Our favourite Indian, the best we have ever had and all the staff are so welcoming and friendly. We was served by a lovely man AJ who was very helpful choosing the right curry which was perfect along with the dessert he recommended. We don’t usually have desserts but I will be working my way through them. Thank you

First time coming here and definitely won't be the last. The overall experience is amazing from.entering the building to being shown to your seat. AJ our waiter was brilliant and ensured we had everything we needed. The food was lovely and the portions were good. Will definitely be coming here again.

Really pleased with our meal we had here Saturday evening, we was welcomed by the greeter who took our name as their was a wait for us to get in but the manager had us in within 10-15mins. We was given an excellent table even though it was just the two of us yet they didn’t shove us in a corner they sat us in a beautiful booth and for that I was grateful. The food was amazing the ambiance is spectacular I would highly recommend, parking was also great I drove in straight into a space would definitely return next time I’m in Leeds. The staff were great and the pricing is super affordable I would have paid more than what my bill was I was shocked how great value the food was.

Absolutely loved it here. Branch manager was sooo lovely, told him it was my birthday and he put a birthday song on for me and gave me nice cake with candle. Our waiter HAMAZ was such a great waiter, very polite and efficient. He was soo cute too. Food was the best!! Restaurant was beautifully decorated. I really enjoyed my birthday meal. The friendly staff was amazing, branch manager had good conversations and down to earth and humble, definitely coming back again from Nottingham. Thanks guys for making my day special.

This is my first time experiencing LaLa's and i am absolutely amazed at the surroundings inside the restaurant. It is amazing and i absolutely love it!. The food was excellent and even though i asked for my food to be less spicey and i was worried it would still be too hot for me, the food came out exactly how i hoped it would be. Our waiter was PC and apart from him being a chilled, cool guy his efforts to make sure our special night went so smoothly and perfect we couldnt have asked for amything more, he did exceptionally. Thank you so much for our lovely night and I will be visiting again very soon.

We came today group of 27 of us for my dads 67th birthday party , AJ was absolutely amazing he went over and beyond for us and our kids, the service and food was 10/10 hope everyone who visits has the pleasure of AJ looking after them. We made a last-minute reservation after my kids weren't thrilled with another restaurant's menu, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. The waitstaff were so enthusiastic and attentive, ensuring our orders were perfect and checking if we needed anything else. To make my birthday extra special, they brought out a small cake with candles and sang to me – it made me feel like a delighted ten-year-old again, and my kids were even more excited than I was! Their meal recommendations were spot-on, and I enjoyed my dish more than I have at other restaurants. The ambience and lighting created a truly fancy atmosphere, and the whole place was so picturesque that we took tons of photos."

Too busy, too much decor and now way too expensive. Been in a few times over the last few years, yes the food is good staff efficient , but I'm afraid it's priced us out. Double the bill of most other Indian restaurants, food good, but not that good. I guess the price hikes are to cover the cost of the photo swing in the entrance and the chandeliers!

We were welcomed into the building. All the staff were friendly and happy to help. PC helped us with the menu, describing the dishes and the strength. The food was fantastic, hot, cooked to perfection. Definitely recommend to family and friends. Also, will definitely be back.

Worst curry iv ever had . We mentioned it to the manager just wanting some sort of understanding or response . We did not want a discount or it knocked off the bill but as a manager he should have given some sort of response rather than saying ‘hmm oh really’ . Odd behaviour from a grown man in a managerial position.

Dined at this restaurant on valentines weekend with my family! The staff were friendly particularly our waiter Sunni he was very friendly especially with our toddler! The food here is tasty, very authentic! Have plans to attend in the near future!

Fabulous food and attentive service

Placed a reservation but still had to wait 40 minutes to be seated. However, order was taken quickly. Drinks were good, just took a lot time. Half the food came out and the other half was forgotten about so had to remind staff. Food was good, and bill surprisingly wasn’t too large. Very nice hot wipes and complimentary chocolate at the end. Bad reviews were very scary as a lot mentioned bad customer service, but waiters rude to us.

Just had a fantastic experience with LaLa's in Pudsey! The service was truly amazing, especially from a gentleman named Shabz (Shoaib) who was incredibly helpful and friendly, he is a true asset to the business and a real brand ambassador! The restaurant itself is beautiful – a really lovely atmosphere. And the best part? The food was absolutely delicious! Every dish was bursting with flavour and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend LaLa's for a wonderful Indian experience.

Great place, great service and great food. We reserved for 2 before coming. I believe can walk in also. Was served pretty quickly and were given nice seating for 2. Staff was good and prompt. The waiter for our table did an amazing job all evening. Food was nice. Dynamite chicken was nice for starters. Portion sizes were good. The lamb karahi was amazing. Price is ok, pretty good for a place of this aesthetic and food deserved the price tag on the night for us. We paid around 65 for 2. Which isn't so bad. I would recommend, evening best time to visit. Does get quieter late evening. Parking is on 2 sides they are not both connected. We just parked in the street. Although plenty of parking in the 2nd car park further up road.

The experience at this restaurant was phenomenal!!! Waiter Shabz was amazing, he made sure me and my husband were well looked after. He had a very friendly attitude towards us and catered to our needs, always smiling. Genuinely made our experience as going for the first time. The owner also spoke to us and was very kind and friendly making sure we had what we needed. 10/10 for everything!! Will defo be recommending this place to family and friends as the service and food was unbeatable!!

