Las Iguanas Bracknell in Bracknell Forest

Waited for food an hour, and was very disappointed when it's arrived. Meat was very dry, not wat I was expecting specially for mother's day treat.

We had a lovely meal at Las iguanas. I must say the staff were super helpful as we needed to change seats and had no problem at all, they even helped us. I would really recommend it.

Excellent Staff especially the girl that served us. I cannot recall her name but she was really nice and polite. Excellent Food and portions for the Tapas deal that we went for. Though we were charged for our 5 year daughter as well but we did not complain or asked for it to be removed.

I just had lunch and we had a Thaluya from lunch menu is was soooo good and + drink just spend £9.95 .Server Zanda was super and gave us good recommendations.

Steak fajitas was cooked to perfection and our waiters Zander and Denz8l was fabulous 👌 👏

Had the best meal for my birthday treat at Las Iguanas today the food was great and received the best service. Our waiter was Kieran and he was really quick, polite and excellent service. I’m really glad we chose to go there and many thanks!! Will be coming again soon … highly recommend. 🥳

Service is very bad .First of all we were denied for a seat . Then later when they agreed and took our order for cocktail drinks they did not mention 2 for 1 deal is not available for seperate drinks and we ordered for 3 drinks and end up having 6 drinks in table . They knew the order was for 3 people and they could inform us.

We got a big group in and were very well attended. Marta was very helpfull on explaining the menus and the options we had. We enjoyed the Margarita jugs, they are not very alcoholic. The food was good, not the best we had, but the relation price/quality is fine.😄

We were very well looked after by Josh and Kayla who were very friendly and welcoming. As we were celebrating, we chose the bottomless brunch option. The range of drinks available was superb, we had fizz and a range of cocktails. The Mexican rice bowl was very tasty and a substantial main course, but we did follow it up with the churros grande which we shared between the three of us. The food was delicious and freshly cooked and the atmosphere was lively. I highly recommend the bottomless brunch.

Ordered the Jambalaya for main. My son ordered a burger without salad. The jambalaya arrived, the Chorizo was burnt, the rice was slightly burnt as well, the chicken was dry and there were no prawns, it was rice with black chorizo and dried chicken thrown in. Son’s burger arrived with salad in the burger, not ideal as he specifically requested no salad in the burger. The food to be honest was very poor and not what we expected for the price.

The food is ready for almost 20 min, the chef called for 4 times, no one react. And it’s not busy at all, just few tables there. Very disappointing.

We were late, I had tried to ring but only got to speak to an automated voice, so could not notify the restaurant. I was met with 'if you had been two minutes later you would have lost your table as a no show'. Our table was then not ready and we had to wait to be seated. Despite spending about 10 minutes discussing what my son (with a tomato allergy) could and could not eat, we ordered Patatas Bravas for the table to share which my son ate having not been told it contained tomatoes! As a vegetarian the following dishes were not available for me to order: Veggie Enchilada / Squash, Peppers and Spinach Burrito / Veggie Chimichanga as they had clearly run out of squash, peppers and spinach. The black bean veggie burger was very spicy, overcooked and dry. I ordered sour cream to make it more palatable and was charged £1.50 for the smallest pot of sour cream. The accompanying curly fries were luke warm.

Our visit to Las Iguanas was made so much better thanks to Kieran! Before he took over, the service was quite slow and not very welcoming, but Kieran completely changed the experience. He was attentive, friendly, and efficient, always checking in at the right moments without being overbearing. His menu knowledge was great, and his recommendations were really helpful. Even with the restaurant being busy, he handled everything with a smile and a professional attitude. Kieran’s fantastic service made all the difference, and we’d love to be served by him again!

We had a great experience at Las Iguanas bottomless tapas thanks to Kieran! The service before he took over was slow and not very welcoming, but Kieran completely turned things around. He was friendly, attentive, and efficient, making sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. His menu knowledge and recommendations were spot on, and despite the busy restaurant, he remained professional and cheerful throughout. Kieran truly made our visit enjoyable, and we’d love to have him as our waiter again!

