London Pizza Depot in Barking and Dagenham

Rude staff always rude. Won't bother again with them. Paid for a 1.5l coke he gave me smaller coke and I told him it's wrong one, instead of giving me extra can to make up for it, he said oh Yh it is but nothing I can do. I said yes you can give me one can and then it will be same. Instead saying I always have issues with small things. Yes bcoz last time I ordered bbq base he gave tomato base and said I didn't tell him. Was just rude. Always rude even on phone. Need to learn some manners. Never.

I’m quite disappointed to be honest. Ordered 3 different large pizzas. All 3 of them were quite bland, not much toppings. Maybe it’s a one off Saturday night, but still shouldn’t be compromising on quality. Don’t think il be ordering again unfortunately. very disappointed, was really looking forward to it.

It is one of the best pizza ever. I loved their pizza especially Mumbai Madness. Their service and quality of food is awesome. Glad to know they provide the dessert as well. Highly recommend everyone to try 👍👍👍

I must say a true pizza makers in town. Loved their Mumbai Madness and it's the best so far we had in London. One thing which needed to be improved is service. Respect for customers and a pleasent response is what makes the business go beyond imaginations. That's what you guys needed to do. Would love to order again if the service gets better.

Got 2 large pizzas delivered. Delivery was fast, delivery driver was nice BUT when the pizza came oh my gosh it was amazing! Normally I don’t get pizza from this branch but I’m so glad I did! Pizza was hot like it was fresh out of the oven (unlike some other branches) and was so tasty! If I could rate 10 stars I would, honestly RECOMMEND!

This is by far the best pizza company I have come across. This beats pizza hut and pizza express from a mile with their flavours. I have now become a regular customer.

I went into the Dagenham branch with alot of expectation since it was my first time ever eating from a Pizza Depot franchise and heard alot of positive things about it but I never been to the Ilford branch. I tried the recommended and most popular pizza which is called the "Mumbai Madness". The pizza had very less cheese and chicken on it and I was able to taste more vegetable than anything else. Definitely wasn't worth the hype. I will try out the Ilford branch to see how their pizzas are actually are but definitely won't visit the Dagenham branch again.

I have been a regular customer here and never been dissapointed with their pizza or their service. Full of flavour with a tasty base. Certainly my favourite place to go to for a satisfying pizza. Would Highly recommend!

This pizza is the best halal pizza in UK it is delicious £10 for pickup and £20 for online order be sure to get a cheesy crust , the staff is incredibly friendly and always give something free to me and never disappoint

The pizza here is amazing! I ordered many times so far and my favourites are Istanbul Doner pizza, Mumbai madness and Chicken Tinga. Their desserts are also very delicious and ordering everything on the website is very easy.

Ordered 30 pizzas for an event and they delivered on time. Pizzas did not disappoint and went down a treat with everyone. Personal favourite is Mumbai madness and chicken tinga.

The food tasted amazing and the staff was patient and kind! Definitely ordering from here again! The only flaw I saw was that the store does not have any seats for waiting because sometimes it may take a little longer to make the pizza.

Best quality pizza and cookie dough, this is now every week for me, my kids love the pizza with the sauce, Oreo milk shake was the best I have ever tried, a must go to shop for everyone

I made an order on 23 March when the branch had newly opened via their website. Order arrived extremely late but was expected as they had only opened but they also missed out my ice cream on my dessert. Spoke to a young lady who was very empathic and said that they would record it on their notes to send out a dessert with the ice cream when we next ordered. When I did make another order, no notes had been recorded, plus their records showed no indication that we had ordered before. The customer service from the manager was very poor even though I had asked him to double check and sadly it is very unlikely I will order from this branch again.

I'm struggling to find a reason to justify one star here. There were hardly any toppings on our pizzas, just plenty of sauce. Deep pan isn't really deep at all. And the pizzas lack flavour. For such overpriced pizzas, I would have expected much more continental flavours, as the names suggest. I don't plan on spending money at London pizza depot again, first time was truly disappointing.

Loved the Pizza, full of flavour and the dough was really fresh. The menu has allot of different pizzas to try, will order again definitely.
