Went here for breakfast with a few friends. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the prices were reasonable.

This is very nice bar that does a decent range of food and drink.the coffee I had was very nice and reasonably priced.the staff were very good and friendly.its a small place with a good atmosphere and kept very clean.ir is well located close to the shops and public transport.it has easy access for the disabled.

This place is lovely for breakfast/brunch during midweek. The staff are friendly and welcoming - the food is delicious albeit slathered in butter/oil. Nether the less, we shall return, it’s quickly become a favourite of mine :)

I love going to the Jackalope for brunch ! Great choice, fresh ingredients and cute latte art by Michael :) My personal favourite is the avocado on toasted sourdough, but anything I have tried was tasty and fresh. Sunday brunch sorted.

Excellent service, well balanced dishes and good portion sizes. Avocado and eggs was very very good, truffle fries had fantastic truffle flavour

First time here with friends. The staff are lovely and friendly. The reason for only 4 stars is the eggs were really cold. Nicely done but cold. Raised it with a waitress and yes we got our drinks for free which was lovely of them but it put a damper on the first experience. One friend had the full English and his meal was perfect.. Divine!! In his words. I'm not writing this place off and I will try it again but have something different.. The atmosphere was lovely and the staff were very helpful

It's a really nice & comfortable place to have a coffee and something to eat. There's quite a few chain coffee shops in the area and it's worth passing on these and coming here for your coffee and a sandwich. (And a hash brown too which are amazing)

Incredible food, coolest coffee art and lovely team ☕️ Popped in today to try their brunch, we had the eggs benedict and pistachio cream french toast. Both dishes were incredible and this has to be hands down the best breakfast & brunch spot I’ve been to in a long time ☺️ Definitely worth getting a coffee as well just to appreciate the funky coffee art, it’s absolutely brilliant

The food wasn't good I couldn't finish it. The service and the place were nice, I've been before for drink and had a better time than for food.

First time here with two young kids and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed the matcha latte & the BBQ beef brisket sandwich with the sourdough.

Had the the full English breakfast - great value for money. The staff were attentive and friendly. A warm welcome on a cold January morning. Happy to recommend Jackalope 👍

We are visiting a friend in Sale for x-max, she recommended to come at Jackalope for breakfast / brunch, the food is amazing, and the coffee very tasty. It's very well presented. The staff is very friendly, im not disappointed. We'll come back . Thank you . (We took a steck and egg plate and egg benedicts with salmon . )

Popped in for a coffee, the atmosphere is lovely inside and the decor is gorgeous, plenty of spaces to sit and drinks are served in very cute little cups! However i think i came in on an off day; ordered a flatwhite around 9.40 and around 10.15 i was asked if i had ordered anything. Recieved my drink few mins after that and it wasn't exactly a flat white. Bit disappointing as the food looks fantastic.

Got coffees so can’t speak for food but service, place and drinks were all lovely. Would gladly return.

My wife and I went in around 1.30pm for lunch. The restaurant appeared quiet. We ordered drinks and food 2 diet cokes one all day breakfast and a burrito. I was asked how I would like my eggs. I said fried and unbroken. That seemed to confuse the waiter. We waited for a long while for our food. Upon its hasty arrival, The waiter ran with our order we were disappointed. My wife's burrito had what the menu described as a dippy egg. It was half a hard boiled egg. One of my fried eggs had a broken yolk and hidden under the other. I asked for it to be replaced which was done. My sourdough toast and hash brown were burnt. To be fair as a result of the problems the female member of the waiting staff took the price of our drinks off the final bill.

Best hashbrowns I've ever had. We had the vegan breakfast and it was the best vegan breakfast I've had. Highly reccomend.

If you get the right staff on the right day it's the best coffee in the area, on a bad day it's awful though.

When visiting Sale, we love coming here for breakfast / brunch, the food is always amazing, it really is. The breakfast offering is tasty, fresh and well presented. Even going for a beer at night time, super offering of ales and on tap drinks. Love going here every time, never disappoints.

Ordered brunch with kids. Got drinks straight away, waited nearly an hour to find out they had forgotten our food. Very disappointing and spoiled what had been a nice morning.

