Mandoline Gourmet in Ealing

'Hidden gem' is overused but definitely applies here. I came across Mandoline Gourmet on Deliveroo. It was fairly new but we decided to give it a go. When the Deliveroo drivers were inexplicably taking too long, the restaurant rang me to let me know they would be taking matters into their own hands and delivering the order themselves. Exceptional, very polite customer service - something which is hard to find these days. The food itself was excellent. We had several dishes. The highlights were the chicken wraps, which were filling and had plenty of chicken while also being moist and juicy. And the triple cooked chips, which were among the best I've ever tasted. I don't often write reviews but felt the need because this place has that winning combo of top-tier food and brilliant customer service, really going out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied. I will definitely be ordering from here regularly from now on.

Found this restaurant by chance while visiting Ealing, the service was fab, really friendly and very helpful when choosing dishes. For the starters we had the pan fried prawns and the roasted aubergine, followed by the Pan fried sea bass and the ribeye steak. All the dishes were amazing, the steak melted in the mouth and all 4 dishes were so beautifully presented, it far outweighed our expectations. We couldn't resist a dessert we opted for a creme brulee and the chocolate fondant, this was again to die for. I can not recommend this restaurant enough to people. We spent a good few hours here and cant wait to return, I just I wish I lived closer so that I could visit each week.

I went here with friends on a Saturday. The atmosphere was spot on. The food, ohh my, you would think you were at a Zone 1 posh eatery. The food is super fresh, even the houmous tasted next level! There is something for everyone on the menu, the flavours are amazing, good quality produce too. It was a treat to be sure. Service was spot on, and no faffing around. I have already hit up other friends to take them here, it is a win win, with the cocktail bar next to it, so you can easily spend the evening drinking and eating with friends and family. I'll be returning for sure, most likely, time and time again :)
