Laros Greek in Manchester

What’s happened to my order? Says it’s been delivered and I’ve not received anything, order from here all time, what is going on ? Refund has been requested

Ordered on deliveroo. It was very late, cold, and not nice.

food was still hot but didn't receive my tzatziki sauce and I felt the pork was rushed. (undercooked)

Every bite of the honey mustard gyro is better than the one before! We only discovered the restaurant this year and already went back at least ¾ times

Don't get the sausage gyros as thought it sounds interesting it's just kinda disappointing in comparison to the other really good food. It really got me talking about how disappointed I was for like 8 mins. It wasn't bad it just made me feel a bit sad, my two friends got the chicken and pork which they both really enjoyed and so that certainly made the mediocrity of my dish exasperated in retrospect but it still isn't worth it. Sorry if you have had a similar experience.

The food is always lovely but the notes I left were not read. I asked for no tomatoes on my gyros and no olives on the salad and both were on there

Ordered on deliveroo - they forgot 2 items, drinks and a sauce. Which left us with dry pitas and meat, that were horrible. Also ordered Loukoumades, we took one bite and they are uneatable - I don’t say that often about food but absolutely disgusting. We both now feel a bit sick. Other than the food being horrible, the delivery was late and since it took them so long they were no longer open and we couldn’t get the drinks or sauce delivered. (We ordered an hour before closing) Stay away!

Ordered from here a few times and it’s always been incredible but this time a few things were a bit off - the onion and tomato were not fresh, the meat was fatty and the chips tasted like they had been refried as they were full of oil. Such a shame because we’ve ordered from here loads before and this is the first time it’s been horrible. Hope it was just a one time thing!

ordered with deliveroo and the food is amazing, so fresh and takes me back to being on holiday in greece. i have introduced many people to this restaurant and they have loved it, gyros is always so full to the brim and the selection of sauces are all delicious :) highly recommend!!

Used to brilliant at first but last few orders have been absolutely awful, I don't know what's changed. Food comes cold every time and produce doesn't taste fresh.

The expecting delivery time was 25-40 minutes.. Out order arrived after 1.30 hours and the food was cold both fries and skewers and the bread was soggy… the delivery guy apologized to me about the late and he said that he was waiting outside of the restaurant more than 20 minutes and no one was opening the door… food was wasted unacceptable

Finally turned up and wrap was stone cold steve austin Ive had the hottest wraps back in newcastle never coming back again - date night ruined.

Absolutely disgusting experience!!! Food was undercooked and cold! I ordered for a family party and every person has food poisoning from the undercooked cold food that was give to us. When confronting the venue they told us they cannot do anything because they were too busy!!!!! I'm applauded by the service after hearing soo many good things about them. Absolutely disgusting behaviour by the staff and definitely do not recommend.

So delicious, authentic flavors, fresh & filling.

I ordered 2 portions of donuts (loukoumades), and they arrived way undercooked. They were so runny inside that in the beginning, I thought they had a filling - it turned out that the dough just wasn't cooked.

Used go be a regular but never again. Absolute novices put cheese all over a meal that doesn't state its anywhere so unable to eat it. They also don't have a number in Manchester so just go with a real restaurant. I can forgive the food being cold and the chips being soggy, as we often have, but feta just exploded all over the food is too rookie of a mistake

This is one of the few places doing the proper pork gyros and thick, strong tzatziki like you'd find somewhere around Athens. It's a very different taste than so many places that try to serve what is greek gyros only in name. It's not particularly cheap, but it's definitely worth it. I went for the classic pork gyros, my colleagues went with various pork and chicken skewer and gyros boxes, everyone was happy.

The food here is 10/10. There honestly hasn’t been a time I’ve ordered from here and haven’t been fully satisfied. Everyone I introduce this place to also agrees. It has won my heart <3

I’ve ate from this place a few times now. And on 2 occasions the loukamades haves been undercooked. They are lovely no shying away. But please make sure they are properly cooked to eat. Don’t let this be a take away as the food in general here is amazing. Portion sizes are generous, especially the gyros. I would recommend highly for anyone!

A great little find on Google Maps whilst working in the area! The location is in a block of food kitchens in an industrial estate but you can order directly off Uber Eats or Deliveroo. Amazing authentic Greek food! The Kolokithokeftedes (courgette fritters were unreal)!

Foos was really cold and don't know whos fault is it U guy should make sure these drivers have a delivey bag Disappointed

Food was lovely however my order was wrong, o ordered the no carb box so just chicken with salad however I had the bread and chips in the box too, I would have called but I have somewhere to be this evening, I try not to eat cats too much so I was disappointed to see I didn't get the salad mentioned and instead had bread and more chips

I’m really disappointed that I am having to write this because I have really enjoyed the food from Laros. But I have had two really negative experiences with them now which I have had to rely on Uber Eats to resolve (still waiting for them to resolve the most recent) I am appalled that I cannot find a contact number anywhere for Laros, meaning that whenever there is an issue with an online order, customer’s are left dealing with Uber Eats who are shocking. This meant that when I ordered the Loukoumades which came with salad dressing on instead of white chocolate I had to BEG for a refund. It took me days to get this back. Most recently my order was missing my Mixed Gyros box and shock, I couldn’t contact Laros to ask them to send me another one. This meant I had to reorder this part of my order so that I had some dinner to eat that night. I am STILL trying to get a refund from Uber Eats for this. It is quite shocking. I have ordered many times from Laros but the customer service is shocking and none existent, so I will not be ordering from here again. Hopefully I manage to get my money back on the missing item but it will be no thanks to Laros.

They sent me a completely different order

The food was delicious but they got our order wrong. We ate everything though. I would order from them again and hope they get the order right.

Chicken was delicious, pork a little chewy but nice enough. Portion sizes are smaller than we would have liked. Throw in more chips and salad and it's 5 stars!

I really enjoyed the flavours. The pork (no carbs) was a little too gristly, but overall all was very nice and I would order again.

Ordered on deliveroo, food came extremely cold no heat to it whatsoever no fault of the delivery driver , and the tzatziki is horrible. complained and got £2.20 refund from a £11 order makes no sense!

Badly cooked ,not properly baked pork and pita bread. Needs better job from the restaurant!

The food is good, but prices are extortionate. When you pay more than 9 pounds for food (one pork souvlaki) you expect to be full. I hope Laros decides to make their prices a bit more reasonable in the future.

I cannot recommend this place enough!! Top Greek food around, I travel over an hour to get it it’s well worth the drive! 5* service and food all together

I have tried many Greek food restaurants and at first they were great but later on they would change something and turned out to be mediocre. This is by far the best Gyros I have had in the uk!! Please do not change anything, food is perfect, flavour is amazing and I had really missed the corn pita bread! Great job keep it up! 😁

Food is great, but something suspect about not having a telephone number for Customers to call if any issues with an order, highly frustrating and I wont order again until this is rectified unfortunately as the options in Uber eats to Remove things are Dumb and un workable for removing more than 1 thing. Like Salad, Sauce, Onion.

I’ve ordered from here a few times now and the food is consistently of high quality. The gyros taste authentic and are well prepared and the bread is delicious

The quality of the chicken, pork, and lamb skewers were excellent. Salads were fresh and crisp. My only issue was everything was a little cold.

I've never been to Greece but I felt Greek after eating that. It was beautiful. hottest day of the year (38°c) this was needed. Pictures don't do it justice it was quality. Ordered through Deliveroo
