What an amazing restaurant, the venue is outstanding. The service is excellent, AJ was an absolute star. And the food, well, that is just to die for.

It's a lovely designed restaurant the interior is eye catching once you get in there . Parking there's not enough on busy evenings I had to park on a side street. Food is very nice and tasty but pricey.

First time here and absolutely loved it. Gorgeous food, great service from Shoab who looked after us for the evening. Highly recommend!

Oh my days, went for the first time, it was heaving as it was 8pm on a Saturday night. We had to wait a while for our table but we were kept updated and was told to get drinks from the bar till the previous guests had left the table. The food was out of this world !! It was so nice I was actually making noises with every mouthful. I would say without doubt the best curry I personally have ever had. I will definitely be back.....as frequently as I can. If you have yet to try this place it's a must ! The decor of the restaurant is amazing too and important to me when going out for nice food. Absolutely no complaints at all.

Food, setting and atmosphere all good. Service....... if you get Zee as your waiter then you are in for a treat. In fact, if you're making a reservation, insist on Zee. He clearly has a background in fine dining, high end service. The gestures, the flourishes, the attention to detail. He presented a hot towel like it was a rare bottle of champagne! He turned a meal out into an occasion.

Everytime I’ve been to LaLa’s the service has been amazing, the food is always 10/10 and the interior of the restaurant (especially with the new refurb) is stunning. This evening we was served by Zeeshan and Aj who was accommodating and very friendly. Will definitely be back soon.

New years eve meal with family,we had booked but had to wait over 30 minutes for our table,then we were asked to move so a larger family could have our table.It didn't put us off.The food was lovely and large portions,the staff were really nice.Music was very loud.No room in the car park so we had to park on a side street.

10 of us arrived for my Birthday this evening as been previously and loved it. How disappointing! We arrived around 7.15. Were served popadums amd then waited 30 min for a drinks order to be taken. We had to flag a waiter then to take our order of which he only took the starters order..Tje restairant was so busy we felt that they could not cope with the influx. 2 hours later we complained and flagged the waiter to take our main course order! why was this not taken as is usual at the same time as the starter! none of us really wanted much as been there 2 hours already and had a few drinks and were past it but because it was my birthday my friends did not wamt to upset me as id told them how lovely the place was previously. My friends food order arrived incorrectly, sundries were missing and the mood had died. I complained quietly to the manager at the desk as to how disappoinnted we were but that fell on deaf ears. Service was really poor and our party was bypassed for surrounding tables who arrived after us but were served before. So disappointed and spoiled our evening as i felt the need to appologose to my party regarding the wait times and incorrect food and could not relax knowing they were unhappy. ,

Great food I asked for not too spicy and was given about a few suggestions of what I may like my choice was butter chicken and I was not disappointed I would highly recommend!! Great service although very busy everyone was very polite, helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for our waiter Aslan (sorry if the spelling is wrong) even had one curry changed for a friend as it was too spicy at no extra charge!! Lovely friendly atmosphere I will definitely be visiting again. Thankyou 😁

This restaurant is all my family's favourite restaurant as the atmosphere is beautiful and the servers are so nice. We got starters and a main course and all of the food was absolutely delicious and afterwards we were given 10 MINTS!! And a few lollipops as well. In the past it has been 5 stars for me and my family. It still is 5 stars every time!

I come to Lalas pretty regularly. Today, I visited around 6:30 pm, and it was extremely busy. However, we were quickly seated. (Table for 2). New refurbishment looks stunning. However, we were squeezed into the smallest corner of the restaurant with hardly any table space and plant leaves overlapping our table. Unfortunately, it took staff a long time today to even to taking our order, but I do put that down to how busy it was and where we were seated. We were basically forgotten about which got very frustrating. Food arrived promptly as always. We ordered a lamb curry and chicken and potato balti. Usually, we take half of each curry home, but it seems like they cut down on portion size today. Potato's wasn't fully soft and seemed to be filled with more veg than meat. Staff was pretty prompt to get us out, but again, there were queues out of the door. Overall, it wasn't a nice experience today. Food was not up to the same standards, felt very rushed a long with having no space to eat. We ordered a family naan, 2 curry's rice, and drinks, so you can imagine how cramped we were. I have been to Lalas over 15/20 times, and sadly, I think it may be the last time.

Very busy but staff were very organised and never left you waiting long. Food was very tasty, full of flavour. I did ask for my curry to be spicy eg. add chillies but wasn't understand and a side bowl of finely chopped chillies was brought out, which was fine. This being said, the waiter Zeeshan was very courteous and attentive so was wonderful service altogether would definitely return and reccomend to others. I enjoyed the mushroom pakora, channa and paneer curry, pillau rice and a standard naan shared with friend as was very large. Would recommend all the above food but not the coffee, not to my personal taste.

If you have not been here yet - boy we have been missing out big time ! Anyone who knows me & my family go for a curry too often, especially New Years Eve as it is my late Fathers Birthday. Always gone to the local competition (I won’t name them) Lala’s tonight was the best ! AJ top service & lad working with you ! Great to meet you for the first time. We will be back very soon… AAAAA*

Visited a few days ago , we were seated near a section which appeared to have a black door. The waiters were getting glasses etc from behind this door but every time they were going In and out all the customers on the tables there including ours were freezing we couldn’t take our coats off , food I cannot fault it was lovely but the waiter Bilal was RUDE no service with a smile when asked about food etc his responses were abrupt for example I asked for a fanta his response whilst looking at the wall was nope Orangeade !we were afraid to ask for sauces in case he was rude again , I never leave a restaurant without tipping but he was not deserving of a penny !

AJ & Kashif were absolutely amazing, we went with a big table and they looked after all of us, service was excellent, can never fault the food, always put quick regardless of how busy it is!

