Disappointed at delivery through partner Ordered Kiyoto through Deliveroo and received all my sushi squashed, and my soup leaked into the packet. and turned over as per the pictures - raised it to Deliveroo with no success as apparently it is the restaurants fault

Good sushi restaurant with good pricing. The flavours of sushi did not blow me away as such. In certain rolls, there was too much going on in terms of ingredients however I thoroughly enjoyed my time and left happy. Atmosphere and cleaning was excellent. Good choice.

We had a takeaway and it was delicious. A really good vegetarian menus, upon collection they went through all the items to ensure everything was as expected. Lovely, friendly welcome!

From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel like VIPs. The host greeted us warmly, and our server was attentive without being intrusive. They took the time to explain the menu in detail, and every request was met with a smile. It’s rare to find service this impeccable

This is sushi done right! The fish is incredibly fresh, and the flavors are perfectly balanced. The nigiri, in particular, was exquisite. I could taste the care and craftsmanship in every bite. A must-visit for anyone serious about sushi

Really good sushi, only beaten by Nobu and sticks and sushi in the UK out of the places I have tried in the UK and good value for what you get! So glad this place is close to home… only wish I could drop I more often without having to book first 😀

The balance of soy sauce and wasabi really enhanced the flavor and the fish tasted incredibly fresh, like it was just caught.

I had sushi all over the world and this was by far the best. The fish was buttery soft and the rice was delicate yet packed with flavor and unbelievable and you can tell the chefs are true artisans

The sushi was excellent, every-time we go the sushi is of a high standard, we will be returning soon. James is doing an excellent job managing the resturant. The crunch rolls are delicious.

I’ve now been to Kiyoto in Hatch End 4/5 times and the food is great! The sushi is delicious and great value for money. I usually order the vegetable crunch roll which is incredible and the Dragon roll which is equally as good. The seaweed is also delicious here! Throughly enjoyed dining here! The only feedback is the service will vary depending on who is on shift, I’ve only had one bad experience where I came here and the service was bad on this one occasion and the food i was given on this occasion also had a hair in it but they quickly rectified this mistake and ever since going back the experience has been positive. Would recommend and come again ❤️

Nice place, quick service delicious food

Had a really good luch yesterday. Have eaten there before and have had numerous takeaways which are every bit as good as eating in the restaurant. The food is always piping hot when delivered which is not like most other takeaways.

Very nice looking restaurant. But went today, 22/08/2024, and had one of the worst experiences. Was greeted by sulking staff and horrible service from start to finish. The food was bang average. The sushi which is what they’re known for was average at best. The mains were the worst. The deep fried chicken bites were gone off and I felt sick after. However, the Katsu curry, prawn tempura and duck gyozas were very nice. When taking payment, he added service charge on the card machine without my knowledge (which is fine) but very sneakily done. If the service was good and the food was better, I would visit again.

Hats off to Sagar the Manager. We had an issue with service and our food and he provided me with an outcome that dealt with the situation, no fuss.

A really enjoyable eating experience. The food was delicious as well as the price. It’s not every day you eat delicious sushi, feel full and leave without feeling like you’re going to be bankrupt. Top restaurant highly recommended.

If you were to ask me if I liked kiyoto, I’d say yes, I love it. But if you were to ask me on a deeper level I’d say that it’s the first thing I think about when I wake up in the morning. It’s all I want as a midnight snack too. I think about it all day every day, that’s how good it is. I will never stop going here.

Good value, tasty and great ambiance.

It was my first time dining in at the hatch end branch, I had an amazing experience with the service that was provided and the food that was served was amazing. A big shoutout to the amazing waitress Tia that helped me with the menu as I was not familiar with the menu but she helped explain it and gave me and my family such an enjoyable experience. Also the manager Sagar made us comfortable and treated us very nice. Me and my family will definitely be coming again!!!

It was my daughter's birthday and she decided the night beforehand to change her mind and wanted to go to Kiyoto. Understandably the restaurant was fully booked however Luke and James from the Hatch End branch went above and beyond to fit the 6 of us in and make sure my daughter wasn't disappointed. It's one of our favourite restaurants and the food and service never disappoint. Thank you!