We had wanted to visit Jackalope for breakfast/brunch for a while and finally had an opportunity today. Thoroughly enjoyed the Jackalope Breakfast, very fresh, tasty, local ingredients and amazing homemade hash browns. Lovely, friendly staff and quick service too. Just a HUGE shame that the atmosphere was very loud and a large group of what sounded like football hooligans were spread across two tables nearby and were all speaking very loudly. You could expect/tolerate it a bit more if they were drinking beer and it was later in the day but having coffee and breakfast at 11am doesn’t seem to go together with the atmosphere they were creating. I know it’s not completely Jackalope’s fault but it really didn’t make it an enjoyable experience.

Bit of a wait for our food but awesome once it came! We got a steak sandwich, tatas bravas and a croissant to finish. Staff were very friendly too!

Nice food, friendly staff, excellent service. It's our first time here, the staff are very sweet, and changed the toast for me as I like lightly toasted bread. But I forgot to tell them! They are very kind. Their scrambled eggs taste great, and the potato hash brown is so so nice! Soft and creamy inside, crunchy and crispy outside, amazing! Highly recommended!

Frankly, one of the worst food experiences I have had. Not sure how this place gets good reviews. 1. Asked for a glass of water for my toddler, it came in such a dirty glass, mucky water, that we preferred to leave it aside. Truly disgusting. 2. The "huevos rancheros" - I do not know what that dish was, but it was definitely not huevos rancheros! Please stop this badly made cultural appropriation. At least google a photo of what the dish looks like. The "advocado" tasted like frozen avocado, the tortilla was solid rock, almost non edible, the "pico de gallo" salsa was mostly onion - come on guys! 3. The sausages we also ordered as a side, burnt! Seriously, not a single thing went well in today's kitchen. Skip this place.

Never been in before but popped in for a drink and it was a nice atmosphere. Went in again tonight at about 6.00, all seats taken bar 2, result, nice.

Great place to stop for a coffee, food or booze. The breakfast burrito is a must!

It was busy but the service was particularly bad. The food didn’t come until about half an hour after we’d finished our drinks and they’d come and collected the empty cups, and then only arrived after we chased it up. Then both orders were wrong. They also automatically added a 12.5% tip. Apart from that the food was nice.

Great if you are an egg lover. Tough to find something on the menu if you don't like them. They charge extra for egg alternatives so my avocado and bacon on toast came to about 12.00 quid. Steep in my view even with the inflatation pressure and cost of staffing etc.

Just had an amazing breakfast burrito and lovely coffee from jackalope. The burrito was amazing value for £10. I’m stuffed and couldn’t even finish it. The latte art was gorgeous too and lovely friendly service. Will be back soon!

We hired the upstairs room for a get together with friends. We had a fantastic time! The guys working there were friendly and helpful and did everything they could to make our time with them a great one. The Sunday roast was amazing! They put the menu together for us as they normally only do Brunch menu. Can’t recommend them enough. Thank you Dom, Joe and team.

Been a couple of times now and it never disappoints. Food is excellent and there's a really good range of beers so usually something different to try. My favourite place to eat in Sale.

Brunch was spot on, gorgeous full English with butchers sausage & the potato hash was delish. The inside decor is nice. The only negative for me is that they only accept card payments which will prevent me from coming back in the future

Very good place for serving brunch. Every meal is very nicely cooked and they also use natural products. They serve any type of brunch, from a classic English breakfast to French toasts, making you want to eat more. It's worth trying it at least once. I'm glad they opened it.

After having read all the good reviews, I couldn't wait to try this new place in Sale. The taste of my plate was good, but I really don't fancy the poached eggs cooked in shapers, one of them was also overcooked. Maybe I've just been unluck.

First time visiting this place, ordered a bacon on sourdough, never quite sure what you're going to get, hard bread ,fatty bacon !!.was pleasantly surprised at how good this was, hands down the best bacon on sourdough I've ever had 😄 staff friendly, will definitely be going back !!

The French toast at this place is hands down the best I’ve had.

Nice brunch. Nice location in the main Sale street. With nice space inside and tables outside (only drinks outside). Steak Hash and Egg Benedict Pull-pork were really good. Steak Hash probably one of the best brunch I ever had. Only issue was our eggs were not runny. The place is new so I guess it will improve step by step.

Fantastic service from Abi. We had the jackalope lager along with the margarita and a Blondie with lemon water. Very quick service and helps us bring the drinks out to that table.

Had a great breakfast and coffee. Really like the interior and you can sit outside if it's good weather. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only criticism was the speed at which the food came. If they can get this moving along faster it would be a 5 👍
