Excellent Chinese takeaway very good delivery service priced very fairly and the food is very ethnic Chinese very good wouldn't go anywhere else 😀had the pleasure this evening to have yet another delicious takeaway delivered piping hot right to the door by very nice delivery man was absolutely excellent so delicious I ordered sweet and sour king prawns king prawn fried rice king prawns and mushrooms 🍄 😋had another delicious takeaway tonight bought piping hot to the door king prawn and mushrooms again 😋 salt and pepper chips and prawn crackers just when I think yum this is delicious it just gets better 😋 thought to myself what can I have for a delicious meal decided on my favourite Chinese takeaway delivered to your door by very friendly delivery man piping hot and as usual excellent we had prawn fried rice prawn green curry Thailand style prawn and green pepper in black bean sauce absolutely delicious

I have decided to update my previous review in which I mentioned I would give them another chance despite on that occasion having a really disappointing meal. I’m happy to say I did try them again and have had several meals since. The food has been delicious and so I can once again feel confident recommending them as one of the best Chinese in the area.

Great food, Not salty or greasy compared to most chinese restaurants.

The only way to improve the Singapore chow mein is to put little prawns in it. Apart from that, I love it!!! Amazing food, best on woodseats by far. Only fault I can find is that I can't pay by card and have it delivered on line.

Always pretty quick for collection, friendly and tasty food that doesn't skimp on portions. Pretty much everything you want from a local!

Very disappointing. After deciding to try a different Chinese we chose Kitchen King, sorry to say we won’t be ordering again. The food was barley warm when delivered. Chicken chow mein was ok if you wanted noodles as it contained hardly any chicken at all and the chicken that was there was very dry. Amongst other items in the order was a chicken omelette, yes not technically Chinese but that’s the reason it was ordered- plain and simple for a plain and simple eater, however what came was more a fu-yung than an omelette with bean sprouts, onions and other veg in it, not an omelette by any stretch of the imagination. Sadly most of our order went in the bin. I asked for one item on the order to be cooked ‘well done’ but this was totally disregarded so that also went in the bin. Lesson learned, stick to what you know.

I'd give them zero if I could. My mixed vegetable Chow Mein contained beef, chicken and prawns. To top it off the fried rice was very gummy and the sweet and sour sauce was cloying. We will never use this place again.

I had heard rave reviews from friends, co-workers and online about Kitchen King, so I was really looking forward to giving them a try tonight. I was thoroughly impressed by the whole experience and everything lived up to the reviews. Placing the order was incredibly fast and easy. Delivery was just under half an hour. All the food was actually hot not just warm and the packaging was great. Food quality was excellent. Out of at least half a dozen Chinese takeaways I've tried in the area, Kitchen King really is by far the best by quite a large margin.

Normally very good when I've ordered before, but tonight when my order was delivered my chicken wings and spring rolls were mixed in with my dads king prawn balls which could of been dangerous if any of us have a allergy.When I phoned up to let them know it was like they couldn't get me off the phone quick enough, told me to keep what we had and sent replacement chicken wings and spring rolls but when the delivery driver came he wanted the other ones back tryed to explain how they hadn't come in there own bag and didn't have a bag for them and all he kept saying to me was change, change, change. Safe to say we wont be ordering from here again.

Was apprehensive as not eaten here before. Got to say it was absolutely delicious, and a quick delivery. Will definately order from here again.

Very clean and well run business, never get an order wrong and food it top notch, no greasy mess here. Parking can be a bit awkward as it's all residential but there's usually a few spots across the road.

Order last night said it would be 40 mins rang again got told it was on way so shouldn't be much longer rang again as hadn't turned up got told we never placed a order how can they say I never placed a order after second time of ringin that I got told it was on way??? when I actually had proof of my telephone there was no apology or anything just kept getting told we neva placed it so we wount ever be ordering again off them waste of space shame on you kitchen king 👎😡

Our 1st visit to Kitchen King and we was very impressed. Great menu and very clean. We tried the set menu for 2 and it was excellent with generous portions. This is now our 1st choice Chinese takeaway and looking forward to trying other items off the menu.

Tried many different Chinese's, and this has got to be one of the best. The food is cooked properly, brilliant portion size. All cooked fresh in front of you and very friendly staff. Highly recommended. Will be back

Quite simply the best Chinese takeaway I have ever been to. Tasty, not too greasy and always enough in the portions. I drive all the way from Eckington to get food from Kitchen King and cannot recommend it enough!
