I have been coming to Cafe Le Manger for the past 4 years, ordering a take away Latte. It really is the best around. Ali and Ivan have always welcomed me and I have felt part of their Horley family. Sadly my husband and I moved from Horley yesterday back to Hampshire. I wanted to say thank you and goodbye but knew it would be too upsetting. If I return to Gatwick on holiday, I will be sure to pop in and say hello and look forward to their wonderful coffee!

Owner was very friendly and prices were very reasonable. We ordered the full English and a hot chocolate ( it was late afternoon) the drinks were part of the breakfast price, a latte cup size, food was cooked to order, it was very nicely cooked, 2 of us having an egg, 2 pieces of bacon, sausage,beans, mushrooms,hash brown and a slice of toast+ drinks came to £15.90 very good value, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend and if traveling through again would revisit.

Lovely warm and friendly service with fresh cooked food and very good price and variety nothing too much trouble. the owner Ali was a delight.

Checked in to one of the Airport Hotels but was too late for Breakfast. Took a stroll up into Horley and found this great little cafe. Small cosy setting also had an outside seating area. Staff were friendly and welcoming. My order was taken immediately and the all day breakfast arrived soon after. Food was piping hot and very tasty, Staff were chatty and attentive, excellent value for money. Well worth the walk into Horley.

When we arrived we were seated immediately and our orders were taken within 5 minutes of sitting down! The man who served us was so friendly. We both had a fully English and drinks each, the total came to less than £20 and the quality and portion sizes were very good! We were attacked by a wasp during our visit and the waiter made effort to remove it for us and when it kept coming back he helped us carry all our things inside and found us a new seat! We are not local to Horley but if we were back in the area we would definitely go back!

First time eating in this cafe. Staff were friendly , food was nice but portion sizes were a bit small. Tea was definitely not pg tips 🤣 Nice outside seating area , just a few things they could improve on but I would definitely visit again. 🙂

Lovely friendly service. Very fast service and a great tasting coffee. Very clean table which is so important at the moment. Sat outside it was wonderful.

Instead of grabbing a take away breakfast I thought I would try this as I had seen people cueing outside a few days before, I was not disappointed! A great price for a take away breakfast and the staff are lovely!

Me and my partner came here one morning for breakfast/lunch. All the staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome. The food was lovely, portions were generious and all resonably priced.

My wife and I have been regular Friday morning customers of Cafe Le Manger for some years and always share a toastie as well as having a Latte and Cappacino . We always get a warm welcome with a greeting of "The usual?" Today we decided to try their all day breakfast menu (to share of course) and were extremely pleased with the result. We shall be back on Friday as usual and also next Wednesday for another shared breakfast. Thank you to our Turkish friends Yvonne & Alan

Was intending to get breakfast elsewhere with a friend, but they weren't serving. Not having much time, we headed here. It's a little small, but the staff were extremely friendly. We tried changing up our breakfast order a little, but were told that it was what's on the menu only. Not a problem, if slightly surprising. Nevertheless, the food was hot, the servings generous, the staff pleasant, the service quick ... all good stuff.

I was there last Saturday and chose the Turkish breakfast and it was very tasty. Fried mushrooms, Turkish feta cheese and sausage were sublime. The toast were a bit too buttered but the excellent coffee more than made up for it. I’d go back.

My wife and I frequently eat in Le Manger Cafe in Horley. The food is excellent. We would recommend the full english breakfast and brie and bacon toasties. There is a relaxed family atmosphere with a warm welcome for everyone. A great place to start your day.

I went as a tourist into this cafe, ordered a cup of cappuccino and a slice of lemon cake. I was told to go out and sit there, and my coffee was served quite soon, but the slice of cake 10 minutes later!The cake was not what I expected. I think it tasted strange... I asked the waitress to bring the bill and I was told to come inside the cafe to pay. I didn't hear the words "please" or "thank you" from the girls behind the counter. Next time I'll find another cafe in Horley.

