Fantastic Sunday roast. Thick slices of beef, Yorkshire pud roast potatoes, creamy mash, 5 veg. Plenty gravy. It didn't stop there fab deserts. Will be back.

We frequent this bar most weekends live in glengormley got to know the staff. Food was fabulous. Unfortunately this weekend the food was not up to the standard. Have you got a new chef?

Best pub grub in Antrim Very reasonably priced and staff are lovely always so friendly & attentive.

Looks like a good place to go at the weekend. We went on a Saturday afternoon noon and it looked well.

We popped in for lunch one Monday afternoon whilst waiting for a flight from the airport. Beautiful pub with a lovely little beer garden out back and fantastic tasty and cheap food. Loved it

I can't have a high enough opinion of this place. Soo friendly, very welcoming and bursting with character. This was midweek. On weekends, it has a huge upstairs area with a pool table but you're sure to find an atmosphere no matter what.

On route to Belfast International airport we nipped in here in Saturday evening for tea. Delicious burgers, great service and lovely atmosphere.

Called in for lunch on Saturday around 12 noon, I hadn't been in Maddens for food in years. I have to day it was the best lunch I've had in a long time, the peppered burger and salt and chilli chips were unreal. Best burger I've had in a long time. 3 meals and a kids meal plus drinks came to just over £40, the same 3 meals and a kids meal cost more in the chippy and one is a sit down restaurant meal and the other a takeaway. We will definitely be back. Unreal guys.

Our first time in Antrim Town and we called in here for lunch. Food was amazing and really great value too. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful, so would definitely come here again and would highly recommend to others!!

Watched the final day of the season here. Only gripe is that they did not show the Leeds United game. I only came in to watch there fans crying!

Just in for a quick pint after an Indian meal. It was buzzing and a singer was being ignored at the front....making it very loud on top of the boxing on the TV.

Only gave 2 stars for atmosphere as it was really cold in the lounge, food and staff were both excellent, however the cold in the lounge really spoilt our experience.

Brilliant customer service, helped me when I broke my knee, always so friendly and Michael takes such lovely pictures of everyone having a good time. One of the best places to hit on a night out 🤙

Maddens bar definitely gets a 5star, a real all round pub weather I go for a family meal with the kids or a good night out with the girls the atmosphere is welcoming in the afternoon and electric by the night, the food is delicious pub grub! I've honesty made so many amazing memories here!! ❤️

Maddens is a warm, family friendly bar and restauraunt. The staff are all superb and the food is homemade and always delicious, never a dull moment. I havr tried many dishes fron their menu. The prices on the menu is extremley reasonable. The only downside is there is no baby changing facilities but apart from this 10/10 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Called I before Christmas for a meal with family. Was quiet but staff very polite & attentive. Food choice was good, portion size good also. My meal was very enjoyable & the others all enjoyed theirs but were unable to finish. Will definitely go again, and very happy to recommend.

Cosy local bar/restaurant. Nice front bar with great open fire 🔥 and great bar/restaurant next door with plenty of seating for meals. Big TVs for sports or entertainment and a pool table upstairs too. Nice friendly staff who are always helpful and I can't say enough about the outstanding food 🤤. My personal favourite is the Madden's burger with skinny fries 10/10 everytime but the chicken basket with fries is great too. Can pay by cash or card too which is always handy. But don't take my word for it, pop in and see for yourself 😁

It's a lovely wonderful place for family and friends the staff r great everybody in the place makes you feel welcome the foods amazing with the wonderful cook rose I'd definitely recommend the chicken basket with salted chilli chips and pepper sauce 🤤🤤🤤

Found this place on Google. Reviews were great so decided to have a visit to have some food and watch the football. Lovely food, front row seats watching the football and good value for money. If your ever in and around the area this is a must go place.

Was ok for a one off experience. Wouldn’t go again. Steak sandwich very good. Avoid the deep fried chicken, it’s very greasy and chips tasted greasy. Staff were great, friendly and helpful.

Die Location ist sehr gemütlich und der offene Hof zum Fluss ist richtig schön. Man kann dort in Pavillons sitzen. Das Essen ist sehr gut. Die Bedienungen sind sehr nett. Wir waren mit sechs Personen dort und alle waren mit ihrem Essen sehr zufrieden.

Held my sons birthday party in Maddens last night-23/04/22 thanks to all the staff for helping to make it a good night.

Great qee bar, excellent staff and some proper tasty pub grub. Very accomadting to your individual needs and there's a nice beer garden out back also. Good selection on the menu, chicken baskets very popular,.burgers are also very good the club sandwich or the steak sandwich will not disappoint very filling and they do a good fry. Always good music playing in the background and for those how enjoy their sports there are a few screens throughout the bar a lounge so take your pick, good all round Irish pub with a relaxed atmosphere great food, great service and great Craic.

Went for a few drinks whilst visiting my brother. Had a fantastic time. Everyone was friendly the beer tasted amazing and the landlord Eugene was a fantastic host.

We recently visited Maddens Bar and Restaurant while away for the weekend. We had the best time, the food is superb and the atmosphere is class! The staff all went above and beyond ro make our afternoon/evening a great experience. They are all a class act with a special mention to Rose, keeping us dry while we were dining outside. Thank you so much for everything, we will definitly be back! Highly recommend a visit!

Stopped here for lunch while on a cycle round Lough Neagh. Had the fish and chips sitting in the river side beer garden. Great food quality will be back to sample more of the menu.