Service was friendly and food arrived quickly with the highlight being the tofu steak which was delicately battered, had a rich, creamy interior and was complemented well with a sweet, sticky teriyaki sauce. However the crispy rice was a textural challenge with the deep fried rice being chewy and sticking to one’s teeth. Similarly, whilst the vegetable crunch rolls were tasty, they were akin to those found at the Sushi Daily counters of supermarkets. Overall, a pleasing addition to Hatch End high street and a refreshing change from all the Indian and Italian restaurants.

Excellent sushi - have ordered several times from Deliveroo but this is my first time to eat in the restaurant. Kids ate everything which is biggest compliment I can give!

We called very last minute for a Friday eve booking, happily decided to take the bar seating as restaurant was fully booked. Staff were quick and efficient - one lady checked went out of her way to see if she could squeeze us on to a table. We have to say that James - was amazing.. friendly, kind and quick to respond to our order. Also - food was fresh and prepared perfectly. Hatch End high street has a winner - keep it up Kyoto hatch end team.

Great menu, great service, loads of pictures for their food which is always a plus but when I tired to order through the Deliveroo app it was having issues so rang the restaurant and they were happy to take my order for pick up only but was worth the effort the place looked great and the price was pretty decent for sushi the only problem I had was I wish they had separated the veggie items from the fish!! Still will definitely be going again!

What a hidden gem of a Japanese style sushi bar in the heart of hatch end high street!!! Visiting on a Saturday night, i wasn’t how busy it would be so we booked ahead and on arrival there were probably only 4 tables free, surprisingly busy but still not a loud place. Not being a big sushi aficionado Alina, our waitress, was great in helping us pock what to get and honest too. We ordered a good selection of dishes from the menu (9 in total) as there was so much we wanted to try. I have to say my favourites were the black cod rolls, super spider rolls and chicken karaage bites. We also really liked the wakame and cucumber salad and Japanese pickles as they served as perfect palette cleansers between rolls. Personally i found the prawn tempura futomaki a little bland but Alina was happy to get us all the sauces in the house to jazz that up too. The place is laid out in a simple, clean style. They have a sushi bar so you’re able to sit there and watch your food being made with the friendly chefs and also see the fresh fish on display too. Nice touch i felt which brings a nice flare to the meal especially if you go there on your own. Table seating is intimate, but not too cramped, so we had a little banter with the couple sitting next to us during our visit. I liked the music being played, you can hear it but it’s not loud so we chatted the night away and never felt rushed to finish. If there was one thing id change its only that they should stay open later as they close doors at 9.30 and people were still walking in just before to grab dinner. Highly recommended and ill be going back again

Delicious and fresh sushi. Busy place but very fast service. We were missing sushi in hatch end and here come the Kiyoto. Many thanks for all the chef and server for fabulous meal and service. Definitely coming back.

Food is good, but honestly no service at all. We ordered quickly, but waited 1hr 15mins for the food to arrive on the table, even two other groups of customers after us had food served. With two young kids dinning out, we always ask the restaurants to serve us as soon as whatever is ready, to prevent them upset from hunger. When we waited for too long, we tried to check on our order. The sushi chef told us he only received the order just now, that we had to ask the waitress who went missing for 15mins. We expressed our disappointment later and no one care to respond it. The waitress came back and told us they were waiting for all sushi rolls to be ready to put into a big plate, which took time.😂🤷🏼‍♀️(which We already asked not to) Additionally, for one inside out roll, we chose fish roe and instead they made it with sesame. We might order a takeaway instead in the future.

This is the second time I’ve come to this restaurant, nearly a year apart from the last time and the sushi is still amazing! Lots of choices including tempura items, gyozas, large plates like chicken katsu and more! Staff are attentive and very quick with our order! Restaurant is super clean and spacious and generally a great atmosphere!

This has got to be the best Sushi restaurant we have in Pinner/Hatchend. The food is amazing and at the best price in the area. The staff are fantastic. On our last visit James, Sagar and Wing made us feel like we had the whole place to ourselves. The first time my son and I went was for lunch just after it opened. My son is a sushi snob and his comment was "this is the best sushi I have ever had, the salmon is so fresh" Can't wait to go again

Had one honest mistake the last time I ordered where an item was missing and when I rang up the restaurant the manager James went above and beyond to get this sorted out for me - amazing customer service! I have recently ordered again since this and James remembered the situation and really looked after us! Would 100% recommend ordering food from here!

