Amazing soufflé pancakes! Decor and service sublime - a must for anyone visiting the west end - don’t be put off by the queue it is worth the wait!!

Nice little cafe in West End. We didn't venture inside as we had a dog with us, but outside seating was handy with him. Pancakes were a must as it's what this place was famous for. And they were worth it. Amazing! We also ordered a chocolate fudge cake, and not being a fan of hot desserts, it was nice to see they were hot enough to melt the fudge but not the cake. All rounds fabulous experience. We even got a complimentary pupaccino for George!

I shouldn’t tell a soul about this place. Not many tables so too many people knowing how delicious and gorgeous the food is could mean I can’t get to sit, but wow oh wow oh wow. I could write lots but let me just say this, the pictures speak a thousand words and still couldn’t describe the wow factor when you take a forkful. And…..try the bubble tea. I don’t even drink tea and was ready to put the glass down as at least I had tasted it, and had to have more. Kids had a savoury crepe and I just had to have a taste even though eating the house dish of pancakes. This is my go to place now.

I went in the morning at 10:00, when they open. As I live nearby this was an easy journey, the restaurant atmosphere was really lovely, and you could see people making their pancakes. When we ordered I ordered the pancake and the beef crepe. The manager told me jokingly, "you may not be able to finish all of that! " It's Scotland so people talk like that all the time. But he kept pestering me about finishing my food. I was trying to talk to my mother but he kept coming over. When I finished he even remarked, "I should take money off of how much you left behind." I don't know about you but I do not like to be judged when I am eating. The pancakes were amazing though. They came with chewy and sweet tapioca pearls and fluffy pancakes with fruit. Would go again, but I recommend to stay away from this guy.

We have travelled from Edinburgh twice now for the famous KoKo House pancakes and would again in a heartbeat. Not only are the pancakes incredible, these guys know customer service. On both occasions we have visited the staff (particularly the older gentleman - possibly owns the place) have all been amazing and have made our visit. I actually can’t praise the level of effort this team puts in enough! When we came in, my partners daughter who is 10 said that’s the nice man from last time.. if that doesn’t say enough nothing will. 10/10 food… 11/10 staff. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Best souffle pancakes ! warm and cozy place . The staff is very friendly. Ian the manager is the sweetest . We tried original and caramelised souffle pancakes they were amazing . We also tried iced caramel latte( in very cute coffee cups which we get to keep thanks to Ian )😅 and flat white . Overall a very good experience!

Best dessert place ever. Pancakes are perfect. A must try if you havent been here before. The seating area is quite small so if its busy you may have to wait for a table. But usually isnt too long a wait.

Had bubble tea for the first time, really fruity and delicious. The souffle pancakes melt in your mouth, they are absolutely delicious, the sauce is just right.

The pancakes were delicious, so light and fluffy! Good coffee too and really friendly service. The price is also very reasonable, we paid £15 for two servings of the pancakes and two coffees which I was very happy with.

Simple but very tasty Cream Cheese Soufflé. The kids loved it and they keep asking for more!! :-) Coffee was amazing and service very quick. Lovely ambiance and Cheerful staffs. Will definitely come back when I am around!
