Kickback Coffee in Trafford

Superb coffee with excellent service from the guys making the coffee for you. It's a lovely setting. Hygiene 5* would highly recommend. BIG TIP!!! You need more tables and chairs, even the little wrought-iron round coffee tables with 2/4 chairs will suffice, you have the space. We would not have gone in if we could not get anywhere to sit plus we don't like sharing tables with strangers we would feel as though we are invading their space.

Visited pop up stall they had absolutely delicious coffee. Flat white was amazing, nicest I have had in years. Chatty friendly staff. Wish they had a cafe nearer to me

Came here after reading of smiles and warm welcomes, only to encounter a fairly dour female who took the order. I must admit I can't have been paying attention when the card 'machine' asked if I wanted to leave a tip. Normally I would have expected to opt in when being asked that question, but as it added 10% anyway, with hindsight I suppose I had to opt out - hey ho, I'll put that down to experience. I stood at the counter - there was no table service, so asking for a tip and adding 10%?????? The guy who prepared the drink had his fingers round the rim of the cup which is an unhygienic no no. The coffee itself looked and tasted nice but wasn't actually hot. Warm, not hot. Disappointing. I hate leaving "poor" reviews and leave very few, but this place deserves one. Won't be back.

The best coffees we have had in ages made with a smile and a very warm welcome. Thoroughly recommended. We are on a Narrowboat and could even moor outside so we went in afternoon and next morning.

I walk to KBC at least weekly as it’s frankly one of the best coffees in the area. Nicely situated at the end of the Arches next to the canal. Staff are always friendly, and the seating area is super chilled & relaxed. Good choice of drinks but the quality of the coffee is excellent (a visit to the Roastery is a must too). Sweet treats are available, I believe from the wonderful Most Bakery in Altrincham although I would love them to extend their range in KBC. They offer events too like foraging, cycling, walking & running, some with partners & some led by KBC. I love this place.

Wow! What a place. Take note high street chains at Kickback you will find the warmest of welcomes, outstanding value and quality perfected. How reassuring to witness the serving crew greet regular customers and their dogs by name. Smiles all round, very keen to please - all clearly enjoying their roles. I was honoured to witness (and then taste!) their specialist talent first hand namely of executing outstanding hot chocolate. Soooo sublime I had a 2nd and then I opted for 2 boxes of the brand they use to take home!

Go there most lunchtimes and the coffee is always lovely, and snacks also incredible. The lads there are always friendly, chatty and clearly very good at what they do! Always recommend it to anyone who mentions Altrincham to me. Keep up the good work!

Great little gem. Situated in the arches along the canal between Timperley and Broadheath. They do the best Americano I’ve tasted forever. They baristas really know their stuff. They roast their own coffee and supply the new cycle coffee place in Knutsford called Apus Peak. Nice minimalistic industrial feel to the place, limited seating both in and outdoors. They also do a nice locally sourced selection of cakes. Great place to do a bit of people and barge watching weather permitting. Free wifi available. Single toilet facility available which does let the place down a bit, broken dispensers of sorts above the toilet, hand towels on the sink, manual soap dispenser. Could do with a wall mounted paper towel dispenser, automatic soap dispenser too. Would I recommended it, yes. Would I go again, yes.
