Stayed in Hammersmith, visiting from Cornwall and we had to try a 'proper' Kebab due to cornwall being awful at Kebabs, Kings kebab did not disappoint, we enjoyed it so much we had it twice! Garlic mayo is amazing 👏 🤩

I'm a regular customer, used to come once a week. My order has never been handed as per instruction with always something wrong, always been overcharged from prices in the board. Staff is really rude and when I asked them why I got overcharged with my friend they attacked us verbally and insulted us giving us a really bad vide and atmosphere. I wouldn't recommend at all, avoid

The kebabs were one of the best I've had, we got the mixed kebab and chicken Kebab, both were massive portions. Chips were good too highly recommend.

One member of staff is very abusive towards delivery drivers. I work for Deliveroo and I am allowed to cancel an order when the order isn't ready. I took one order and cancelled one so I could quickly get the order done (we are only paid for each delivery completed, and the fees are very low, so we need to do this to make minimum wage). The staff member did not come outside and politely ask to check my bag. The staff member was shouting at me, grabbing hold of my bag and standing in front of me. He threated to call the police, which is exactly what I said in the moment. He was being abusive. I eventually calmed down after getting very annoyed by this (which he did not). I said lets calm down and sort this out. I opened my bag, and he just took the food out and walked away. This isn't an issue for me as I only lost £3, it's the way which I was treated which was a huge issue. Do not support the restaurant if you care about discrimination or abuse.

Got food poisoning from the chicken strips and kebab barely edible with soggy lettuce and burnt “kebab meat”. Genuinely gross and threw in bin, was then very ill and still am today from that chicken, which was also pink. Do not order here unless you want risk of food poisoning

I order on the uber and the food was just pathetic , I ordered chicken biryani and I have received fried rice which are not eatable at all…. Poor service and bad food.

They didn’t put the selected items in the wrap that we ordered and also forgot the drink that was part of the meal.

Not only is the food here absolutely delicious perfectly grilled kebabs with fresh sides but the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming.

I just discovered this place and on my second time ordering it is somehow even nicer than the first time. I’ve been looking for a good doner place for years now this is amazing. The garlic sauce is to die for. So fresh and so generous. :))

After spent all day surviving by junk-food-snacks in London we decided to go for some proper food. And our choice couldn't be better. Their kebabs are so fresh and well seasoned. The flat bread moist and buttery. Fresh salad too. All well made.

Food was cold by the time it got to us , order was delayed a lot and the packaging didn’t keep the chips warm, they were in edible

I placed my order couple minutes past 17:00 and they started preparing it at 18:00. They just kept pushing back the delivery time. The food wasn’t hot, just warm even though the restaurant is about 5min drive down the road. Usually there never is any issue so not sure if they had staff or management change but to receive the food 1.5hrs after the time order was placed is absolutely terrible.

I was so disappointed with this order I spent £25 on a mixed kebab and when it came there was hardly any meat in it at all and £25 is a lot to pay for something so small

Meat was very greasy like it was sitting in warmer and then dished out rather than cut of freshly same with chips like they’ve been sitting for a while driver was polite which is good

They can't even get a simple order right. I ordered chips in pitta with salad. I asked for a bit more lettuce because they can be very stingy and teaf in this shop. They can't even get an order right. They did not put lettuce in my burger and chips in pitta. I am pretty sure that a person with a disability or a child could get it right. This shop stinks and bad hygene. The lamb kebab is wack. It is very dry and over cooked. So over rated and very expensive. They take advange of people. Very greedy!

Delivery driver was very rude, throw the food at me in disgust, as he had trouble finding the address, like it was my fault he couldn’t read a sat nav!

The meat is very soft and tender, the vegetables are fresh, the order was processed quickly, the sauce is nice, the cabbage is soft, I recommend it...

For the price of the Kebab, received 2 slices of cucumber and a quarter of a slice of tomato as salad along withoads of onions is not acceptable shame it's gone

Meat smells and taste old… I'm regular customer from 2017r. but now quality is worse than few years ago. Price = quality, but now is only price not quality.

I was waiting for a phone call from the delivery driver but that did not happen. Thankfully I checked the app to see that my food had been delivered 15 mins earlier. Gratefully the food was still warm however poor delivery service

Very good portion of lamb Doner. I ordered a large and it was!! Pitta was a little small, salad was ok. One negative, they forgot my chilli sauce. However, I would recommend.

Paid for chips which weren't included, will not be ordering from here again.

Ordered from here a few times and normally not worth a complaint as it is kind of edible….enjoyable hmmm questionable. Went in the bin. Wish I could be constructive but it made me feel sick and not worth spending money on. Won’t be doing this again.