Visited Lala’s on Monday evening, loved the buzz & ambiance of the restaurant. The dynamite prawns were banging (pun intended) & the fish masala was cooked to perfection. The desi chicken karahi offered an explosion of flavours with each bite (I requested it spicier). Thank you to all the staff & especially to Amir for ensuring my dessert was nut free which gave me peace of mind. Junior - always welcoming & attentive; you’ve honestly taken dining to another level! My wife and I dined at Lala's on Friday, 18th April, and were warmly welcomed by Aslan (PC), whose exceptional service made our experience even more enjoyable. Despite the restaurant being particularly busy, we were seated swiftly, and our order was taken without delay. The food arrived promptly and was absolutely superb. The owners have done a fantastic job renovating the old pub to a very high standard, creating a wonderful atmosphere. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and excellent service

The food was simply brilliant, lwith flavor and was beautifully presented. Every dish we tried was a delight, and it truly enhanced our dining experience. The food was OK. Starters were really tasty and the curry's. But the moctails weren't and mango lassi weren't as good as easy z east.

Very overpriced and pretencious...When I entered this place, it looked very "posh" it was all black and gold, you could hardly see anything due to very poor lighting. The plates were black, the table was black, the napkins and so on. The drinks we ordered came flat and were warm, we ordered a jug of mango lassi which again came warm. The sheek kebab was really tough and poor quality meat however service was fast and they catered to out needs to the best of their abilities

I recommended Lalas for the family meal as they are fabulous with allergies, and it did not disappoint at all! It is absolutely beautiful inside since the refurb, and food has stayed amazing. The service we received last night from AJ was second to none, he was so attentive, accommodation, and funny! Nothing was too much of an ask, and added an extra flare bringing out sparklers for a very heavily pregnant me! Lovely touches, will definitely be back. Thank you!

Edit - Decided to give this restaurant another chance 3 years later and very pleasantly surprised! Our waiter Jaffar was excellent, very polite, brilliant at manageing all of his tables effectively and attentative to our table at the same time too - lovely service. The majority of other waiters were all doing their jobs really well (except one who spent most of the time we were there talking and letting others pick up the slack - not great behaviour). Service in general was on point and timely. Food was really very nice and the restaurant itself feels very up market and like a lot of effort has been put into it - lovely ambience, styling and decor. Also plently of parking. It is unfortunately VERY expensive though and no discounts offered. Great turnaround from my previous review - well done Jaffar and team! Previous review from 3 years ago - Go somewhere else. Noisy and really stressed staff that just seem so uninterested. A guy struts up and down the restaurant asking if everything is okay just for the sake of asking - arrogant. Food is spicy, background music is loud and most staff make it seem as though you're in the way. Beautiful decor but management don't seem to care about customers - not welcoming at all. We couldn't leave soon enough. Won't be going back. A lot of room for improvement.

Went to La LA’s last night (15.04 )for my birthday which was completely ruined. My husband noticed that the large metal water jugs had mould inside them - we used a torch and wiped the area with a tissue which did confirm our suspicions that it was indeed mould. We had all drunk the water, including our 4 year daughter and we were understandably upset and disgusted. We informed our waiter of this and he said he would take the jug into the kitchen. Five minutes later, a man came to the table and placed a glass water jug on the table without saying a word! We told him that we had not ordered water and he walked away. Our waiter later informed us that he was the manager! We asked for him to come back over so we could discuss the matter. He was incredibly rude and refused to admit that it was mould and did not want to apologise. He kept saying what do you want me to do! Myself and my husband were absolutely appalled at the way in which we were being spoken to and expressed that to Shahid. He eventually said that he would apologise if we wanted him to! I have never encountered such a rude arrogant manager who lacks simple customer service skills. We asked for the bill and did not even start our main courses. This was the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant and it completely ruined my birthday. We left feeling absolutely disgusted and I was heartbroken as my birthday meal was completely ruined.

Came here on the 3rd April after booking for my dad's birthday meal. We weren't sure if we needed to book given it was an earlyish slot but so glad we did as it was very busy. From our arrival, the service from staff was excellent. We only had to wait seconds but managed to take in the lovely decor and surroundings, and then AJ took us to our table. He made sure we were all seated and continued to check everything was okay throughout the meal. PC came and introduced himself as our waiter at the table and he also couldn't do enough to make sure everything was perfect for us. The menu had a great selection so we enjoyed popadoms and pickle tray whilst we selected. The four of us all selected different mains and we weren't disappointed. I'm a spice wimp so opted for the mild creamy chicken tikka masala and it was gorgeous, whilst still having a little bit of heat for me, the flavours were lovely. My hubby went for the chicken dhansak - he said that was great, really tasty with the flavours going right through the tender meat which doesn't always happen as some establishments that we've tried seem to just add the meats to the sauce at the end and don't let it soak up all the flavours. Good nans and chapattis too. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening and will definitely go back and we hope we manage to get the friendly service from PC and AJ again as they were so attentive, friendly and helpful throughout our visit - simply excellent - thank you!! Saying that, all other staff also seemed to be providing good service too and the whole team seemed happy and wanting to be there doing their bit. Great teamwork!

Looks nice, but dont let looks deceive you. The food was absolutely awful and the prices were crazy they gave us an extra curry 'the lala's special balti' which we did not ask for and even though we told them they still charged after we clearly told them we didnt order this. Our waited which took our order had no clue what he was doing and the manager which dealt with our issue as a muslim he was drunk and smelt of alcohol just a disgrace to the muslim community. Anyways food was disgusting 🤮 I would recommend farmhouse or something else theres loads in bradford take your families elsewhere.

Dining at lalas is a must. Each meal sampled was perfectly cooked and brimming with flavour. I would highly recommend karahi ghost and family naan. At lalas the service is unparalleled. Without being intrusive, the personnel made sure everything was flawless. The service was flawless from beginning to end. What a great meal. Insane setting for the restaurant and interior. Good picture opportunities for the family. Food was high quality and exactly how we would want.
