Lovely place, lovely service and be use they were so lovely we stayed for more drinks after dinner.. that's a sign of good customer service. Thank you we'll be back. Food was soo good 🙌🏼

Food was delicious, we really enjoyed it! Lovely atmosphere too, with lovely surroundings and relaxing music. A perfect evening out with the husband for our anniversary. The los Reyes cocktail was a lovely treat too. Only down side i wanted more! Will definitely come again and treat ourselves to an extra dish!.

Love set of Tapas. Very well priced. Wine menu brilliant also. Staff friendly. Will be visiting again. Only let down, expected Steak Skewers dish to be enough for two. Disappointed when 1 skewer came out. Calamari sub oar also. Would put 4.5 starts if I could. Rest of the meal was amazing.

The ambience, decor, location (ample parking) are all 5 out of 5. However I gave it this score because I couldn't say the food and sangria were (very good 4 or excellent 5). I enjoyed my time here and wouldn't desuade you from going but the richness of taste and freshness which charactizes spanish food was lacking for me. It may have just been the day.

Lovely restaurant. Busy but that just added to the atmosphere. Tapas choices were varied and delicious. Three for £15 seems expensive but actually when we all had 3 and mixed and matched, with added chips and bread it made a very filling tasty meal. Cocktails were expensive but lovely. Definitely a nice treat.

I booked what I thought was a table at Los Reyes in Caerleon. When we arrived we were told that they did not have a booking for us. They told us that we had made a booking to another restaurant called Los Reyes in Hitchin Hertfordshire, and went on to tell us that this was happening on a regular basis with 7 customers in 1 week. Firstly I would like to point out that this is not the fault of Los Reyes in Caerleon. When I done a google search for Los Reyes Caerleon among the listings was a link to a menu which I clicked on and unknown to me went onto a different restaurants website in Hertfordshire. There was no mention on the main page or the menu page of Hertfordshire. I made the reservation and gave my card details to reserve the table. When we realised what had happened we contacted the owner of the restaurant who was very rude and unsympathetic and charged us £25.00 per person., so we were charged £100. I have put this review up because I do not want this to happen to anyone else. Please be careful when making a booking or it will cost you and ruin your evening plans.

Abysmal service and the food is frozen and not authentic Spanish tapas. Run by Albanians. Reading some of the responses to the reviews is hilarious. Don't be fooled by the "5 star reviews" she constantly responds with, funny these come like clockwork from accounts with no other reviews or very few. Clearly have no customer service skills and gets defensive and makes stuff up. Disgusting! Don't waste your money at this dive.

Service - friendly and efficient staff Food - freshly prepared, very tasty and generous portions Atmosphere - inviting and welcoming. A little cool temperature wise but not a major problem. Would highly recommend but need to book well in advance to get the time you want.

Fab meal at Los Reyes with friends for a birthday celebration. The house cocktail was lush! Great service and atmosphere, a definite hit with us all . Good value for money and on our doorstep too!! All in all a great night out!!

I live locally but only just managed to visit. It’s a small restaurant and pre booking a must as it’s very popular. We had an early table which suited us, and we ordered about half the menu - between the 4 of us. We all had our favourites but everything was delicious particularly the olives. Wine and beers both lovely, and great service both efficient and friendly. Booked a return visit when we were there, and next time we have a later table so we will have the table all night, can’t wait to return.

Third time visiting Los Reyes. We went last night for my birthday and we had an amazing experience. The food was so tasty and the portion sizes are really generous. I’m so picky and can be critical of venues, but there is absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. The two staff who served us were friendly and hard working and made sure to check we were having a nice evening. When it came to paying the bill, there was no awkward moment where the staff hang around making you feel obliged to leave a tip. We asked to add £10 to the final price and the waitress explained that it would be shared among all the staff. A great evening enjoyed by everyone - we’ll be back for the next family birthday! :)

Went for a birthday celebration meal. We ordered drinks which came quickly . We ordered 10 dishes between the 3 of us , it came and it was all lovely, good size potions and freshly cooked. Will definitely be visiting again and highly recommend.

