Lag Off in Edinburgh, City of

Lagoff is a great addition to the Granton waterfront. We have popped in for coffees, breakfast rolls, lunch and dog treats and all have been great. The guys are really friendly and they even have some seats alongside with views over the Forth. Not obvious from the road, but if you head from Gypsy Brae or Brick Beach you can't miss it.

Had a lovely cheeseburger from here the other day. It was really tasty, burger quality was excellent and all the salad was very fresh. The guy serving was also lovely. Highly recommended.

An absolute gem of a place. Excellent service always with a warm smile and friendly manner where nothing is too much trouble. Delicious food and drinks which are of premium quality at extremely reasonable prices. A great asset to the community. Been to lag off a few times since opening up on the shore the guys are so friendly great value for money money for drinks food and snacks! Dogs enjoy also they get a bowl of fresh water and a puppyccino complimentary!! Will continue to be customer thanks guys Ruth Shara and Coco 🐶🐕🐾🐾

The food (panino) and coffee (had a double espresso then a flat white later are gorgeous. It was a pleasure talking to George and Alex about their business, the next steps for Lag Off including rejoining The Pitt at the new Pitt location nearby and their travel experiences. All the best gentlemen.

Great service. Delicious smoothies and bagels. Lovely little seating area for dry days. Next to main road but that didn't bother us. Staff super friendly.

Just had an awesome loaded burger, need a breather as near stuffed but I'll finish it as soo good. I just wish I could have a nap after this feed and not go back to work.... Boo hoo

Food truck selling amazing bagels and burgers. There’s seating available, but I’d recommend taking your food with you as the truck is parked right next to the road. Burger comes with fries. Cheap food and excellent service.

New bagel joint, food, it's really good. Double cheese burgers are massive and they come with chips. The staff are a good laugh too which make it easier to order.

Best place to stop for a snack, if you are in the area.The coffee and croissant combo is a must do. Unfortunately I did not have time to get a snap of the delicious bacon roll with haggis as I was way to tempted to eat it straight up. Guys keep up the good work!

George and Alex were amazing, my boyfriend went to get a bacon roll in the morning from the food van and he said it was so good that he needed to take me again the same day. So we went, spent only £20 and ended up with 2 doubler rolls, a portion of sweet fries, halloumi and 2 fresh smoothies! They were so sweet and kind and helpful. I was absolutely astounded when they said they’d only been there for one day previously as there was so much professionalism, a great atmosphere and food so nice I would’ve paid double for. Can’t wait to come back for another scran and chat!
