I ordered my food with Jamie and she was ever so lovely and I came back as I didn’t want something on the burger and forgot to mention it so she called one of the kitchen staff out called AJ she then fix the problem and remade the food for they where both so lovely and quick acting on things that needed to be done thx to the both of u and all ur team keep up the hard work

Worst fast food I've ever had. Cheese slices so cold turned my burger cold, fries over salted and tiny, no ketchup only BBQ sauce, overpriced too McDonalds next time never trying them again

Aj has served me at the till and she was so lovely and knows how to put a smile on peoples faces and when i got given my food by jamie she was so considerate towards other people.

I stopped by for some lunch today and honestly the food was spot on! The staff were friendly and welcoming, it’s got to be the best Burger King I’ve been too. The food was served quickly and clearly freshly cooked! I couldn’t recommend highly enough and will 100% be going again!

Typical burger king menu, with self service screens on the counter. Wait time was only a few minutes. Located in the large food hall with plenty of places to sit.

Got my food so fast, I ordered a Chicken Royale with Bacon and cheese and it was juicy and amazing, my fries were warm and salted and I had a frozen strawberry Fanta that was so sweet and amazing! Worthy of a 5 star rating.

The staff at this venue are superb! Welcoming and attentive. I needed help with a charger and they instantly provided a solution. Delicious food too, while we waited. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazed, open kitchen so you can see exactly what’s going on. They took care when preparing vegan meals with appropriate hand washing my and separate cooking areas! Really impressed with this one!

I was at merry hill unit 16 BK this evening with my family! I had few issues with my order for some of the items were not there. However Tracey Palmer was very kind and fantastic! She ensured that my burgers were specially prepared and gave a couple of ice cream to kids as a gift for the wait!! Very impressive and amazing service! I will definitely go back t bk anytime I go to the mall not for the free gift but for the great service given!

Food prepared by people wearing no gloves, constantly touching their face. Not good burgerking , gloves and cleanliness are paramount in good food hygiene.

Brilliant service from Tracey, fully aware of allergens and couldn't be more helpful. Businesses could do with more staff like her.

Went to eat here yesterday around 5.30pm. Staff stood chatting ignoring customers waiting to order for a lengthy amount of time. I asked if they were going to serve and was ignored. I walked away without ordering in the end as I couldn't use the machine for what I wanted. I was amongst several who did. It won't last long if your ignorant staff won't work! Not kids either older lady wearing a baseball cap.

Asked for onion rings to be freshly cooked. The chap at the front desk was great he ask the guys cooking to put some in. I saw that they had just pulled them from draw. The guy serving me ask them if they were fresh? They said they were! He then made them take the fresh ones out. You don't expect to be lied too when you can see them making the food up. Won't be going again...

Visited the merry hill branch last Sunday and ordered the vegan bacon royale king meal wich cost me £8.89, it was absolutely disgusting, close to cold, for what I paid it was shocking, contacted head office, and they advised me to get a refund, will never use this place again.

Just wanted to say that ‘Mia’ (brown hair about 18 ish I think) is an amazing worker! We’ve been served by her a couples of times now and all I can say is how patient she is when it comes to my app rewards and the offers through the app codes. Massive credit when it comes to customer service and we always love when she’s on the tills to serve us as we know it’s always what we order!

Burger king is a establish international enterprise. I am sure that they are aware of food safety regulations but I am deeply concern as to why they are touching customers food with their bare hands. When I observe the other restaurants in that same area their hands are covered. I am disgusted by this. They need to use food gloves like the others. Twice after eating there my tunmy feels unsettled.

Really disappointed ordered 3 veggie meals they give me chikan one when I complaint about this Managar told me it’s my opinion he made that with soya but it’s not soya I explained that we don’t eat non veg at all but he is very rude to me I will show you pics and I am also took that for testing to confirm that is it soya or not

Very low,slow and poor service for the kids no toy but nobody told us... As people in a queue waiting they are laughing and bearly doing their job.... It was first and last time....