A friend and I dropped in quite late on a weeknight hoping to get a table as we hadn't pre -booked but just fancied trying somewhere new to eat. We were very happy with our choice! We were made to feel very welcome by the two members of staff, nothing was too much trouble. We sat at a very cozy table near the open log fire. The selection of tapas on the menu was very good, including several vegetarian options. The wine menu is also quite extensive. All six tapas dishes we ordered were fresh and well prepared and tasted delicious. Portions were very generous, but we still had room to squeeze in some desserts thankfully as they were also fab. We will definitely be returning to Los Reyes in the future.

Celebrated a family birthday on a very busy Friday night, atmosphere was brilliant with extremely busy & friendly staff who all added to the success of the best night out for a long time. We shared Appertisers then selected 3 items each from the extensive menu @ £19 a head. So much choice available from Skewers (Chicken, Chorizo, Veg to name a few), Tortilla, Meat Platters, Vegetarian Falafel, Anchovies, Tiger prawns with Chilli & Garlic, Pork & Beef meatballs, Patatas Bravas, Mixed Spanish olives, Peppers Desserts were ruled out as we shared a Birthday Cake, served by staff who joined us in singing Happy Birthday to the recipient. EXCELLENT NIGHT 10/10 for Staff, Service, Atmosphere

We visited on 09/12/2023 for a meal with friends, this being our first time to the restaurant. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the vibe of the restaurant too. The food was outstanding and delicious. We will certainly be visiting again.

We were disappointed in the Los Reyes we had been looking forward to going for a while as the car park is usually full, but we were disappointed in most of the dishes we ordered 12 different ones but only a couple tasted of anything. The room was cold on arrival although the radiator was on, it didn’t warm up all evening, and when I say cold we and other guests kept our coats on. Hot food was brought out but we had to put it onto freezing cold plates so the food went cold quickly. Service wasn’t that good we weren’t asked if our meal was ok or offered dessert following our meal. I would say we will not be returning based on this visit.

This place is very popular locally.. Has a reasonable range of traditional Spanish style tapas of which our party of 4 sampled 11 dishes, all good except garlic mushrooms which were very salty. Waiting staff were attentive and food service was pretty fast. One major negative is that the restaurant does not serve beer except Cruzcampo ( industrial Spanish lager). Stick to the wines, good if a little pricey.

Second visit to Los Reyes. Awesome flavours complimemted by exceptional quality service. A most enjoyable evening. Would recommend the chicken skewers, pork spare ribs and King prawns as 3 selected dishes for £19. Will be returning again shortly to this delightful venue. A credit to Caerleon.

Lovely evening with group of 7 people. Staff was very friendly and accommodating for those who arrived early. We asked for the first 21 tapaz dishes on the menu, to share between us. All dishes were served at the same time and the food was delicious! Definitely a notch up from the last time we ate there some 2 years ago. The waitress was lovely: helpful, funny and professional. We have waited months to go here and was so let down Service was good but sadly I would say 90% of the food come out of a freezer nothing had any punch about it Nice pint tidy service food was about as bland as you could get sadly we left a bit dissatisfied

Loved this place. Food was super and staff really friendly to our children. Went early on a Saturday evening, and lots of food to choose from.

There was something very wrong about this place! from the shabby entrance, the poor food, and the Gent's toilet leaking. We had great hopes for our meal at this restaurant, but it did not happen. We did not like our table position, it had a stream of persons passing very close mostly carrying food for other diners. We requested a move and were quickly transferred to our satisfaction. Our order was taken quickly, and our tapas were placed at the table even more quickly. We had three tapas each all different. My three items were Meatballs in sauce, Chorizo in sauce, and a large slice of Tortilla. The meatballs in the sauce were just round lumps of meat in a watery liquid and absolutely tasteless unable to detect any herbs or spices. The fried Chorizo were chunks of hard meat that had not been I think fried, again in a tasteless liquid containing some almost invisible onion strands. I have left the worst item till last, the Tortilla, just looking at this unidentifiable piece of food was enough to put one off, however, I did try to eat some of it but gave up and left it to be taken away at the end of this awful for me meal experience. My wife had a completely different view of her three tapas, exclaiming how pleasant they were to look at and to eat. Her three items were Prawns in a Filo coating, Calamri in batter, and the Goat cheese bun with red onions The cost of the meal was reasonable, and the service was friendly. During my visit to the male toilet, I noticed a couple of leaks on to the floor from the urinal. Overall this last observation indicated to me that Los Reyes has seen better days and we will not be visiting again. As a postscript to the above, I during later that night had a quite bad stomach upset, my beloved also during this night had a vomiting experience, something she had never had before, she could identify some of the food particles from the meal in the vomit. Ugh. I think when dining out these days one should avoid certain kinds of seafood Tapas is such a good idea, so badly carried out.

