Amazing place and friendly staff

Surprisingly good, I didn't expect it. Service great young girl behind counter was really helpful and friendly

Music was far too loud. The food was cold. The chips in KFC are not great in general. Very annoying not being able to get a regular Pepsi with sugar. Rather disappointing.

The place wasn’t crowded and the tables are convenient for various group sizes 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Order arrived, but when I looked inside the bag it was completely wrong. ordered boneless chicken, got burger meal, chicken on bone, wraps and bbq chicken. Called up to let them know they had packed the wrong order (it was delivered with my receipt), but the woman on the phone said it was impossible for the order to be wrong as she had packed it herself. Asked if they were going to do anything about it and the response was it's not her problem. Very rude.

the food was earlier than expected - a bit of a pain as we then had to rush to get there for it and they sent incorrect drinks which is frustrating.

No one is perfect but for a takeaway the place is clean , newly reorganised and well laid out the staff were polite and helpful . The menu is as expected . Food was hot .

Terrible restaurant ordered my food didn’t get what I supposed to called there the owner said it’s not his problem

I was missing 2 lots of chips with my order

I paid 10.99 for a twister wrap box meal, my wrap was anorexic, barely anything init, the gravy was like p*ss, chicken was dry but tasty, best thing was the chips. so basically I paid 10.99 for a hand full of chips, a bite of a wrap that had a lick of coleslaw in it (some of the red cabbage had gone brown) and a drink of p*ss, oh and a nice can of tango to wash it all down.

Was the restaurants fault it was an hour wait the driver told me and I would like a refund on my order.. was an hour late and they had the cheek to replace the free pop corn chicken that was offered and on just eat with coleslaw.

I ordered corn cubs and u gave me gravy ??????

Driver was great, food however wasn’t. Missing gravy and the popcorn chicken. Zinger burger looks miserable. Not happy.

Good service, people are good and fast. Atmosphere is good and food is up to quality.

Have not got my order put phone down on me and it as cost me And marked it as delivered now I am out of pocket

just think for what we paid the chicken portions were small and some of the chicken was dry, the only thing piping hot was the gravy, will just simply not order again sorry

Missed a few things that i have ordered, not happy.

items missing and had to order from somewhere else for rest of family because of this which ended up cost another £15+

No offence to driver kfc are to blame the whole meal was ruined the way they wrapped it and it’s all cold including gravy

We could see that the driver had picked up our order and then went to McDonalds to pick up other orders which were then dropped off before ours, hence why all food was cold. This surely can’t be right. We confronted the driver and said we could see him on the tracker but said that’s what Just Eat had told him what to do.

Food was great as usual. Delivery driver had problems finding my gaff. When he eventually located my place I pointed out that precise instructions were printed on the receipt slip which astounded him!

Driver could not follow simple directions to the property

Claimed a free prize from KFC on my app and because I claimed a free prize I have to pay full price for anything else on a separate order even with a specific discount card so the so called free item isn’t free. Another KFC scam to get you to purchase higher priced food and not give you the offers they advertise. Manager was useless and no help at all. Couldn’t manage her way out of a Paper bag and needs retraining.

Absolutely dreadful chicken, was full of oil and the skin was not seasoned. Was very pale and inedible. Chips were the best thing about it

Our order was cold when it eventually arrived as the driver rang to say that he couldn't find our house even though he had the full street name and postcode. Never heard of Sat Nav !!!!?????

Came in yesterday 17/03/24 for takeaway, was not given a receipt at the self service. But we waited for ticket 9009. A young girl gave us our order and we was given a large Pepsi. I put in a bottle of sparkling water but I didn't have a receipt. I explained it should be a bottle of sparkling water, but she just checked on her screen and said no large Pepsi, i Wouldn't drink this because i have a sugar intolerance and told her this, but she would not budge, I didn't want to cause a seen so I told my son to leave it because it was nopoint taking it because i would have just thrown it away. So we left the large Pepsi on the counter and walked away. It would have just taken 2 minutes to have changed this for me, but she had no intention of doing so.
