Fantastic food never disappointed 😋

Amazing curry. My favourite rice around. Everything else I've tried top notch. Spring roll, crispy beef, chicken, Singapore noodle and others. This my favourite Chinese atm. Keep it up

Rang several times now around this time to be told can't take anymore deliveries... open still...

Last couple of curries have been bland and watery as if they have been watered down. Going to give it a miss for a while as its not as good as it used to be

Use King 11 once a week as we live close. Always ring for collection. Food is delicious with a huge menu to choose from. The girl who serves us is fantastic, friendly and caring. Always leave her a wee tip cause she deserves a wee tip off all customers. Place is spotless and see your food being cooked.

We ordered salt and chilli chicken and mixed curry with fried rice and noodles tonight, it was delicious and delivered quickly!! Highly recommend

I have always loved this Chinese, however, the food, especially the chips have taken a nose dive into disaster. Seem to be cooked several times. Dry and tasted old. My friend ordered a special fried rice which was swimming in gravy. Awful experience. They need to sort it out or they’ll lose custom. My neighbour said the same about the chips.

One of the best Chinese's I've been to (only take away) but dam food was soo tasty!!! See especially the there nice proper home made chips not frozen at all... All done fresh like most the stuff on menu.... Soo that's why I've scored this one soo high 👍🙂💜

After a previously diabolical serving about a year ago, I allowed my friend to talk me into getting our meal from king 11. I Reluctantly agreed and so we went to get orders, my only caveat being that I could not have sesame seeds in mine. For some reason some person in the kitchen took this as an order for extra sesame seeds and there it is - as bold as could be - lashed all over my dinner. What should have been a delicious meal, turned out to be double or maybe even triple fried chicken, with the tub barely being half full…… but thousands of those stupid seseme seeds all through the order. Honestly, how could one Chinese get three orders in one year messed up. Not at all cool!

The best Chinese I’ve had yet. Portions are super, good clean food and proper meet, plenty of it. Have recommended to anyone who will listen- looking forward to my next one already.

Waited 2 hours on delivery phone back 2 times the second time the girl said do you want me to cancel it I said sure you have just said it’s out on delivery and it came the food was cold ! Terrible food terrible service

Recently I moved house and the quality of my old Chinese was decreasing , so I thought I would give King 11 a try. We had; *Salt & Chilli Chips- The best we have ever had, Colourful, Tasty and the Chips were not one bit soggy *Thai Red Curry- Not greasy at all, good flavour to spice ratio and the Chicken was so tender *Salt & Chilli Crispy Shredded Beef- Just absolutely delicious! The lady who took my order was friendly and was knowledgeable regarding the menu. The delivery was fast. Portion sizes were excellent. Really Chuffed to find this place.

If you like yesterdays chips soaked in oil and cooked over and over you will like this place they think the gravy hides this fact

Wife bought a gravy chip oh my god chips must of been from day before soaked in grease and slightly crispy absolutely disgusting wife returned girl apologised and wife stood waiting for refund and in end had to ask for refund we have used facility quite regularly but will never return

Food is always good and service is quick.

We were over on holiday for a week and thought we'd have a Chinese takeaway for our last night. I checked Google for the reviews of local takeaways and this one looked pretty good. Now, I would never normally leave a negative review but I genuinely can't believe all the positive ones! We ordered around £40 worth of food, with several things missing, but literally everything we ordered was vile, even the rice, chips and noodles! I don't know the area so can't recommend anywhere else better but you are best off avoiding this place.

Best Chinese in Newtownabbey. Excellent quality of meat- actual proper chicken breast which you don't get anymore. Salted chilli chicken is amazing too

Best Salt and Chillie Squid I've had in a long time! Very tender with a nice crispy batter. Ordered ten minutes before arriving to collect and was there ready for me.Food was piping hot. Would certainly reccomend.

King 11 def best Chinese around newtownabbey area. It is our favourite and if you like satay sauce, well theres is amazing. Salted chilli ckicken half and half with a satay sauce mmmmmmm divine. If you havent tried them yet then you need to.

placed a order at 8 oclock no sgin or delivery at 10.15pm so i phoned up the daft counter staff didnt place the other so replaced the order an it came an the order was wrong, few weeks ago my childs food came an there was yellow stuff all over the sausage super bare in mind that night we waited over to hours aswell rung down and they said they couldnt come collect it so i took it down an they couldnt tell me what it was but smelt like sick used to order from here 3 4 times a week an tonights the last chinese has got horrible an the counter staff are awful! stay away

Another takeaway who can't seem to deliver food in any sort of reasonable time. An hour and a half I waited then I phoned up to discover that the order hadn't even left the shop ! Absolutely pathetic service. How do these places make money ?

Ordered a delivery at 5pm and its now 6.16pm and still no delivery! Was told 40 mins for delivery when order was placed have since phoned twice since then last time 20 mins ago to be told both delivery drivers have left and my order was there. Bloody disgrace!!

Very nice place with good food..

This used to be my favourite Chinese ever. Then they just stop answering the phone.. Literally for weeks on end I would try and it would just be a constant engaged tone. As they aren't on just eat I had to start going to another Chinese. Such a same there customer service isn't good as the food was amazing quality.

Enough food to choke a donkey, also very tasty.

Lucky even for the 1 star phoned before got gravy noodles and got hairs in it after a couple months later we tried again tonight and again hairs in the gravy noodles... note to self no more gravy noodle 🤢🤢

ordered a takeaway from here... at 8pm after having to repeat myself several times finally placed order... 9.40pm still no delivery rang to check up to be told a load of lie's that driver had been and rang my phone more than once.. not the case we were at home the whole time and no one rang my phone. so after asking where we getting the takeaway we were told no. absolute disgrace and very poor service will never return !!!

Great food wish they would go on just eat

Used to be great but has definitely gone downhill over the last year. Started going to gaze more recently as one of the last meals from King 11 was so poor. Tried it again a month ago and enjoyed it but last weekends meal again wasn't great. Not horrible but I've definitely had nicer. Going to try it again soon and if not up to standard, unfortunately I'll not be back. Wish it could be back to the way it was originally.

One of the better chinese take aways around here but I personally avoid it friday and saturday. Too busy and they only take orders by phone or in person. Need to get themselves on justeat or hungry house!

Food fantastic service is fantastic

We would have always got from here but after lasts nights order we won't be back. Chicken curry was absolutely disgusting. It was really watered down and like a cheap homemade curry from B&M. Chips were rotten too and didn't even think very much of the fried rice either. Very disappointing indeed. Won't be back!

Amazing Chinese!! :-) Fast Take away and great value. Size of meals is excellent - always enough to share. Ask for prawn crackers if getting a meal - can normally get them free ;-) If you do not like spices ( like me! ) ask and the meal will be made without. Well worth a visit for value & food quality.