Great place, Were frequent visitors of las iguanas Bracknell and they never fail to impress us. Dean, Michaela and Zanda are great and always give as a warm welcome.

I came with my best friend on a busy Friday night. Kayla was AMAZING! we had the bottomless Tapas and the food was hot and very tasty. Kayla was very quick for our next orders and we got to try everything on the menu. thank you SO much. we will definitely be returning :)

Three of us dined here on a weekday evening. The service was incredibly slow. They appeared to be very short staffed, the waiter was stressed and seemed harassed. Sadly the food was quite grim. I ordered the Bahian Chicken Mash Up and it just inedible - a brown, soggy mess. We didn’t order more drinks or desert as we didn’t know if it would ever turn up. Overall I wouldn’t recommend I’m afraid.

I have never been to a place for a meal lland cocktail like this! Food was cold and vegetarian option that supposed to have mac and cheese inside was empty. Food that was supposed to be spicy and had butternut squash sadly non of it was on my plate... tasted awful If I hadn't waited for ages for the food and if I wasn't hungry I would have sent it back The cocktails were missing ingredients and in some of them didn't even had what has been said on the menu like the strawberry one was meant to have popping boba... and I had to ask for it as it was missing.... We have waited 20min for the drinks to arrive It has definitely ruined my friend bday And the toilets.... I am not sure how is this place still open

Our server Josh was extremely attentive and friendly. Food was delicious as ever! 80s background music was ace and 2 for 1 cocktails all day every day is always a brilliant plus! Good food for kids too. We left with a very happy 5 year old! 😃

I’m highly appalled by the absolute lack of service I and 4 others received. We went to Las iguanas on New Year’s Eve for food and the bottomless drinks they do. First we were called to ask if we could come earlier for our booking which was perfectly fine so we arrived at the new time we were given. We were sat down after waiting about 10 minutes to be seen. We were all deciding are drinks for about 20 minutes and still no one came over to us it’s been nearly 30 minutes and no server came over I did make eye contact clearly and ended up having to wave over a server which took our first drinks. Then we had our drinks and then proceeded to have to wait nearly over 40 minutes and I wish I was over exaggerating how long it took for another server which, I had to also call over. Bear in mind we thought it might have been busy as it was New Year’s Eve. It in fact was not busy and the three severs we saw were waiting by the kitchen for a takeaway order and chatting by the computer they had. I wish I could be nicer about the lack of professionalism there was but the service was so bad and unfortunately me and my boyfriend really enjoyed it last time we went and it was embarrassing to talk so highly of it and then get poor service. When we finally got are starters which was another 35 minutes it was near closing time for the kitchen and we ordered before anywhere near closing. We were told by a server that he was going to go make the food himself as the kitchen wasn’t. We waited for one nachos which doesn’t take 30 minutes to make and should have been two and two patatabravas which funnily enough were half cooked and not eaten. The table behind us also left there food and walked out the restaurant. We ended up paying for the drinks and not the food which if I’m being honest the lack of everything we shouldn’t of had to pay as much. The bar staff also had to shout for service as they were not picking the drinks up. Worst bottomless brunch ever if you could even call it that. We had such a boring New Year’s Eve and it was 11pm by the time we left and waited and we had no food. Absolutely disgusting. You think they would have been busy and prepared for New Year’s Eve but no neither of those.

I always seem to forget about Las Iguanas until I see it, but it’s honestly one of my absolute favorite places to dine in or order from. It’s the perfect combination of everything—starters, tapas, main courses, cocktails, and more. The food is consistently hot and tastes like pure perfection. A big thank you for the excellent service as well! The staff are always friendly, attentive, and a pleasure to interact with.