Third branch just opened on high street in hatch end! Really very cozy atmosphere, fresh food and reasonably priced. We had lunch and ordered just about everything vegetarian on the menu! The salad was very refreshing - my fav and the asparagus, tofu. Ean rolls were tasty!

Great experience as always! We were first brought to the Hampstead branch by some friends but were so happy when we found out there was a Hatch End branch! We come multiple times a month and it’s on point! James and Sagar gave a great service as always!

Was felt very rushed to order the food, had to keep asking for water. A bit confused on the discount scheme at your restaurant, I have been to your restaurant a number of times and today we came thinking we would get 10% like every other 3rd visit, today was different as we didn’t get our discount? The manager came saying they are changing the way they are doing things even though he said he would give us the discount but he still charged us full price? His arms were crossed and decided to look outside the window instead of looking at me… The waiter also said that they thought we ordered too much food, which is very strange so why wouldn’t you say anything to us while we were ordering… Apart from the confusion at the end food was good but not sure if I’ll be returning for a while.

The food was excellent, especially the sushi that was all prepared fresh when we ordered and was truly delicious. The tempura 🍤 was also very good, light and crispy. The staff were very helpful and patient, explaining the menu when we asked. It was my birthday and I could not have asked for a better celebration. Thank you.

I had a take away and the portions were really big and hot, they also provided some sauce sachets and the food was fresh tasting. Overall really nice and a fair price.

Had a lovely sushi meal here after a recommendation from a friend and was slightly surprised how good it was! Super tasty, fresh and well presented. There is a bit of hustle and bustle to the place (more like a food court rather than a cozy place) but our host James took great care of us and means they still retain the personal touch.

Amazing food at a great price and amazing service. Nice restaurant inside too. Food is really tasty, good portion size and not too expensive really. Also our waiter was a man called Wing who was so friendly and did everything he could to help/chat etc. He made it a really great experience beyond the food, especially as this was a trip for Mother's Day. Definitely worth going to.

We are so lucky to have what we have in Kiyoto here in Pinner / Hatchend. It’s central London quality with suburban pricing. So so good. Highly recommended. Get the Sashimi platter - surprisingly fresh and exceptional - we ordered several other rolls and they are all pretty awesome. If only they’d make an online booking option, but that’s lazy me talking.

Excellent food, great service and a good place to have lunch.

The restaurant has a nice ambience to it, especially at night, looked nice and cosy in a stylish way. Food was alright nothing to write home about, the wasabi for the sushi’s looked and tasted stale.

A fab gem in the middle of Hatch End! The manager was kind enough to book a table for me and my sister even though they were technically closed and having their break- thank you for that! We were seated at the bar bit which was absolutely fine as there were only two of us. Our server Alina was really friendly, super knowledgeable and really attentive. She was able to recommend some dishes and the amount seeing as sushi isn’t something we have often. When the food and drinks arrived everything was absolutely tasty and fresh. I’m a sushi convert and will definitely back to Kiyoto to experience even more sushi!

The food was very good, although I wasn't wowed by of the dishes we ordered. The restaurant was fairly quiet as it was a Monday evening. The food came out quickly. The service was not very attentive. Would return.

We have been to Kiyoto a few times with family and friends, always an enjoyable experience. Nice food, friendly service and a relaxed vibe. Favourite dishes - dragon roll, agedashi tofu, yellowtail in ponzu sauce, tuna crunch roll with a dry, cold sake. James took really good care of us last weekend, thank you for another enjoyable evening.

The food was absolutely yummy the best sushi around locally. A massive thank you to James for making the experience even better. We will defo visit again and soon.

Service and food at Kiyoto Hatch End is par excellence! 5 out of 5 stars! We had a super lovely lunch! The staff was warm, friendly and professional. We have quite a lot of allergies requirements and they accommodated and adapted some of the dishes. It would be great to see more gluten and egg free options when you develop your menu.
