Decided to try this place with a few friends recently. What a mistake … Awful food with no taste. More importantly, everyone that ate the food has been left sick. Both vomiting and diarrhea. Definitely avoid.

Waited at the counter as staff had a conversation about her holiday, ordered bbq spare ribs, very little bbq sauce (also tasteless) and even less meat on the ribs, not impressed although it was quite good not too long ago.

The delectable cuisine, served promptly by the courteous staff, is difficult to put into words. This family-friendly takeout establishment, which offers a wide variety of delectable Oriental and Far Eastern dishes, is highly recommended due to its exceptional chef.

Shocking service, order phoned in for collection, still waited 35 minutes, got home order belonged to some one else ,had to drive back in order to get my money back as they didn't bother to make my order.sorry was all I got .won't be back!

Chicken Curry and fried fried £8 if you want the sauce separate its a £1 extra what for ? I eat out every week in the best of restaurants if you want sauce separate its not a problem anywhere. Just went up the street

For me it’s the best Chinese in Ballyclare. Extensive range of items on the menu although all fairly standard for a Chinese take away. As of Sept 23 dishes are typically £8 which includes boiled rice, chips or fried rice 50p extra

The best honey chilli chicken out there!! The place is always busy, which is a great sign of great food and good service.

Took over an hour for the food to arrive and although the Chow Mein was good it arrived cold. Crispy Chicken rolls were anything but crispy, very soggy. The majority of the chips were hard as a rock. Cost? WOW. Extremely expensive they have REALLY raised prices. No receipt came with it. Save your money and order from somewhere else.

Firstly the food is excellent, and the counter staff are friendly and efficient. The low rating is that I have been ordering here for more than a decade, but recently, their prices have been extracting the Michael! Our usual order use to come to £15 and you got a bag of prawn crackers thrown in. Now, the limit has risen 33% so you only get the crackers with a spend of in excess of £20. The usual order price has risen 18%, with a reduction in portion size (vegetables roll you use to get 6, now 5), and price of them has risen 33%. So basically, for paying 18% more in total, I get far less food, and unfortunately my income hasn't risen 18%. Owners must be savvy people, but I think they have taken excessive advantage of price rises... (hence the 2 stars)

Always go there for a Chinese takeaway. There Always busy, which is a good thing. Get your order in as quickly as possible for either collection or delivery. Friendly staff, great to see them open again.

Ordered mixed grill with fried rice for delivery. It came cold with no rice and the mixed grill if u even call it that was 2 slices of bacon and 2 slices of liver and a slice of chicken no pork or steak or sausage

The Jing Kee has consistently been a great Chinese takeaway in Ballyclare. The service is very quick also with generous portions. I would say it's our best Chinese takeaway in the town without a doubt. I have yet to speak to anyone in Ballyclare that Doesn't enjoy the food from here.

For us this is the best Chinese in town. Love chicken curry and honey soya chicken. Will be ordering again.

Smoked Salted Chilli Chicken, with Rice, Chips, and a tub of Honey Chilli Sauce. You're welcome. You will wait up to 2 hours for your delivery on a Saturday night. It's this busy for a reason though. So either get your order in before 6pm or be prepared for a late dinner. Worth the wait.

I ordered at 1910,rang numerous time and was toldorder being preped/ on its way. At 2110 told no order recorder at 2135 it arrived after I had ordered for on elsewhere. Absolutely discussed with attitude and customer service. Will never order again from this place.

Got a deliver tonight from jing key Chinese. Order chicken balls and they weren't in bag, phoned up and called a liar by the man that owns it. Really bad customer service. The girl on the counter was lovely and the delivery girl. But the ma that owns it has really got a bad attitude. We get out off here at least 1 a week. But I won't be getting out off it again

I don't eat take away food all that often, but I do like the Jing Kee, their curry sauce is the nicest Chinese curry in town and their special fried rice and chow mien is lovely. I do have to agree that their delivery time does take forever, so I now just pop down instead, it's never that long if you pick up.

Order wrong, watery curry delivered, also delivery took 2 hours. Traditional Christmas Eve Chinese ruined, won't be back.

Tbh i wouldn't go near it, being my go to Chinese in ballyclare the food has gone down hill and waiting over 2 hours for the 3rd time in the last 3 weeks i think is beyond a joke.

Last week there was a hair cooked into the batter of my sweet and sour chicken. Pretty bad, but I figured everyone makes mistakes, and I let it go. Today I got food from here again and my brother found a WASP in his food. A whole dead wasp that he could have swallowed. Safe to say that’s the last time I’m getting food here.

