Fabulous as always! Food is amazing! Service was superb!

We had a fantastic evening as we always do. We've never been disappointed by a visit to Las Bombas. We noticed the menu had changed slightly and we thought the menu before was 10/10 but it turns out you can improve on perfection, who knew! All our favourite dishes drinks and more what a great night.

First time visit tonight and will definitely not be the last! Food was spot on, tasty and plentiful. Great atmosphere and friendly staff.

We’re lucky to have such quality in our local area. James is a super talented chef and the fresh South American flavours he conjures up are always a triumph, particularly his ceviches. Highly recommended, and worth travelling from outside of the area to experience it. 5 stars without a doubt.

The food is superb, mixture of Latin American tapas and Latin sharing trays - so tasty! The service was fantastic, it was a busy evening during their fab live music night, the team were so accommodating of us as a walk in. Great cocktails too!

The tapas was amazing - the fries were like little sticks of heaven 😍 the cocktails were lovely overall a great evening and will definitely be back!

Recently visited one evening was seated told they'd be over with menus sat for 20 mins no service at all ended up leaving say support local businesses but this was just embarrassing! People sat with same empty plates when I arrived to when I left never again 😔

The best experience I've had in Greater Manchester. The service we received was exceptional and whoever the chefs are please keep doing what you're doing.

What an amazing place this is, a beautiful ambiance when you walk in with all the qualities of a top Manchester restaurant but set in a local village in Irlam. The food is delicious and there's lots to choose from, the waiting staff are very attentive and make you feel so welcome, it’s based on a Latino South American feel. This restaurant has lots to offer including live music on a Thursday evening with different artists each week. There is a fabulous terrace at the back to relax and unwind in, 100% worth a visit.

The food here is absolutely unreal. The pork belly especially is 10/10. Lovely people here and can't say enough about the food.... There's no actual words for how nice this food is.

We went for the food, so can't comment on the outside or upstairs bars. The food was decent, less than you'd expect for the price, we got a sharing platter and I could have eaten it myself. Good quality though. I can only assume they'd had staff go sick because the service was so slow, even a glass of water took nearly 30 minutes and repeated asking. Despite this, we will return and hope that they have addressed the staffing issues.

First visit of what will certainly be many. Great atmosphere and surroundings with staff who are friendly and attentive but never make you feel crowded or rushed. We decided to go on account of the vegetarian options and were really impressed with the choice and the high quality: the roast cauli tacos in particular were outstanding. Would definitely recommend.

Food is to die for.... Amazing. This bar/restaurant would not be out of place in the middle of Manchester with it's setting and vibe.

It's so so gorgeous here. Went here to do a short film for uni a while ago. The manager james was so wonderful to let us film. And I wanted to show thanks by coming for a family meal. Today we did that. We all enjoyed our meal so much! I had the chicken taco and mmmm wonderful! We will deffo come again soon! 🥰😋

Fantastic food and great atmosphere!

Food was unreal! Had the Sunday roast and the truffle gravy wasn’t over powering as you get most places! The beef was melt in your mouth and honestly no complaints!

As I live locally I've been meaning to book a table at Las Bombas but never got round to it. I shouldn't have put it off for so long as this is an excellent restaurant. The food is absolutely delicious, atmosphere fantastic and staff really friendly. Prices are very fair. Only slight issue was the time it took to get our drinks, but I think this was due to having so many large tables of people all at roughly the same time. Like I say only a minor issue. Will definitely be returning sooner rather than later.

Was recommended this restaurant and it did not let us down, was a great experience from arrival, service and the food was by far the best we've had in a restaurant for a long time. Will certainly be back.

Booked a table for 11 and we all loved it. The food was amazing and reasonably priced. We had a bit of everything and couldn’t fault any of it. The service was excellent, very attentive and all the food came out piping hot and was very fresh

First time dining here, 100% recommended! Went for the Steak night (Wednesday), perfectly cooked, good quality steak and sides. Great selection of drinks too. Will be back soon!

A fantastic experience. The food was wonderful, extremely fresh and clearly so much care taken in the cooking and presentation. We started with the Nachos and Jalapeño poppers (not on the menu as a dish but we saw them on one of the sharing platters and requested them as a starter) and then had the Surf & Turf sharing platter. All of the food was perfect. The guacamole and chimichurri were sensational! There is clearly a significant amount of time and effort that has been put into the recipes and the project as a whole. It’s taken us a while to visit but we wish we had sooner. The staff were so attentive and polite. A perfect experience, easily the best restaurant in the area. Thank you and we can’t wait till our next visit.

A hidden gem, fresh tapas with a twist!

Seriously good food with efficient service. Only slight downside is there was a loud table of brunching ladies across from us. But, more power to them; they were clearly enjoying themselves, as were we. Tasty but strong sangria and the chimichanga is even better. Las Bombas is another nail in town’s coffin — branch out and be rewarded. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend, wonderful evening, the food was exquisite, not had a meal that taste so good for some time, you will not be disappointed, service was fabulous, I will be a regular dinner.

Table booked for 7pm - arrived and promptly served our drinks, pint of Malaga and a fab Cava Sangria. There was a large party in and our lovely waitress Phoebe said that rather than ordering and waiting a while for food were we ok to hang fire and have some complimentary nibbles whilst they dealt with the large party. We felt that was great communication and service and enjoyed corn chips, pork cracking and olives. Within no time we had then ordered Cod Fitters and the Grill Tray. Food came in good time and was of the highest standard and we both thoroughly enjoyed. More beers, Cava Sangria and a lovely Sauvignon Blanc completed our evening along with a couple of complimentary tequila rose shots. Fabulous service all evening, great ambience and would highly recommend.

