Our waiter was amazing. We had bottomless brunch and the drinks were definitely bottomless! We were never without a drink and with 8 of us we had no problems with incorrect orders or mistakes. Our waiter was amazing, super friendly and never without a smile

Attended for Bottomless Tapas for a ‘family friendly’ hen party. Staff were lovely and made a fuss of the hen. We were seated and served very quickly and staff remained very attentive throughout, ensuring that we had our next set of dishes ordered ready to serve as soon as we were ready. Food was great and definitely ‘bottomless’. The lovely lady serving our table also noticed that my daughter was a bit unsure about some of the flavours on the menu (preferring plainer things) and brought out some more simple/‘fussy eater’ friendly dishes for her. Great service, lovely team.

The food was fantastic, and the drinks too. We had a lot for the table, but everything came out in good time, was correct, and the team were very attentive and friendly! I know it's a small thing, but I love when the waiting staff will reassure that all of our order is on the way, if it doesn't come out all at once. It's just nice to know you're getting friendly, thoughtful service.

I love coming here, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the drinks are incredible. I've still yet to taste my way through the menu!

10/10 Our server was Connor and he was absolutely amazing and very welcoming! We was a walk in and had a few cocktails and fajitas with chicken. Served by Connor, I couldn't ask for better service! Will be coming back :)

My partner and I decided to try this place out after seeing January's "Bottomless Tapas" deal for £15pp, which we thought was decent considering how much eating out/takeaway costs nowadays. Upon arriving and being seated by a lovely member of staff, we were told that we had 90 minutes to make use of the deal after we started ordering. In total, we ordered 2 plates of nachos, 1 patatas bravas, 1 gambas, 1 corn esquites, 1 beef tacos, 1 fried chicken, 1 chicken wings, 2 sets of churros and maybe 1 more dish that I can't remember, while calamari dishes were unavailable that night. For drinks, we made use of the 2-for-1 deal on mocktails, for a total of £7. If not for the special January deal, this meal would have set us back just over £80 on a normal night (we paid £37 total), which is quite a ridiculous thought, especially as some of the food was not the quality you'd expect for (averaging) £10 a plate with those portion sizes. I could probably nitpick on something with every dish I had, but I'll sum it up by saying that, again, for the ~£10 a plate you'd be paying normally, I was by no means blown away by the food. As for the service, there were a lot of staff on the premises and I think we arrived during a shift-swap and maybe a training day. Every time we wanted to order more food, someone new showed up; They were all friendly and polite and we were never left waiting for an unreasonable amount of time between orders. Overall, OK food with good service.

I tried the new bottomless tapas, it was OK. I prefer the bottomless brunch tbh. My server Connor was attentive and was always checking to see if we were ok. Love the atmosphere, and will be back soon x

Not sure if it was just the name on the receipt but our waitress Karolina was amazing. Very attentive and helpful. It was quite busy for a Monday evening but she was still there whenever we needed her. She’s a credit to the Las Iguanas team!

Walked in, nobody acknowledged us, waited ages for drink!!! Then has to prompt the chefs for food , the kitchen pass was loaded with food to go out. Not impressed to see a member of management standing at the bar drinking something.

We were served by the lovely Sean for the unlimited Tapas and cocktails. He and the rest of the team was so attentive and made sure we felt like the only people in the restaurant they were shortstaffed but we would have never known as they all worked enough for two people. Sean is a credit to the service and was a real joy to be served by not to mention the food was amazing and the deal was of great quality.

The tacos at Las Iguanas in Chelmsford are quite good, and the service is friendly and polite. The cocktails are well-prepared and enjoyable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. We’ll certainly return.

Me and my friend did a bottomless brunch in December, which we have done before at Las Iguanas, but the service by Amelia was especially good this time. She was really friendly, funny, and gave us constant top ups for our drinks and made sure our food was okay. The food and drink also was even nicer than before. Would definitely recommend! Thank you Amelia for a wonderful evening.

We visited this restaurant for the first time with a reservation for five people. Although the experience had its ups and downs, the staff's exceptional service made all the difference. Upon arrival, we kindly asked for some extra time to decide as we were unfamiliar with the menu. The starters took a while to arrive, which was surprising since the place wasn’t very busy. When they finally brought the appetizers, we noticed the nachos were lukewarm rather than hot, which was a bit disappointing. The main dishes also took quite some time to be served. One of our party members, who cannot eat spicy food, ordered an enchilada but unfortunately couldn’t eat it as it was too spicy for them, even if it might be mild for others. However, this is where the experience turned around

Did the Xmas bottomless brunch on Saturday afternoon, it was the best brunch I've had in ages the food was yummy as always but the service was top notch, continuous drinks flowing and such a lovely young lady serving us, customer service has plummeted in the UK but las igs staff Chelmsford haven't followed the masses and continue to go above an beyond.

Words can’t comprehend how truly exuberant Scott was. If you don’t like a runny yolk with your egg, Scott is the man. If you want alcoholic beverages down your gullet, Scott is the man. I will be coming back here soon x