Having to wait over two hours for a delivery.....still waiting. Rang and told it was now on the board. What does that even mean?

Used to be my go to chinese in ballyclare. Notice a big difference with quality of food between teatime and later in the evening. Very disappointed to see it is a one star hygiene rating as well, not surprised as last time i was in for a collection the kitchen area looked very dirty. Has really put me off and wont be back until it this imporoves

We've been Jing Kee customers for 10+ years. Over the last year the food has been pretty questionable. We normally get a delivery, but the last couple of times the orders have been wrong and thrown together. I then went in to the actual Chinese I was shocked at how dirty and greasy the place is. The man cooking was scratching his privates and rubbing his face whilst handing food without gloves. The food literally did go to the dogs.

Always get a good service from here, tasty food & generous portions. Nice Curry & best special chow mein!

Quick service, brilliant food, no complaints!

This is not a great place to get food. The order is always wrong. The food has been getting worse lately. The rice is like mush, almpst as if it has been reheated from the day before.

just had a delivery...very good service and food usually ...however this evening ..new delivery drivers.. they tried to overcharge., after debate ...i realised I wasn't going to get anywhere they made threats to kill...really over a meal? extremely aggressive... will never order again from this place. I was left with " we know where you live and we'll be back". police have been informed and reg. given.. BE WARNED...

Food was excellent and hot when it arrived and despite busy night was reasonably quick just under an hour. The delivery girl was also very pleasant

Always go to the Jing Kee for our takeaway and always have done but the last one we got, there was a dead blue bottle in my chips and gravy, not great to say the least, was so turned. We have honestly never had an issue before with this place. The staff are lovely as well, the girls on the desk are so friendly and the cooks are lovely, the food is always tasty and this is a really busy Chinese in Ballyclare, but I feel the place needs a good clean up, maybe a revamp. They were kind enough to refund me and I returned the order to them, but this has definitely put me off going back.

Siempre llegar de jing, ya que la comida es kee preciosa pero siempre traen o mi familia a recogerlo. En la última semana fui yo y me pareció y su estandel de higiene ha bajado drásticamente.

Not bad Chinese staff were nice, place was being cleaned which is nice to see, food tastes good, wife didn't like hers though.

We ordered a delivery and they accidentally forgot to give us part of our order so we phoned and the lady on the phone was lovely said that was fine we'd get the rest of what we paid for, when the driver came she was incredibly rude and tried to charge us when we had already paid. Needs to learn how to treat people. Highly disappointed.

Really good chinese if somewhat "A" typical - great early bird menu certainly worth a try - way better than others in the area

Me parece que es difícil conseguir una buena comida para llevar china pero el Jing Kee en Ballyclare produce alimentos de calidad a un buen precio. Sabe y parece mejor que un montón de comida para llevar. Platos favoritos incluyen picante chow mein de pollo, miel chili, pollo y salsa de pimienta negra, pollo al curry y arroz frito, dulce y agria, pollo. La entrega está disponible y el servicio en general es rápida. Muy contento, he descubierto el Jing Kee.

My wife and I took the grand kids to Ballyclare swiming pool and left them back to there as we where late getting out and had nothing to eat from lunch time though we would give jing kee a try has were heard good reports ,Will have to say disappointment was not understatement ,wife had honey salted chilli chicken no flavour vegetables were raw and chicken chewie,My self had the spiciy satay chicken let me say I love satay chicken and and have had in lots of places this was not satay as we know it no peanut flavour and it tasted like water gravie ,could not eat it went straight in the bin and had ham sandwhich was much tastier

Finally a good chinese! Busy place but well worth the wait. Excellent food. We had a range of dishes and all were lovely!! It was about time there was a decent chinese in Ballyclare.

Mi favorito chino en newtownabbey por una milla. El curry es de primera categoría y nunca he tenido una mala. El pollo y la carne siempre es preciosa y las patatas fritas no son las fichas habituales china pero chips adecuado. Realmente recomiendo jing kee a todo el mundo.

The Jing Kee has become our takeaway of choice. The usual variety of dishes, all well served and good quantities. Service can be a little slow on a Saturday evening but we've yet to be disappointed.

He pedido desde aquí bastante regularmente. El servicio es muy amable y los pedidos son siempre correcto. tamaños y precios de las porciones son fantásticas. Muy popular con los lugareños lo que significa que a veces tienen una larga espera. le doy un 4 estrellas revisión debido a el chili de miel pollo. No es lo mismo que he tenido en otras comida para llevar y restaurantes y si podían conseguir este derecho sería 5 *****