I stayed in Horley overnight, transiting between Gatwick and Luton airports (my jet set life style ...), and the guest house breakfast (in Polish) was too awful to contemplate. So we headed for the train station and on the way, found Le Manger.This mom and pop joint serves a mean breakfast, with enough versions of the Full English to satisfy the most discerning of palates, served in generous portions and with decent coffee and tea on the side. They offer the kind of value for money that is rare in these belated times, and charming and friendly service to go with it.But what made me happiest of all was a photo of Kemal Ataturk on the wall. He is one of the greatest political leaders of the 20th century (perhaps the greatest), and his legacy, a secular republic in a sea of Islamic medievalism, lasted nearly a century until Erdogan, a very much lesser breed of political sociopath, began the slow erosion of Ataturk's visionary democracy.The breakfast and Kemal's photo were a great start to a long day which will end, much later tonight, in Poland.

Thought we would give this a go for breakfast today, instead of an overpriced Best Western hotel experience, but it was closed ! Not sure if it is never open on Sunday although the Website says it is so beware .....

Meal was horrible, nothing like the description - Coronation Chicken (look up the ingredients!) and the chicken was pre-formed little cubes and there was no sauce of any flavour. When asked if 'everything was okay?' I mentioned that it was NOT okay, to which she asked if I would like something else instead, I chose an alternative only to be CHARGED for BOTH! They couldnt understand that if an alternative is provided, this is INSTEAD OF ... not AS WELL AS!! A disagreement ensued. Our meal of one jacket potato and hubby's toasted sandwich plus two cups of tea cost a staggering £15.00 !! If they are going to give a dish a name, they should do some research into how to make it!! This is a nasty way of making money out of people.

Very good service and comprehensive menu. Meals are huge. The bacon, Brie and cranberry piniani was excellent and served with fresh salad. Sit outside in the sunshine surrounded by beautiful flower gardens.

We came here the other week by coming across this little place by accident. Mainly due to the fact we were hungover and there were no kids screaming in there. So we thought it was a good bet! It is lovely the people are lovely and you get a proper mug of tea or a really descent cup of coffee and the food is fresh and yummy from the breakfasts to the homemade specials. Well worth a visit especially if you just want a quick bite but of decent food

I just love this place. So much so that we have now become regulars. The staff are lovely and always so accommodating if I want to change something on the menu.

You can find other places with a bit more ambiance and, certainly, greater pretense, but this place delivers well-prepared simple meals of high quality with great service.

Came here for something to eat on my lunch break and had the mozzarella, pesto and sun dried tomato panini. Which was lovely, just the right size for lunch and came with a little side salad.

This is a cheap cafe serving cheap food. It isn't nice and a world away from being a restaurant why o earth anyone would want to eat here when there is so much choice around I just don't know

For lunch we ordered a double cheeseburger and a panini. The burger was okay and came with a large serving of French fries. I had a feta, sundries tomato, olive and pesto panini which came with a side salad. Delicious! The service was very good. I would go back!

Last week, I went with waiter's recommendation and tried the baklava. The freshness of the ingredients, the sweetness without being overpowering and the crunch of the nuts combined to make the best baklava I have ever tasted. On a sunny glorious day I was just driving down the coast. I came across this beautiful town of Horley when I needed a short break. A warm and very friendly welcome by Cafe Le Manger staff. Pretty quick service, absolutely delicious meal, natural 5 in 1 smoothie to cool down on this hot weather (no additives or artificial flavours!); and finally I tried some mouthwatering homemade dessert. It was like heaven. Highly recommended

Hearty, filling, tasty. For £6.50 full English breakfast (sausage, bacon, eggs, hash browns or chips, toast, mushrooms, beans and a cup of capuchino). Perfect on a sunny day as they have good outdoor seating. Very friendly staff, quick service and a good variety of snacks and meals on the menu. Right in the heart of Horley so happy and vibrant. Completely and totally down to earth with no pretensions. My favourite spot to relax and watch the world go by.
