Little Dessert Shop Dudley in Dudley

Delivery was delayed and all food came pretty much frozen. Victor sponge was frozen and was rock hard to eat then we also ordered a milkshake thats was completely frozen wasn’t even drinkable!

Delicious desserts, very tasty, good portion size. Bill, the delivery driver very polite and came up to the top floor 👍🏻

Bill the delivery driver was early bringing our food and was very polite and well mannered 10/10 for bill brilliant delivery driver 👍

The only dessert place my wife loves to eat from, Fathima, Sham and the staff are polite and friendly waffles are absolutely delicious.

Order was late waffles were cold ice cream resembled a milkshake more than ice cream one of the waffles was ordered with salted caramel ice cream and we received chocolate ice cream apart from that the order was good

Unfortunately; almost two hours late. Messaged just eat. I was given a new time, food came another hour past the new time given. Can’t fault the food. Looks amazing. Unfortunately, being so late my children have had to go to bed.

Food took hours to come and wasn’t the best anyway waste of time.

I am still waiting for the order even though I was given a time between 20.25 - 20.45. Been trying to call the restaurant for the last 15 mins with no joy, just rings out. I believe I have given more than the 10mins over the expected delivery time as quoted by just eat!

ordered at 8:30pm and it didn’t arrive until 10:45pm after stating that it had been delivered 2 previous times. also had a phone call from the delivery driver saying that they had delivered the wrong food to my house but nothing had been delivered at all. ridiculous

This has to be the best Dessert shop ever! I’ve used it several times and I’ve never had a problem or a bad experience. I’ve just had the French Toast and there was so much I actually separated the 2 thick cut portions and refrigerated half for tomorrow. Also if you have the chance try the sorbet which is perfect for cleaning the palate after a heavy rich decedent dessert like French Toast. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back! I also appreciated the cheeky free tasters that I found.

I ordered a waffle and two cakes and an hour later I had to ring the shop as the status was saying it should have been delivered only to find out it hadn’t left the shop they were still waiting for the driver they said driver was on the way and would leave in the next 5 mins 20 minutes later it was out for delivery but when it arrived the ice cream had melted and the waffle was cold I also don’t think the cake we received was the exact one we ordered either won’t be ordering from these again!

Firstly it took 2.5hrs for food to be delivered. If I'd known I would have either picked up myself or ordered from else where. When contacted about food being late, delivery time was moved and food was still delivered late. Food was delivered cold

I always have a cyo and have the same crepe and toppings every time I order as it's one of my favourites. sometimes they can be hit and miss with toppings and the product isn't always warm/hot. this tomy cyo crepe was the best crepe I've had from there.

I always have the same cyo crepe whenever I order as it is my favourite this time when I had it, I've got to say it was the best I've had from here in ages. lots of toppings, wasn't shy at all with them, took note of order notes and came through with the best Crepe they've ever done and it didn't take long for it to arrive, Bill, the driver got it to me on lightning time so was extremely impressed with delivery time and quick service. Inevitably, I will be ordering again😍

Only issue was there was no straws for milkshakes

food was very tasty and warm but the order was nearly an hour late (almost two hours from ordering to door) but they did put a free slice of cake in. So thank you 😁

A great experience; the first time we've had an issue with an incorrect item being delivered but called the shop and they rectified the issue so quickly and smoothly! Desserts were also super tasty!

Went in yesterday, Sunday, and all the 3 ladies on shift were very friendly and welcoming. Base of my desert preference they were able to suggest a dessert that I loved and that was the tiramisu French toast, tasted amazing. I highly recommend the little dessert shop in Dudley, best dessert shop in the whole of Dudley.

The waffles and cookie dough was good my daughters enjoyed theirs my peace of birthday cake was dry/stale i ended up cutting alot of the edges off the icing was also stale. Really disappointed as im sure it would of been delicious otherwise

The waffles were delicious however the tiramisu French toast just tasted like a lot of coffee. It’s like it’s been dipped in coffee. And it was rock hard too.

Lovely little shop. Small counter with a variety of deserts on display. There is also a large selection of desserts available on the menu. Staff were brilliant. So9 friendly and pleasant. Excellent service, nothing was too much trouble for them. The deserts we purchased were fresh and tasty. Would recomend this place.

I’m very impressed with little dessert shop you’ve got very very hard workers to make the dessert absolutely spot on. The cookie dough was much improved much more to eat than the was before of how you use to make it before. Had a wonderful taste aswell I want to mention with no sore throats this time as before i admit I think it was to much sugar that was in their use to have sore throat. Lemonade perfect. sour that was and had a like special taste from my experienced Strawberries and brownie 💯
