Went for a late breakfast with my daughter. It was very busy, but we were served promptly by Hannah (who was a great advert for the cafe with her friendly and welcoming demeanour). We didn't have to wait long for our food to arrived either. The breakfasts were very good. Although my fried egg was slightly over cooked and my Stornoway black pudding wasn't slightly, under cooked, I wasn't overly concerned, particularly as the sausage was one of the tastiest I've had for a long time. My only other comment would be to correct the spelling error on the menu, but that doesn't affect the review ranking!

Hidden gem of Bearsden. Artisan homemade baking, you can't get any better around it. Such a lovely friendly staff add the cherry on the top. Would definitely highly recommend this beautiful place.

Lovely breakfast, had the full scottish couldn't have asked for a better dish! They also do a lovely Mocha too. Staff were friendly as always.

I moved to Bearsden recently and was really pleased to find Leo’s, which is friendly, relaxed and, when I arrived, open until 8pm . It was a very civilised place to go for an early evening drink . Sadly, the opening hours have now been changed - to 6pm, apart from Sunday which is 5pm. Fingers crossed this changed back to 8pm.

I ordered from here for delivery to my home. Order arrived on the time that was suggested. I opened the bag to find I was missing a portion of pancakes which are pretty expensive might I add. Anyway I understand mistakes happen so I phoned the shop, a young lady answered and tried to come to a resolution, she said she would phone me back after contacting her boss who wasn't in. Young lady returned the call in the time she said she would after speaking to her boss apologising saying they couldn't send another portion out to me, for some reason it seemed like her boss was against sending another order out. After being told this I then asked about how I will then receive a refund? She assured me that her boss will phone me on Tuesday this week 21/11/23. Still no contact from the shop with a refund and its now 23/11/23. So ultimately I've paid £9 plus delivery for pancakes that I never received and still not received a refund for the good niether. Poor service and will not return, a shame really because if it was resolved I wouldn't think twice about using them again, but the way the whole thing has been handled I don't think they should even be in charge of a business.

this isn’t a big fancy review, i never usually order much but i do order here a lot, the food and service is amazing, the atmosphere is great and you’ll probably get a good laugh while you wait for your food, and on the topic of the food, i haven’t ordered something i haven’t enjoyed, everything i’ve ever eaten out of here has been some of the greatest food i’ve ever eaten, i definitely recommend ordering from here if you haven’t.

This was the first time l have used just eat my order was due to be delivered between 5.20-5.50 the app kept saying the delivery time was changed then 2hrs after it was due it said it had been delivered l never received it l am working with a girl with a learning disability who has no way to understand why her food isn’t here this is a terrible service and l will not use it again l only hope l get a refund

My wife went to Tesco Milngavie to take back a t-shirt that still had a security tag on it, it was part of a mjlti-pack of t-shirts and this was the last one that we were going to put on our grandson. This was when we noticed the security tag. My wife spoke to Steven(Stephen) who was a duty manager-assistant manager? When he took the security tag off, he said my wife had damaged the t-shirt as there was a small hole in the material where the tag had been. He refused a refund and my wife just bought another multi-pack, paid full price and left disgusted at her treatment. Shocking customer service. 0 out of 10