No doubt the best Latin-American restaurant in Greater Manchester and the best restaurant to go to, by far, in Irlam. Great value for excellent food. Great quality in food and service. The plates to share are the way to go. Always full of flavour, even the sweet corn is nicely seasoned. For someone like me, who is from South America, Las Bombas genuinely delivers authentic Latin-American flavours that remind me of cuisine I grew up with.

Would recommend las bombas to everyone. We have been on a couple of occasions for both food and just for drinks. The food is amazing. Can’t recommend it enough. Also would like to mention the staff. There was a mix up which was my fault and they have handled it brilliantly. I’m not sure who I have corresponded with via email but want to say a massive thank you for being very understanding and kind and for this we Will definitely be going back.

We would 100% recommend visiting Las Bombas, it has such a great atmosphere and the staff are so lovely and attentive. They had lots to choose from for Gluten Free food also, and the staff made sure we were aware of what included gluten from what we chose. The food was absolutely delicious, we have definitely found a new favourite place! The Sangria is also so tasty! We will definitely be back!

Came for the bottomless brunch on Sat 18th Nov, once sat down we was waited on by 2 girls. One of them (with red hair) was really friendly, smiley and attentive but my god the other one needs to learn customer's service skills....starting with a smile!!. Everything seemed to be so much effort for her! Anyway apart from the miserable looking girl it was a great atmosphere, great food, and plenty of alcholic beverages was had with it being a bottomless brunch....well worth the money. Just a shame the girl with long dark hair had to be so miserable when serving us!

Extremely pleasantly surprised. One of the best restaurants I’ve been to - much better than 99% of the high profile restaurants in central Manchester. A little gem in Irlam, where the food quality is outstanding.

Been a few times since opening and cannot fault it. Food is on point and portions are generous. Service is always great and if you head in on a Thursday evening they often have live music. Boosted the nightlife in the local area and already planning our next bottomless brunch. Make sure you try the corn ribs 😍

First time at Las Bombas last night with a friend who lives locally and we both really enjoyed it. The food was really tasty, stand out dishes were the beef tacos and the chicken croquettes but everything was delicious, as were the cocktails. The owner James was very friendly and gave us a tequila rose at the end which was very nice of him. The decor was very pretty and there was a nice vibe. I will definitely visit again

Finally a trendy feeling tapas bar in Irlam where the food is as good as anything you’d get in Manchester. The portions are good prices right and the quality is superb. The corn ribs are genius for something so simple and the steak was out of this world

10/10 can not fault anything. I have finally found a place that is worth every penny. I hate eating out in places where I can cook the food better. Here definitely was not that case. Every mouthfuls myself and the girls were mmmmm and OMGing at every mouthfuls. I hated sweetcorn and now I'm converted. We had the board and 4 other dishes 2 drinks each with a decent large wine for 3 just oflver £100. I'd pay more for food this good. Service was great and the atmosphere makes it even more spectacular! If your in two minds stop what your doing and book a table. These are filling up fast now.

Fabulous cocktails, great atmosphere and tasty food. Not the cheapest meal out, spent about £100 between 2 of us having cocktails, Sangria and food. But its well worth it. Beautiful place with indoor and outdoor seating.

Stopped in on the way back from a night in town. Was a great atmosphere, service was good and prices were reasonable.

We went for the first time on Saturday and were absolutely blown away by how delicious the food was. We had the carne board for 2 with skinny fries on the side. The chorizo was phenomenal! Best food we'd had in ages, maybe ever?! Loved the whole decor of the place too, and went on the outside terrace for drinks after. Was such a good vibe and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back

I love this place and what they are doing. The food is first of all perfectly seasoned, they did a take on a roast dinner for Mothers day and it was sublime. Roasties were perfect, pork juicy and moreish, loved the cauliflower cheese and in no way and in no dish were there any overpowering flavour to deflect from the stunning ingredients. Great beer, ice creams and coffee, Irlam is so lucky

Food, service and drinks were 10/10. It was a bit rowdy on a Saturday though even at 6pm... felt like we were seated to close to the bar/drinks area

Travelled 35 miles to try this place after being recommended by a friend. Wow. Glad I did. The loveliest wine I’ve drank and the food was incredible. Every single dish was perfect and tasted delicious. Can’t wait to come back and have another sharing board! Thank you Las Bombas staff.

Exquisite, contemporary food, excellent staff, who couldn't be more helpful with my wheelchair and access was very easy. When I rang the bell, I recommend the ceviche it was the the best I've had in the UK. Wonderful ambience will definitely go back

Wow got a last minute table on Friday evening (20th January) This was my first visit and wow, I was honestly blown away with the decor, the service and the food. The staff were very tentative and nothing was too much trouble. The flavours of the food was so tasty and every dish I tasted was an infusion of flavour. Las Bombas is a great addition in our local area. The owners/managers should be very proud of what they have achieved. I can not recommend this place enough.

We ate here last night 5 ladies The staff were amazing explained all about drinks and talked us through the fantastic menu. The cocktails we tried were gorgeous well presented and very reasonable but the food !!!!!! Oh well what can I say was amazing it just kept coming starters sharing platters everything was just perfect and we even had a dance at the end !!! Brilliant atmosphere would highly recommend this gem

Food was terrible, got a bottle of wine, nobody brought us glasses, waited then had to ask for 2 glasses, over prices for a morsal of food, made something to eat when we got home as still hungry, tried it but will not be going back.

Absolutely loved this restaurant, a hidden gem in Irlam! All of the food was unbelievably high standard. Highly recommend everything, but the Salmon Ceviche and Al Pastor Tacos we’re stand outs for me!! Will definitely be back