Booked a table for 4. We arrived and were seated. It was 25 mins before anyone came to take our order. It then took another 20mins to get our drinks and then they had forgotten one. Our starter arrived shortly after. But our mains never arrived. We chased them up twice over the course of an hour and both times were told they won't be long. After being at the restaurant for nearly 2 hrs we got up to leave only for someone to run over and say they were coming now. They turned up with only 2 of the 4 mains and said they hadn't started making the other 2. It wasn't even busy; most of the tables were empty. Several other tables were complaining about the poor service. The waiting staff just didn't seem bothered and would only come over to the table when I physically got up and went to speak to them. Will not return.

Ordered the Jambalaya. Menu states chorizo, pulled pork, chicken & prawns. Thought, lovely sounds nice. Comes out, half full bowl of rice, 4 bits of chicken, 2 prawns and no pork or chorizo. Table check back was not completed until I was 3/4 of the way through the dish, to which the waitress said “no I’m not sure that dish has pulled pork, I will check”. Had to check with the kitchen, and brought out a small portion of pork to have with my last 2 mouthfuls of food. Fiance had the fajitas, and the “fajita veg” was just onion. No peppers, seasoning etc. for £21, no wonder the restaurant trade is in the bin at the moment. If you’re going to lure people through the door with a 2-4-1 offer on cocktails, if they are going to spend more money on things like food, make it worth the price point.

Excellent evening spent at Bracknell for our wedding anniversary. The staff are so friendly when we visit, and always make time for a chat. Kieron and Zanda were helpful with our selection and the food when delivered was piping hot and well presented. The staff ensured we had drinks and the table was cleared timely between courses. Everyone had a smile for us. We enjoy visiting this restaurant and often stop for Tapas and cocktails while shopping. Was disappointed when the mango and cheese enpanadas were discontinued :( but love the chilli popcorn calamari :)

Horrendous start to our Lapland weekend experience. Decided to treat the kids to a meal out at 6:30pm which we had a reservation for. Waited two hours, and all we got were starters and the kids’ meals. The kids were literally falling asleep at the table, so we had to cancel one main course and ask for the other to be packed to go. The service was absolutely shocking—no sense of urgency. To top it off, the only compensation was a token discount on one kids’ meal, I still had to pay full price for my take out which was stone cold by the time we got home. Completely unacceptable. Strongly recommend you avoid this place, not suitable for children, one of the staff’s Christmas T-shirt had a swear word written on it and had to explain to my 6yr old when she read it, that it was a swear word and to never repeat.

The food is good and tasty. I ordered some shrimps, burgers, and sweet potatoes. The ambience was nice and quiet. The location is accessible along with shops nearby.

We love coming here. Phoebe is great, most times we’ve come she has served us. Always smiling and chatty. Food is great and the cocktails are 2 for 1 so can’t go wrong.

Had an amazing time tonight with friends, service was great for how busy the restaurant was at the time with the lady with dyed blue hair being super friendly, I can’t remember her name because she kept the cocktails coming! Food was also amazing.

First time here. Pleasant greeting when we walked in. Our waiter Joshua was very friendly, polite and happy. Food good. But some of the portion sizes were small. Mock cocktails were fab. And our pudding was to die for. Service was good, but initial drinks order a bit on the slow side. Prices not to bad and atmosphere was good. Would definitely come back.

I came here for supper after work. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. My only criticism is that the service charge is not included in the bill like it is at some of their competitors. If they had done that they would have had 5 stars from me.

We liked the food and service. However, a part of the order took more time to be served which could have been avoided, it seems the order placed was not in the knowledge of the team. But otherwise we are glad that we came here as we liked the food and overall experience.

Excellent margaritas made by dean - would come again

We always have a great time here! Deans a really lovely bartender that not only indulgences us in excellent margaritas but when we bring our son he’ll make him fun coloured mocktails so he can join in with us. Food excellent and wait staff are great!

I’ve always been impressed with Las Iguanas as a chain however the Bracknell branch seems to be the best in Berkshire. The staff are friendly, attentive and the food is great. Special shout out to Dean behind the bar. That guy knows his cocktails and makes the best Margs.
