Amazing shishas and good food, however service is immensely let down by one of the guys working there. Whereas one displays amazing service and attentiveness, abdullah seems to have made it his mission to be as rude as possible. We were frequently ignored when making requests, and often met with an extremely rude and dry tone in from him. He gives side eyes and dry responses. It’s unfortunate that our experience has been let down by his service, management should retrain him or inform him of proper customer service

Went there 3 times with friends. Always had nice experience. Food is good. Desserts could be a little better. Overall I had a very nice time there. Would love to go again. 😇

I just previously commented but had to delete it so I could reply, first of all I have been to luna over 20x and loved every vist. This food was not late or had a delivery issue..... the burger was stinking and raw in the inside! Wallahi it was terrible and I'm sure those burgers are frozen, which I have no issue with but that's not the type of burger that comes a bit pink on the inside . And I know people who know the owner or owners of this place so I have no reason to lie but at the same time I tell the truth that food went right in the bin.

I ordered food and received as if the food was delivered but I did not receive anything....well done congratulations

Most amazing shisha lounge i have ever been to! Amazing staff, food, service, mood, communication, everything is 100/10!! Ontime food and shisha, never have to wait before getting seated. This place would be my first recommendation for everyone; i love every single stay with these guys🫶🏼

We ordered delivery for iftar on justeat and the shop has the audacity to mark it as delivered but we never recieved any food, we was starving for an hour trying to figure out where our food was and when we called the shop kept repeating the same questions and purposely putting a fake accent so we cant hear his english properly, im furious at this shop, we never recived our food. DONT ORDER DELIVERY

Everything about Luna is wonderful. All the food is delicious and fresh. Ali makes the best shisha in London which is also cheaper than many other places. The service staff Abdullah and Rebecca are very nice and welcoming. Basically when you're at Luna, you feel like you're at home.

One of the best shisha places I have been to in a while. Both my husband and I were impressed with the setting, food and shisha. We were recommended this place by a few girls we met to actually go to shisha gardens however this was closed and they told us to go to Luna gardens. I must say I’m so glad this happened. The food and the service and the shisha were 10/10. I managed to get a photo of the drinks but the food was too good we dug straight in and forgot to take a picture. Portion sizes are brilliant too. Thank you so much to the staff you were very accommodating. They also made us sprite free drinks as we are boycotting Coca Cola and affiliated drinks.

Best lounge in the area, very chill and laid back throughout the week, however it does get quite busy in the weekend. Rebecca, Ali and Abdullah are lovely and always excellent service!! 10/10 food 10/10 mocktails 10/10 shisha

A lovely spot. I highly recommend. Came here by chance and i'm glad I did. The food was excellent, the shisha was smooth and lasted long. Excellent value for money & the service is 10/10.

Told be had to buy shisha and if we didn’t buy it they would charge us anyway. Rude staff. Avoid. Your response is a lie. Awful awful awful stop lying to customers. AVOID

My daughter went Luna a month ago for her 18th birthday wuth her friends. They took a deposit from her and said it would be taken off the end bill. However this was not the case. They then told my daughter that the company who make the booking will refund her the deposit as they cannot take it off the bill at the end of the night. It's now been a month since we have been chasing them for this deposit and they are making us go round in circles saying that its another Co. that deal with deposits & only they can give that deposit back. What kind of rubbish service is this! I'm fed up of chasing them, its Lunas Lounges responsibility to refund my daughter her deposit or take it off the bill like all other resturants do. I've never experienced such a bad service. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

First time going to this place and I loved it. Very nice food and great shisha. The customer service is good and the staff are so friendly and nice. Also, the pricing is very reasonable and definitely cheaper than other places. There was also a DJ who played great songs, both old and new school, English and Arabic. Defo give this place a visit, you won’t regret it.

Loved shisha and drinks! Go there all the time with my friends. It’s a perfect trendy spot with a secret garden vibes. Definitely recommend. Also on Friday and Saturday nights they have the DJ
