Las Iguanas Bracknell in Bracknell Forest

I always seem to forget about Las Iguanas until I see it, but it’s honestly one of my absolute favorite places to dine in or order from. It’s the perfect combination of everything—starters, tapas, main courses, cocktails, and more. The food is consistently hot and tastes like pure perfection. A big thank you for the excellent service as well! The staff are always friendly, attentive, and a pleasure to interact with.

Felt very cared for by the 2 staff serving us. Food was exquisite and music perfect while eating.

We had Josh as our server for bottomless brunch & he was amazing!! Such quick service & had a great time!

Booked a table for 4. We arrived and were seated. It was 25 mins before anyone came to take our order. It then took another 20mins to get our drinks and then they had forgotten one. Our starter arrived shortly after. But our mains never arrived. We chased them up twice over the course of an hour and both times were told they won't be long. After being at the restaurant for nearly 2 hrs we got up to leave only for someone to run over and say they were coming now. They turned up with only 2 of the 4 mains and said they hadn't started making the other 2. It wasn't even busy; most of the tables were empty. Several other tables were complaining about the poor service. The waiting staff just didn't seem bothered and would only come over to the table when I physically got up and went to speak to them. Will not return.

Ordered the Jambalaya. Menu states chorizo, pulled pork, chicken & prawns. Thought, lovely sounds nice. Comes out, half full bowl of rice, 4 bits of chicken, 2 prawns and no pork or chorizo. Table check back was not completed until I was 3/4 of the way through the dish, to which the waitress said “no I’m not sure that dish has pulled pork, I will check”. Had to check with the kitchen, and brought out a small portion of pork to have with my last 2 mouthfuls of food. Fiance had the fajitas, and the “fajita veg” was just onion. No peppers, seasoning etc. for £21, no wonder the restaurant trade is in the bin at the moment. If you’re going to lure people through the door with a 2-4-1 offer on cocktails, if they are going to spend more money on things like food, make it worth the price point.

Our host Molly was incredible. Looked after us really well. True professional! Industry needs more staff members like her.

Excellent evening spent at Bracknell for our wedding anniversary. The staff are so friendly when we visit, and always make time for a chat. Kieron and Zanda were helpful with our selection and the food when delivered was piping hot and well presented. The staff ensured we had drinks and the table was cleared timely between courses. Everyone had a smile for us. We enjoy visiting this restaurant and often stop for Tapas and cocktails while shopping. Was disappointed when the mango and cheese enpanadas were discontinued :( but love the chilli popcorn calamari :)

Horrendous start to our Lapland weekend experience. Decided to treat the kids to a meal out at 6:30pm which we had a reservation for. Waited two hours, and all we got were starters and the kids’ meals. The kids were literally falling asleep at the table, so we had to cancel one main course and ask for the other to be packed to go. The service was absolutely shocking—no sense of urgency. To top it off, the only compensation was a token discount on one kids’ meal, I still had to pay full price for my take out which was stone cold by the time we got home. Completely unacceptable. Strongly recommend you avoid this place, not suitable for children, one of the staff’s Christmas T-shirt had a swear word written on it and had to explain to my 6yr old when she read it, that it was a swear word and to never repeat.

Good food, great service. Especially Kieran, he made us feel so welcome from the start. Very friendly and so natural and at ease with customers. Made us feel so welcome and would come back just for that reason beside the food.

The food is good and tasty. I ordered some shrimps, burgers, and sweet potatoes. The ambience was nice and quiet. The location is accessible along with shops nearby.

We love coming here. Phoebe is great, most times we’ve come she has served us. Always smiling and chatty. Food is great and the cocktails are 2 for 1 so can’t go wrong.

This was my first visit here and I was taken good care of by a charismatic girl called Zee. I will definitely come again for the Long Island Iced tea and Chicken Fajitas.

Great food, good selection and very tasty. Quick and friendly service. Had the Mexican platter and was great, variety of food. Nice decor inside. They often have deals on the app.

I came here with my mum for lunch midweek. We enjoyed the best nachos ever, then she had the Acapulco Burger and I had a burrito bowl. Had an amazing time tonight with friends, service was great for how busy the restaurant was at the time with the lady with dyed blue hair being super friendly, I can’t remember her name because she kept the cocktails coming! Food was also amazing.

First time here. Pleasant greeting when we walked in. Our waiter Joshua was very friendly, polite and happy. Food good. But some of the portion sizes were small. Mock cocktails were fab. And our pudding was to die for. Service was good, but initial drinks order a bit on the slow side. Prices not to bad and atmosphere was good. Would definitely come back.

I came here for supper after work. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. My only criticism is that the service charge is not included in the bill like it is at some of their competitors. If they had done that they would have had 5 stars from me.

We liked the food and service. However, a part of the order took more time to be served which could have been avoided, it seems the order placed was not in the knowledge of the team. But otherwise we are glad that we came here as we liked the food and overall experience.

I’ve always been impressed with Las Iguanas as a chain however the Bracknell branch seems to be the best in Berkshire. The staff are friendly, attentive and the food is great. Special shout out to Dean behind the bar. That guy knows his cocktails and makes the best Margs.

We always have a great time here! Deans a really lovely bartender that not only indulgences us in excellent margaritas but when we bring our son he’ll make him fun coloured mocktails so he can join in with us. Food excellent and wait staff are great!

Great atmosphere. Even managed to get a Sombrero for the occasion. 2for1 cocktails all day. Shout out to Dean at the bar. Makes a mean Marg!!! 🍸❤️

It is always the most incredible atmosphere here. I have had some incredible service from the most lovely people. Most recently Josh at Bracknell. Great food and amazing people. And the cocktails are epic but the Corona on draft takes the cake!

We waited a very long time, over an hour for our food, and the restaurant was not busy (it was a Wednesday 6pm. Food didn't 'arrive until 7.15pm). The food was average and small portions. It was expensive for what it was. Staff were friendly but very slow.

Visited on two occasions during our time in Bracknell and had Josh as a server both times, he was so friendly and the service was amazing! Made such an amazing evening and the food was great!

Great evening out whatever the occasion I have been a few times now with friends and family amd have noticed how much they have improved quality of food and service!!! The portion sizes however could be improved slightly too or prices dropped to reflect portion size. Overall a nice place to be

So Las iguanas has always been my partner and I's favourite place.. more so to eat. We recently moved from Reading to Bracknell and despite the same menu, we have been disappointed every time we have eaten here. The food just isn't up to scratch like Reading. Dry over cooked wraps etc. Just now good. No longer a regular for us. I also noticed they do measures when making your cocktails but always add ice first ... Are we being ripped off? I don't know but it plays on the back of my mind! Watch out people

We booked for a large group of family and friends to celebrate a 21st birthday. The team were very friendly and helpful from the booking, to allowing us to bring decorations for the table as well as excellent service from Dean on the evening. The food was really good , we would definitely return and recommend booking for a special celebration.

Our server was Zanda and she was soo helpful and attentive. We hadn’t been before so she explained the menu and all the offers. The food was amazing and all the staff were super friendly. Would 100% recommend.

We have been big fans of Las Iguanas restaurants for years. The food is always reliably delicious, especially the squid and the prawns. I don't usually bother each time I go to a restaurant to leave a review. I thought a special mention to say thank you was in order to Molly to enable us to have a great meal again. It makes it so much more enjoyable when served by such a geniously friendly and helpful waitress. Cant wait for our next visit.
