and the pizza arrived with onions - extremely gutted. The fact the other food was next to it I’m not sure if I can enjoy! Usually the best service from Manzil

Burgers were okay but ordered tango ice blast which they didn't send also ordered chips and gravy and got plain cold chips .. Won't be ordering again .

Lovely delivery man, food was exceptional except for the burnt onion rings.

This place is disgusting we got a large mixed pakora that had literally 5 things in it no joke a large kebab that was cold a spicy mince pizza with no taste to it we always love manzil but tonight it was disgusting and women on phone didn’t help at all and guy in background wouldn’t stop swearing won’t be using here again

got 2 large munchie boxes and a got no onion rings, potato fritters or veggie pakora

One of the best Indian take aways in the area. Deliveries are usually quick and the food is always excellent.

Food was good as always except the vegetable pakora was cremated, burned black.

Called twice for updates on my order, once after waiting for 70 minutes then again 16 minutes later both times being told "it's on the way". Ordered at 17:12 and at time of writing this 18:49 it still has not arrived.

Still waiting on it. Been out for delivery for 40 mins and still waiting. It will be freezing. Over 2 hours is ridiculous

Food was cold & didn't get everything I ordered.

Ordered food at 1851 as it said delivered at 1935- 1955 . Called at 2000 to be told it’s on its way. Spoke with them 18 times and they said they were busy and driver was close. Got food at 2041. No surprise stone cold. Straight in the bin. Let them know and phoned to speak to the boss but he was out making deliveries. Maybe a follow up call would have stopped me sharing this experience

not a great experience overall, pizza was small and thin (definitely not a 12' is ordered) by the time it arrived it was cold and bread was a bit stale, very disappointing

Have not received food after 2 hours and this is not the first time. Phoned restaurant twice. First time was told “it must be out” and 2nd time told I would be called back and that was 15 mins ago.

Chicken Pakora was great, not had anything like that in a long time 👍

Worst calzone ever about 6/7 strips of donner meat was the thinnest ever calzone i have seen from there normally struggle to eat full one, but still hungry after that sad excuse seen way more meat in a small kebab 😠

Kid burger was cold and i asked for tomato sauce not mayo. Pizza was cold Chazini was watery Rice was cold.