We visited Lala’s to celebrate my birthday, there was 12 of us and the service from our waiter Shoaib was 10/10, he made sure we got everything we needed and the food was brought out in the time he mentioned and it was fresh. The food tasted great as always but Shoaib’s service stood out.

Staff were very welcoming, interior is amazing. However food was a total let down. Ordered mixed grill which was rather dry. It didn’t seem fresh at all probably due to the fact we dined very late but that shouldn’t be an excuse. The dynamite chicken was ok. For the food portion and freshness I think they are pricey. The customer service was exceptional reason I rated the restaurant high

Called in at short notice for tea with my sister. Service was faultless, order taken quickly, food arrived shortly afterwards and was all delicious. The naan breads deserve special mention, really fresh and light.

Just been to Lala’s after the refurbishment…the place is stunning, food was 10/10 aswell as the desserts! Got the Ras-Malai milk cake & a magnum brownie with ice cream - both taste really good! Would definitely be going back & would recommend

Celebrated our Anniversary at Lala’s, and it was amazing! Manager AJ made sure everything was perfect, and our host Amaar provided exceptional service, making the night so special. Great food and warm hospitality—highly recommend!

Another fabulous meal with friends. Thr new decor is stunning. Never fault the food here and Monday evening's was no exception. 2 of us wanted something a little different with our dishes and nothing was too much trouble for our waiter Zeeshan and also AJ . I had the tikka king prawns for starters followed by Chicken Biryani but asked for the sauce to be Asian style. Gorgeous. Always recommend Lala's

We came tonight for a meal for my Birthday. 5 adults and 6 teenagers! The customer service we received this evening from AJ and Bilal was outstanding!! The food was amazing and there was a fantastic atmosphere. Thanks again for making the evening so special.

A fantastic experience.... After some new refitting, this restaurant has a very high end feel, with service and food to match, but with VERY reasonable prices. the service is second to non, with the serving team being very attentive ( lead by Hassan) , and the Maitre D , A.J. making us feel like welcome regulars even though it was our first visit. Will definitely return to this place. Thank you !

My brother and I enjoyed a very good meal here. We had a mix of meat and vegetable dishes all of which we loved. The service is great with the staff very friendly (especially Bilail). They are very attentive without hovering over you. Will be going back there again without a doubt.

I have got to say the new look to the restaurant is 10/10 amazing as you walk in, it just feels next level, love the umbrella and the comfortable seating, with the drinks we got plastic straws at last loll, the food was top and service aswel thanks to lalas staff welcomed, friendly and very kind, helpful..... Visited this evening with my Wife and Daughter. Door opened with a smile and a friendly greeting and a short wait for our booked table. The entrance is now finished and looks amazing. 🤩 shown to our table and given menus. Amar did a fantastic job making sure we had drinks and time to look at the menu without any pressure, the restaurant was very busy. Food order taken and a short wait with more drinks offered. Starters were hot, fresh and very tasty. Portion size was good. Another short wait and a chance to take in the atmosphere and the surroundings, the place looks great, well designed and decorated. Main courses were plentiful and also served hot, fresh and very tasty. My wife likes her curry hot and spicy and a request for further spice was promptly arranged with a smile. Amar was an excellent host, attentive and friendly. It was good to see the restaurant so busy and people enjoying themselves whilst eating great food. Highly recommended and we will be back.

We came to Lala's for my Dads 65th Birthday and we were very impressed by the food and customer service. Plus our starters came after 5 minutes of ordering. Massive shout out to AJ who looked after us very well - beautiful venue and restaurant.

Great place great food great atmosphere realy enjoyed the food with family all the staff very polite especially zee great customer service very polite made sure we felt comfortable and was always checking up on us to see if everything is ok thank you will be visiting again .

Very good restaurant. I'll go back for sure. Very attentive staff, funny and really quick with extra drinks etc. We were a table of 6 with a friend joining late and they coped really well. The experience could not have been better. I'd argue it was perfect.

Was a work do with 8 of us, we were served by Zee who was amazing ! Not once did we have to ask him for anything he would make sure we had enough tissue paper all our food was ordered right exactly how we wanted and he made sure we had a good time !! We would re book to go again because of Zee and the service we received

Tasty food and friend staff. They even adjust spiciness upon request. Fairly competitive pricing for the type of restaurant it is which has surprised me.

Phoned the restaurant on a weekend in the morning to book a table for the evening. The restaurant confirmed the booking. Arrived on time with my family and the place was absolutely full of people waiting to be seated most of whom already had a booking like myself. Gave the reception my name who then wrote it down on a piece of paper. 1 hour later and we were still waiting to be seated. It was more upsetting to see some come in to be treated differently and were seated immediately. We then decided to leave and go and have dinner somewhere else. I would definitely not recommend anyone with a family including small children to come on a weekend to this place to dine. What an absolute waste of time. Not sure why they took the booking in the first place if they did not have the capacity.

Apparently waiter Nainy has been working in this industry for the past 13 years and yet he refused to take order for papadums and starters as he insisted to order mains together, according to him this was by the order of management. Sadly I had to cancel my order and then reorderd after a bit, however did order only a handful of things as I did not feel welcomed with such gestures. If it is true that we can’t add more drinks or additional items after the first and only order then this was the last time for us unfortunately. I will update my review and ratings after a management response.

Restaurant was under development but food was great. Can't comment on prices as meal was paid by an employer. Overall I had a good time and would easily recommend the place.

Lalas never let me down. Whenever I go there, the food is always perfect and the service is also brilliant. Special mention to Amar, who made me and my wife feel very welcomed and comfortable and was always available to us when needed.

First time attending a wedding here the whole look, presentation food was 5 star genuinely.
