Ordered from here on many occasions, food always warm and to a good standard, reliable place

Terrible delivery service, food was meant to be delivered for 7:35pm had to call at 8pm. Was told they were waiting on a driver. So how long has my food been cooked waiting on a driver. Person on other end of the phone spoke in a tone as if to indicate it is was regular accurance of their service. And offered refund via justeat.

Wow. Stale and tasteless. Avoid.

Moved up to Hamilton at Christmas I’m very picky with food especially Chinese and this takeaway is amazing their food is delicious and the customer service is fantastic. I highly recommend ordering from here as their service is great! Thankyou

Chicken satay skewers cold, no seasoning, sad amount of vegetables with it; satay sauce tasted and looked like gravy, no taste of spice or peanut butter in it at all. Salt and chilli chips had 0 seasoning, were just some plain chips with the worlds tiniest amount of onion and pepper added. ‘Crispy chicken rolls’ were two massive deep fried (very poorly, still basically white) vegetables, in batter, basically no chicken in them. Embarrassment of a Chinese and hands down the worst I have ever ordered. Do not use

Ordered Sweet and Sour prawn balls and my husband had Chicken curry - both with fried rice. Both were excellent, the portions were substantial and tasty and the cost is great. Well worth a try. Did not have a problem with delivery as it was collected.

Varied menu with reasonable prices. The good is magnificent and plentiful. Staff are lovely.

Good god chicken chow mein utterly terrible taste nasty. The prawn crackers and diet coke were OK tho

I placed an order for chicken chow mein. Prawn crackers and a bottle of diet coke. Honestly the chicken chow mein was disgusting 😒 😑 I mean the coke and prawn crackers mixed together would of tasted better

Absolutely disgusting. Not sure what they class as chicken but what I got wasn't chicken. Food was very cold. Drinks missing from order and blackbean had 4 small pieces of chicken only which was the same texture as the thing you use in school to erase pencil. Will never use again.

Love my food from here and it’s especially nice to have phone answered by such a lovely woman. She is a wee star x

I ordered my dinner for 19:30 and I wait 2 hours but nothing delivered in my house, I called the restaurant and they told me that after 10 minutes the food should be delivered but I wait half hour more first to eat something, so if you want eat for 19:30 should order 16:30 in this restaurant.

Loved this place but after tonight I will be going elsewhere Curry saucy was watery and bland, duck with cashew nuts..... erm where is the duck??? 4 wee bits Come on guys get a grip ur food was good and now it’s rubbish

I got beef curry it was good but I gave them 4 stars because their was not as much as the old owner's

Phoned order in girl on phone very friendly collect in 10mins food was lovely definitely order again

Placed order just after 6pm to be told at 7.15pm,when we phoned to chase it up, that order was just in kitchen now!! By 8pm still no sign of order so had to go out to get food from elsewhere. Got a call from delivery driver at 8.20pm about the order and I sent him packing. This is not the first time we've had issues. Previous midweek orders have either turned up well over an hour late or the food is stone cold. The food is good but ruined by really bad service. If you want your order to take well over a hour to arrive and be stone cold when you get it then this is the takeaway for you!! Won't be using again.

Very disappointed food was cold didnt get rice with our meals that we ordered and played for and when called to sort the problem out they just wanted to give money back for rice after waiting hour and half for our food expect the whole order wont be giving them anymore cash and would not recommend to anyone very rude on phone

Previous deliveries have been either well over an hour late or food turns up stone cold. Last straw this evening as order didn't arrive for nearly two and a half hours. I waited for 2 hrs having chased them up after an hour to be told order in kitchen now! Had to go out after 2hrs to get something to eat elsewhere. Shame as food good but never again.

Absolutely delicious, Lucky View is my fave Chinese takeaway. Breast chicken curry was fabulous. Fried rice was also fabby, chips were average Big portions and delivered before time stated. Can’t wait to try something else on the menu

Ordered a take away, it was frozen when it arrived, and I only live 5 mins away. When called to complain the person on the phone was the cheekiest person I've dealt with. Basically said "it wasn't their fault" It wasn't too appetising to look at either. Rice, with a couple of pieces of peppers and a couple of strings of onion thrown in. Do yourself a favour, avoid this place like the plague.

First time ordering from here and it's the last. The chicken in the king po was soft and spongey and the chicken in the curry was hard and dry. First taste of the salt and chilli chips was really nice them after 4 all you could taste was salt. I eat a lot of chicken and this was defo not the best. Really don't understand why this place gets 5 stars. Don't waste your money on this place.

I live in glasgow but always come visit my dad in laighstonehall.. thats what he thinks. Its really for a curry from lucky view. The best!

This is our favourite Chinese. The food is always top notch. We order a range of food from the menu and usually get starters also. The Hot & Sour Soup is delicious as are the ribs, they come in various sauces. I'm about to order a meal for my family just now. The only thing I'd say is I think for a loyal customer who buys a lot from the menu regularly there should be free fritters or starters if you say spend over £20

This is our families 1st choice Chinese takeaway. We have enjoyed every meal we've had from them and get 1 most weekends.

Have been to this takeaway on a few occasions and is always good value and good food! Family run and staff are always pleasant. Service is as you would expect for fast food and there is never an overly long time to wait for your meal. Particularly like the chicken fried rice and the Chinese curries.
