Will definitely not prder from this one anymore, normally order from one in wolverhampton and is 100% better quality than this l. When i pay for added white curls and brownie pieces u add an extra couple??? Was not impressed with my order at all. Asked for no whipped cream on the sundae and it came with whipped cream

Fatima was brilliant and gave us something extra. Really appreciate the good service. Bilawal was early with the delivery and food was spot on 👍

Waffle was cold on some parts and Luke warm on other parts

We are regular customers of Little Dessert Shop Dudley. We have always enjoyed the food and never had a problem, until now. I ordered two hot chocolates, chocolate fudge cake and a red velvet cheescake. My order arrived on time, but when I opened the box containing the cheesecake, there was a tiny little fly crawling around on top of it. I called the shop and told them and lady was very nice and apologetic. She told me to get a refund for the cheesecake through Just Eat as I ordered it through them. I replied I dont mind but they will ask a reason for refund and I will hav to mention about the fly then. And so she agreed she would refund it directly herself. I called back to ask if they would like to come back and collect the cheesecake as the fly was still in there and they could see it for themselves. She said ok but asked if she could send a cookie dough instead of a refund. I said I dont think so, but she convinced me she would make it really nice to make up for the cheesecake, and so I said ok then. Driver came and collected the fly cheesecake and gave us the cookie dough. When I opened the cookie dough it was a basic plain cookie dough with chocolate sauce drizzled over it. It was very disappointing as I was assured she would make it very nice for me as replacement of the cheescake. Dissatisfied, the next morning I decided to ask for a refund for the cheesecake (only), via Just Eat and I wrote a review stating I found a fly on my food. Later that evening I received a call from the lady I spoke to from the Little Dessert Shop Dudley, asking why did I write a bad review when she gave me a cookie dough as a replacement. I explained to her that she promised to make a really nice cookie dough but instead there was no effort made at all, and I was given a plain cookie dough with sauce drizzled on it. She said please delete the bad review and next time you order something, I will send a free item with it. I felt bad so I said ok. I tried to delete it but couldn’t figure out how to do it. So I called back in hopes that I can speak to the lady again and she can tell me how to do it. Instead another lady came on the phone with an attitude saying I cant speak to the previous lady because she’s busy doing something. So I proceeded to tell her that I tried to delete the review but I cant do it. She replied, thats fine but just know you are now banned from ordering from our Dudley branch. I replied why would I want to order from that branch again when there was a fly in my food. She then began shouting and accusing me of just wanting free food. Which is absolutely ridiculous. I ended up putting the phone down on her as she wouldn’t stop shouting over me and not listening to what I was saying. The staff at this branch are extremely unprofessional and handled this situation very badly.

missing items such as a few ice creams and cookie dough.

An order that should have taken an hour to be delivered originally, ended up taking an hour and 45 mins. This was for me and a couple friends who had come over and by the time it arrived they just took it with them as they was leaving. Terrible service

There was a tiny little fly walking around on my cheescake when I opened the box.

The service here has always been great...the whole family truly enjoys EVERYTHING on the menu. There was an issue with my order which was done via a delivery service, the order was delivered very presentable and there was an issue with the delivery and after making contact with the LDS to explain the situation the Manager went above and beyond to sort out the delivery. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST! 5 Stars

Best dessert shop and branch in local area. Always a regular customer here as it never disappoints. Staff are very welcoming and provide excellent service, always going above and beyond to ensure you get exactly what you want. Desserts presentation high quality and always tastes amazing. Awful experience, I've ordered my food around 8.30pm and got the food around 10.20pm! Nearly two hours for just two desert it's a joke

we asked for delivery and not collection and then could not get in touch after several attempts.

Food was on time, and delicious as usual. For some reason I also got an extra box of cheesecake, even though I only ordered one, so that was a huge bonus. Delivery driver was polite, patient and also delivered in the pouring rain so I’m very grateful!

Service was great, so were the milkshakes. Will always rely on this place for the best desserts

If I could give this place and the female staff member who I spoke to over the phone, I would. She was very rude to say the least. After waiting 30mins after the latest delivery time I called and she said it had left the shop. 5mins later she cancelled the order and was rude when I'd called back to find out what was going on.

I had good food yesterday from the dessert shop! I had a white chocolate cookie dough and it was fresh and hot. The service was amazing, the staff were very accommodating and listened to my orders requests well :)) Definitely will order again today

offer online on milkshake was by one get one free only to find out they can't do it cuz the offer is off but still on thier site disappointed.

Order was 30 minutes past delivery time, although it was late the very nice lady on the phonen offer to give us extra (cakes!) to make up for it. Stuffed now!

We brought the trio box and ice cream it was really nice. My daughter says everything she ate was 10/10 and it is her favourite dessert shop. Staff were really nice and helpful gave use the best recommendations for ice cream and showed really good customer service skills.

I had a good experience at this dessert shop. I ordered off uber eats for a very good price. We ordered after 10pm. The cookie dough was amazing the presentation was lovely. I called to change the ice cream and the lady kindly gave me what I had requested despite the deal being a set item. Me and my husband were very happy with the service. I wanted dessert for a long time and it was worth the wait! Thank you little dessert shop :)
