Been using macro based diet for years Over the past 3 weeks the food has gone to another level. Definitely the best meal prep in Teesside and I’ve tried them all.

update Oct '24 - Still getting meals from Macro Based Diner I noticed the quality, which was good before, has improved massively in the last couple of weeks. On asking the staff they informed me they now cook and prepare all the meals in-house after investing in some new ovens. The meat is now noticeably fresher, more tender and more flavourful. Purchased 15 meals from the Macro Based Diner over the last 3 weeks, asking for a different mixture of carbs/protein/veg to keep things interesting. Each meal has been very tasty, well prepared and easy to re-heat in the microwave (in high quality packaging) and is already doing wonders to help me reach my goals. The staff are helpful and polite and the premises are spotlessly clean. Price-per-meal works out to excellent value too especially with the discount given as a member of Mas Body Gym next door. Highly Recommended!

Recently tried macro based diner for meal prep after seeing the amazing deal of 40% off! Wow, so tasty, fresh and actually fills me up! Ordering was made easy with all options itemised for you clearly with a lot of options to choose from too within my calories! Lost 3lb in the first week too! If you havent tried the butter chicken yet you need to!

Lovely food ! Ideal to just heat up once you come back from the gym. The quality has definitely got better in the past 2 weeks even though they were nice before. Good portion size for under 300 calorie meals 😊😊

MBD came highly recommended by a friend so thought I'd try getting some of their meal prep delivered. Ordering and choosing the dishes was very easy and with so many options there really was so much choice. Delivery was first class, chilled DHL delivery at a specified time. Couldn't fault it ! I've just had my first meal, the Thai Chicken with white rice.... beautiful ! Big peices of succulent chicken in a creamy Thai sauce with nice fluffy rice. All tasted very fresh, full of flavour and very good value for money. Looking forward to trying the rest of my meals and ordering again soon !

I happened to stumble across Macro Based Prep when looking for meal prep services online, so it was even more of a bonus that I was within their Teesside postcode ! I just used the meal prep service for the first time as a 'one-off' and I'm really impressed and likely will be coming back in the future. As someone trying to gain weight, but with little time / expertise to cook such nice meals it's a great service, especially considering it's scale. I'd heard of Mike before but from some of his work and press, but did not know he ran a meal-prep service, it seems ideal for many types of people including myself. The salt and pepper chicken with sweet-chili noodles was especially good and worth it's own shout-out!

Meal Prep made easy and super tasty, I have been using Macro Based Diner now for 4 weeks along side a calorie controlled diet and fitness. The results i am seeing are fabulous. The Meals are delicious, i have not had one meal which i haven't liked. All the meat is of the best quality and all so fresh. I even tried the vegan meal options today for a change up and it was lovely full of flavour, this will definitely be part of my regular ordering from now on. I love the flexibility to create your own meal combinations, this sets them up against any other meal prep companies i have used by a mile.

Food is delicious and already lost a few pounds as i ordered from weightloss option. Delivery was made in the time frame i was told it would be delivered. Was spoken to politely both on the phone and when delivery was made. 2nd delivery was made by ashleigh and mike themselves so thankyou to them as i no everyone is getting sorted for the match in an hour. Will look forward to my next order 😊

I've tried a few meal prep's and this is by far my absolute favourite, I've just placed my second order, these meals are perfect work work. The food is beautiful, tastes fantastic to the point you don't realise you're eating healthily... the Salt and Pepper Chicken was a favourite as it felt like a cheat day. The delivery service is great and the communications and support from the team are awesome. I don't think I'll be cooking much in the future... Thank you guys.

Macro Based Diner meal prep service takes all of the confusion and ‘sting’ out of eating a healthy, clean and balanced diet. Not only are the meals fresh and delicious, but they also freeze well too. The packaging is minimal and recyclable, and the meals are clearly labelled, with a great variety!

I absolutely love buying from this company. I am not a local, I am a national delivery customer so have never visited the diner itself. What I can say about the service Macro Based Diner provide is that it is flawless. Why, here's why... 1. Delicious perfectly balanced food suited to the dietary requirements of weight loss, maintenance and gain. Great options to choose from, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, treats, snacks, puddings and more! 2. Amazing customer service, they are always on the ball any delivery changes or issues with orders if you need to change them they are happy to assist. Really friendly and there almost always a handwritten thank you note in each package. 3. They do not overcharge in fact I think they are extremely reasonable with their pricing and I look forward to buying from them again as I have done previously on a regular subscription. I am a personal trainer and always recommend them to my own clients as the local meal prep companies are far more expensive. Give them a try you won't regret it!

The knowledge of the staff at Mas Body Gym is 2nd to none when it comes to nutritional values and prep meals and because of this they have won so many awards within the gym and fitness industry. Macro Based Diner meals are amazing, all calorie counted, all macro counted, you can even track them via various fitness apps so you know exactly what you are getting. Macro based diner came to our offices for a special lunch, the food was fresh, hot and really delicious - I had the jerk chicken and the low calorie cheesecake, both absolutely fantastic. The team behind it were great, too - thanks to them both!

Lovely healthy food. So many different choices and combinations for you to build your own meals. My personal favourites are the Garlic chicken, Salt and Pepper chicken and the meatballs. The waffles and cheesecakes are also gorgeous. All the staff are lovely and friendly and you can ring the Diner if you have any questions about your order. It has a 5 star food hygiene and all food is prepared in a lovely open plan kitchen so customers can see the lovely clean environment that food is prepared in. Food is delivered all over the country for a small delivery charge or free to collect from the Diner. Definitely recommend

We have been enjoying Macro Based Diner meals twice a day since the end of August 2023, following GP advice to loose weight. Having restricted mobility my GP said I would be unable to loose weight without medical intervention and suggested injections followed by gastric surgery. So far I have lost almost four stone - effortlessly thanks to Macro Based Diner.

I’ve been using Macro Based Diner delivery on and off for a few years now . I usually go straight to the gym from work so it’s great to come home and have a lovely meal ready prepared . The quality is always excellent . They are on my fitness pal too which really helps to track your macros . The customer service is excellent . I very often speak with Jenny if she needs to confirm something or let’s me know they can deliver a day earlier than planned . I would highly recommend Macro Based Diner

I liked the fact I got a personal call to tell me they had ran out of what I ordered and then tailored the order to my needs . The driver apologised for been late as he got stuck ( was school run time aswell ) food was tasty and got some free pancakes so can’t fault ! Ideal for healthy on the go food for work

Food is always lovely from here, delivery times are quite long but that’s expected and better than having to drive over to collect. Veg choices were mixed up in the meals I ordered for me & my daughter -obviously not a massive issue but worth noting. Will definitely order again 👍🏻

But call was polite, apologetic and friendly, and given that I ordered 12 meals, plus breakfasts and cheesecakes, and other acceptable options were available, that’s absolutely fine.
