Vine aquí en febrero y volveré! ! El personal fue muy servicial con recomendaciones sobre qué tener ya que no he estado aquí antes y me hicieron sentir muy bienvenido. Fue una primera experiencia agradable de hecho.

Service not very good, totally overpriced. But I know the rent of these units and it’s horrific - come on BCC get your act together and lower the business rates do we in Four Isks can enjoy the luxury of a beautiful ice cream !!! Don’t we deserve it ?

Reservamos una oferta de groupon para gofres. Llegó a la hora reservada y me dijeron que no sabían de nuestra reserva. Me dijeron que volviera en media hora, así que tuvimos que esperar una hora más. Las chicas eran miserables detrás del mostrador y no nos preguntaron si queríamos tomar una copa. Waffle fue bueno, pero no regresará.

La visita de 3 niñas resultó en que el personal se negó a atenderlas ya que cerraban temprano, ¡en 40 minutos! Golpes de personal perezoso. No lo recomendaré ni lo volveré a usar. Pobre.

Pedimos helado en una bañera y la señora vino con un cono, así que le pedí que lo trajera en una bañera, primero negó su error y luego dijo "di por favor". Mis hijos y yo que estábamos allí para desayunar nos sorprendimos con esto. ¡comportamiento! ! Claramente, ella no era una persona adecuada para ser reclutada en ese puesto. Solicité hablar con el gerente que no estaba disponible, así que hablé con la otra dama que lo criará. Es poco probable que volvamos a visitarlo. El lugar se veía genial, no puedo comentar sobre comida ya que estábamos muy molestos por la experiencia. Necesidad de personal apropiado con cheques completos!

I cam with a friend whilst visiting Birmingham. There was a poor woman holding the floor by herself, with only a trainee to help her. This resulted in our order coming out at different times and the wrong ice creams provided. This is not the lady's fault, management need to ensure that their staff have enough support in order to effectively manage service. it is a shame to lose customers on something as simple as this.

Very enjoyable. Lovely selection of desserts, plenty to choose from. Coffee good too. Staff pleasant and helpful.

My family and I tried to visit mid afternoon whilst it wasn't too busy, plenty of empty tables and 5 members of staff. Should have been a simple task to seat us, (a 3 year old, pushchair with 6 month old, my wife and I). Our visit lasted 10 minutes, which for the most part was waiting to be acknowledged by any of the 5 staff who didn't appear to be doing a lot. After 10 minutes we were approached and asked if we would like a table, keeping in mind there were 3 or 4 tables free in the downstairs part of the shop which just needed a quick clear and clean. We were told there was a table free upstairs, to which we asked if there was a lift. There wasn't, we asked if we could sit downstairs and the server's response was "well you're going to have to wait then". Why none of tables downstairs were able to be cleaned, what the staff were doing to allow tables to not be ready, we were not sure. But it rapidly ended what was hoping to be a family treat, but turned into disappointment even before trying anything was eaten.

I was given a voucher as a gift for afternoon tea ! All I can say is wow ! Never visited one of theses new dessert places before as always on a diet so I wasn’t sure what to expect. We were welcomed by Amanda the manager and shown the menu . Recommendations were made , followed and thoroughly enjoyed. The staff were polite and friendly and really helpful . The afternoon tea was massive, we couldn’t finish so bought some home and was absolutely top quality. Highly recommend this place for a visit . Will certainly return .

Lovely food, large selection of desserts and savory items, sadly the cleanliness is an issue the cutlery was covered in finger prints and the staff hand coffee out with fingers round the rim of the cups. Some product was sent back as it was past its best.

I came in for dessert and a nice waitress Amina recommended endless temptation waffle and it tasted amazing, and I will be returning !!

i visited yesterday evening with a friend and tried Oreo waffle. The service was great we were greeted on arrival and seated immediately and presented with menus, the only bad thing was choosing what dessert to have because we were well and truly spoilt for choice with such a variety and images to assist. once i finally choose the oreo waffle was prepared immediately and served within 5 - 10 minutes. the dessert was definitely the best thing about the shop, generous portions and the taste was unbelievable, ive tried the same desert from other places but this definitely was the best i have ever tried. our waiter sanraj was a great help aswell. i would definitely recommend this place and i will definitely returning soon (tonight maybe).

I have visited the desert shop on a number of occasions whilst the food is good the service is very slow and not very accommodating. I love banana milkshakes and have waited over 20 minutes from order for what is a simple dish.

Beware this place is under new management. Dirty place,over priced,crepes full of chocolate,rude staff.THIS PLACE WAS NEVER LIKE THIS BEFORE RECENTLY NEW MANAGEMENT. BAD PLACE!

I visit this place at least 2-3 times a week. The service is absolutely brilliant, as well as all of their dishes. The management changed one month ago, and since then rapid improvements have been made. The customer service is brilliant and all staff including managers/owners are very friendly and welcoming. All dishes are presented well and taste brilliant, hence I find my self returning every week or if I fancy a sweet treat. Would 100% recommend to anyone!

The desserts were amazing. Plenty to choose from on menu. Great value. Friendly staff. Toilets were clean. Comfy chairs. Highly recommend. Had a wonderful time. Will return