What a gem of a place, something different from ’Pub classic’ food. Staff are amazing, food freshly cooked so amazing, good portions, the building and decor are unique. We are visiting from North Wales and really lucky to have drove past and went back in the evening. NOT TO BE MISSED X

Every time I have the opportunity I travel from Cardiff to Caerleon to attend this magnificent restaurant "Los Reyes" the food is fabulous the atmosphere is very pleasant you feel at home, and the staff is very friendly with incredible attention.... always It is guaranteed fun and happiness.😍🤩🥰👏👏

Amazing, authentic Spanish tapas, beautifully cooked and presented. Chose three dishes to share from the extensive list, for a very reasonable price, which prove sufficient for even the heartiest of appetites. The food, service and wines on offer coupled to the excellent background music, really adds to the holiday ambience. If you want a genuine Spanish experience without leaving Wales, then come and have a fabulous evening here!

Booked as a surprise for my Dad. We have always loved to try each others food when we're out so this place was perfect! Three little dishes each and we tried a bit of all of them. I’ve been to many tapas restaurants but this one is still remains the best. I’ve dined with my partner frequently, taken my friends and my family since it opened in 2016 and each time enjoyed my experience thoroughly. Angie is an excellent host and business owner. The food is excellent, well priced and portioned and choice, the grilled goats cheese is a top favourite of mine and many I know and the paella 🤩 the atmosphere takes me to Spain come rain or shine, inside and out have great dining areas. I have recommended to many others to dine here and would to anyone who asked.

Very nice place, good service and especially Raquel who took great care of us. It looks a lot like a Spanish tasca with traditional Spanish music. Very good atmosphere, which I recommend the place, we really liked the croquettes and the Catalan cream.

Really enjoyed our time here. The food was lovely and surprisingly large portions so getting 3 tapas per person works out well when all sharing. Additionally, there were a decent number of vegetarian options which we needed for one of our party. Lovely atmosphere with a charming interior and a crackling fire (at least when we went and it was cold!). Friendly service. Would go again if I am in the area

The food was delicious, possibly the best calamari & dip I’ve ever had and the chicken was to die for… the value for money is incredible. The restaurant itself is like a little Spanish villa, it was a little cold where I sat and it does seem to get busy fast but overall I’m glad I stopped off here. Definitely coming back 🫶🏻

Food was really, really hit or miss. For example, ordered steak skewers, but they were completely burnt black on one side, but the kitchen tried to hide this by placing the black side on the plate facing down. They also tasted extremely strongly of fish because presumably they had been cooked on the grill immediately where fish had been cooked. Burnt, inedible, fishy steak. I hate fish so this was disgusting, and being on a date didn't want to make a fuss. Staff constantly walked past us, not making eye contact to avoid having to speak with us as they were struggling to cope with service. Had to wait forever for food and to order more drinks. Overall a very poor experience and I won't be back.

1st visit with my other half, sat down at 18:30 and the place was nice and quiet. The food was great and Sangria is always a bonus. Edit: returned with my mother and father in law and we won't be returning. Food was wonderful but the hospitality was something to behold. My MIL had drink accidentally poured over her, waitress was accommodating with towels and napkins. We ate our food with my MIL soaked. The bill came with no discount. Not even the spilled drink. The manager/owner didn't care, arguing it was "only a little bit" I mean the amount doesn't matter its the impact it had on our meal. After much back and forth we managed to agree to a 10% discount much to the annoyance of the manager/owner. Such a shame, the food is good but no compassion from the leading staff. We will not be returning.

Such an authentic restaurant, surprised to find it fully booked on a Wednesday. 3 plates for £17 and you get plenty of delicious food. Would certainly come back again.
