Delivery was abit late but food was 20 out of 10 will deffo be ordering again donner meat was spot on also

Hi just wondering kings takeaway do brilliant garlic lamb Can anyone tell me why its not on the menu

Had food last nite bin sick all nite day so must not cooked it right

I asked for a chicken burger and chips my chicken burger come with no salad and mayonnaise with wa I asked for and the chips are steal disgusting not going have from here again

Brilliant place right near my house so I can go there within 3 mins the portion size and heat of the food is so good so overall I would recommend as it’s always clean the workers are nice and the food is brilliant

Used to be very good place. But lately my orders is getting wrong. And size for meals is getting smaller as well . 🙄

Forgot the pineapple on my Hawaiian burger. rang up let them know, offered to rectify the problem straight away. Smashing customer service. Spot on for food everything cooked perfectly from the Mrs biryani to the egg on my burger. Can’t complain at all. Use more often

Food took over an hour to arrive & it was freezing cold, they then said they’d send fresh food & that it would be with us within 15/20 minutes, it took another 40 minutes & this was also cold, certainly won’t be ordering from them again

Had the menu posted through the door yesterday so we thought we would try it. I had chicken korma absolutly amazing the best I ever tasted we had chips rice and nans and chicken balti I would recomend this for sure it was so good carnt wait have another

DISGUSTING!!!! NEVER AGAIN THIS TAKE AWAY Customer service 0 as well guy was so rude🤮🤮🤮 Restaurant was dirty!!! Also we order chicken shawarma but was like kids meal size for £7!!! Never had a problem with food previously, had 2 Doner Nan Sandwiches and the Doner Meat was clearly not cooked properly, pale and tasted horrendous.

Shocking have had to wait hr and half for takeaway had large Donna and chips and chips Donna chicken tikka nuggets onion rings chicken chips everything stone cold I wouldn't even feed it to my dogs gone in bin

Ordered from here for the first time and we were far from disappointed. Waited a while for it to arrive but it was certainly worth the wait. The food was delicious! Have tried a various number of takeaways over the past 12 months & all were very disappointing, until this place... Will, without doubt, order from here again.

disgusting food always rated them as good had tonite two king specials nd a shami kebab stater the food was cold had put it in microwave just to make it edible to eat there was no kebab meat on it that u could c and the shami was disgusting it was so watery I had to pour it into the sink never again will I order from there really gone down bank nd prices gone up bank

Great place, great service and value for money.

Fuming with the young guns left to run the place. I Was told to wait outside due to covid for my order on the day the shop lockdown was eased. I was fully masked and had covid jabs and people were going in for orders. I usually call in for food before work even during covid no problems. I think this young lad taken a disliking to me a customer. Went in for some food again tonight as they requested last time i ordered and ask for food to be brought to me in my car covid safe as they wished last time. Burger was uncooked and raw. went in the bin. Shame use to be very friendly staff and good food but no more. Have to find new take a way

This place was recomended by a friend,i must say the the food is very good quality and the portions are large.Delivery is also quick and food hot.The Royal Kebab on a nan is paticularly good and feeds 2 people easily.Try it you wont be disapointed.

Have been ordering from here for over 10 years always had a good meal and could never find another take away to do such good quality food or value for money however after the last 18 months worth of problems will not be ordering again! When the problems first started we thought it was just a floock and thought wed give them the benefit of the doubt due to having such amazing service and food before however last night was the final straw. We ordered food at 6 oclock on a sunday and we assumed it would be a wait with it being a sunday however we waited 1 hour an half and the wait is normally 40 minutes we called then to check on the order as we are only 5/10 minute drive from them and they then advised the driver had left 4 minutes ago then 20 minutes later the driver arrived when i tried to pay he didnt know the price as they had not wrote it down so he had to call to see how much and explain what we had ordered which is unproffessional. In the mean time whilst he was on the phone we decided to open the food to start serving it and it was freezing cold no warmth to it at all had the food even been cooked? We gave it back to the driver and we werent even offered fresh food or free food next time. I am really disappointed with this service and it shows they dont care for customers so will not be ordering again.

Honestly... Great food I think in Stoke on Trent seriously.are the best

We had chicken korma & Lamb tikka masala, but to our surprise there was no difference between them. They were exactly the same just the lamb masala was a different colour. They probably thought we were just stupid English people and we wouldn't notice🤨🤷‍♂️😝we won't be going there again!!!

Ordered from kings for over 10 years always been happy with the food , but !!! The past 6 months or so every time Iv ordered a pizza it turns up look warm and Iv had to microwave it , I did ring up an tell them on the first time but because I’d been work all day an couldn’t wait any longer to eat I ate some ( that I microwaved ) an they said there was nothing they could do , Iv then ordered a couple more thinking it’s just a one off , then tonight I told them could they make sure my pizza was hot when it arrives an it wasn’t so in the microwave it went ! It’s not like they don’t no where I live Iv ordered for 10 years . Safe to say I’ll be finding myself another take away , shouldn’t have to microwave my food from a take away , never had to before , this place has gone down hill if u ask me

Food okay but they missed our naan bread from our order and charged 30p more than the prices on their website. Could do better. Will go elsewhere in future.

having been a regular customer for over 10 years recently very disappointed in kings services food recently gone downhill and after having to wait an.hour and a half for a pizza that I ordered on collection clearly wasn't happy asked the owner for a discount and he refused won't be ordering for a while now
