I have ordered a cheese and tomato panini , I’m not too sure when a panini Is served in a pancake which is sweet but absolutely disgusting 🤢 do not go there for anything other than ice cream , this smelled really bad like the cheese must have been old

Delicious desserts,big portions for a good price.

Had one of the savory crepes with a strawberry & vanilla milkshake. Can't fault the food, service or price.

A new place to me. Very friendly welcome, also for my dog. Coffee here tastes of....... coffee! There's also a very nice raspberry cake ring thing, but, you won't like that at all, so best just avoid it. Thank you. Assistance dog made very welcome, some very nice treats offered and accepted. Important point, always check first before approaching an Assistance Dog. MAIA were spot on with this. Should you go? Absolutely , it's bright, friendly, great table in the window, Assistance Dogs thoroughly and properly welcome. A great place to meet up with friends. So, yes go, definitely, but, avoid that raspberry ring. You just best leave it to a professional, for your safety!

This is what I'd imagine an authentic Italian experience would feel like, apart from the weather. The staff seem nice. Gelato is amazing.

If you want authentic Italian coffee and gelato/ice cream MAIA is the best choice in Rugby. The staff are very friendly and we always have a good experience whenever we go there. The italian cappucino is my favourite, the best in town. Highly recommended!

Kids' food heaven - we had ice cream sundaes and crepes, good coffee (except the decaf seemed to be instant), but best of all, a play area to keep kids occupied while parents and carers can have 5 minutes peace.

A bright spot in an otherwise bleak High Street

Came in one afternoon as many afternoon before, to have hot drink.. then got treated like I've never been there before because the man in charge couldn't take a joke, he nearly dropped ice cream on his wrist which just about to serve to my friend.. we both laughed not intending to testimonised his "skill" dealing with his "own" produce but just a natural reaction. He was furious saying that I didn't respect his hardwork. Hello,... he should respect me as his regular customer. Then he rudely said"Get out! " Then I replied :" Are you serious "! He kept repeating that I didn't respect him. Pls tell me.. man.. if you never laughed at someone joke in your premise.. a or tell them to get out too when you feel embarrassed at your" skill".

Popped in here as a quick treat for my kids, and the ice creams are incredible. The scoops are large and the flavours are magnificent. As an added bonus, my dairy-intolerant wife was able to choose from 3 different dairy free ice creams too.

Really not Italian at all! Having just came back from Devon, whilst there we had some incredible corniche salted caramel and oreo ice cream which was home made, although not to my usual Italian experience. Entered this place excited to try our usual Italian experience having travelled alot, however, it fell far short of the mark, not only was the Gelato mediocre, the service was awful also, when i requested a gelato ,a sarcastic cackle came from the back exclaiming they couldn't do our request as they were "iatlian" ., felt very awkward with how they responded, will not be back.

The ice cream is fine but watch out for sticky glue from their tables outside on your dress.

One extra star for friendly staff. 3.30£ for 60% full cup of iced coffee??! Nearly half of it was ice.. Price like Starbucks, size very small and not a best taste.. New place, expected better!

The crepes with nutella and banana or strawberries are spot on! Delicious! The 2 owners are really friendly and welcoming aswell. Great atmosphere and overall great place. Highly recommend.

Suitable for enjoying an Italian espresso in the center of Rugby for those who are far from the Motherland and feel the urgency of raising their caffeine levels with a good Italian coffee. The place is also well suited for ice cream tasting. The staff is courteous and speaks Italian.
