A great alternative to McD,s but better grub

Chicken was underdone near the bone, never again ,the gravy was that cold it came out of the tub like jelly.

The amount of people sitting yesterday was crazy 20 minutes waiting wile to kids talked and talk and swore .the flat white they forgot to put the coffee in

Can see spider webs everywhere, tables all not clear . Floor it's dirty. Toilet smells and not clean

The photo says it all, I've tried contacting Thier head office on many occasions, they send quality control in and after a week it goes to the dogs again. It's only Newry that is lacking been to KFC in many countries and it's good but Newry KFC needs shut down before they actually kill someone.

Absolutely vile People had no idea what they was doing food come down rong but changed without a fuss felt sick almost immediately after eating I had to vomited when I got home wouldn’t be back Always eat kfc never been in one like this

First time customer. Ordered a Christmas special meal, came with 2 stack burger, fries and a drink. Fries were nice and piping hot, a drink is a drink. The burger however was nothing too special, can't complain when you are hungry and it costs £10 though. However I think there are better options around the town. Most likely, I won't be a returning customer.

So so noticed door is going down a bit. Normally there on point. And bathroom was very dirty, did tell head office

Very bad service, every week I am there with my children and the staff who serve me are always frowning and there is no one to clear the tables. When I ask someone from the staff to come clean my table they start looking at me even worse as if it's not their job

My recent visit to KFC was exceptional. Prompt, courteous service in a clean atmosphere set the stage. The food quality, especially their signature fried chicken, was outstanding. The menu variety impressed, making a delightful dining experience.

Atmosphere was electrifying🔥 tunes were unreal place was popping BLK showed up and was just unreal. Chicken wings looked very raw

Hit and miss plus they have taken the coleslaw off the menu

Drive through only after 9pm. So nothing purchased and will not be back.

**Visited here May 2023. Standard drive-in KFC. Reasonable parking. Toilets OK. The food was good with no issues. If you like KFC, this is fine.

Nice meal friendly guy at counter but staff seemed to be ignoring waiting customers not even acknowledging they were there! Toilets clean and serviced regularly. I will be back.

I don't really expect much from a fast food chain in regards to atmosphere, so kinda expected that. But getting served cold food is not what I want, luckily service was good and this got corrected. But also in general KFC seems not to be my kind of thing. Not much taste. And don't ask about the what you see on the photo and what arrived on my plate

The last 2 times we have used the drive thru, burgers missing, hot wings chicken strips, they always leave something out, this place in a total joke, never heard a word of English while we were waiting. Will never be back both orders were over £30 each and get home with half an order Twice and they don't answer the shop phone. Place should be closed till they hire and trian proper staff. ..

I was peckish a d popped on. My experience of KFC's in The Northern Ireland recently has nose dived. So I was not expecting my much. I ordered a 3 piece Colonel's meal with Pepsi cherry flavour. Whe is I opened the meal for sitting in I was initially disappointed in the size of it. Just 3 chicken drum sticks instead of the usual breast, thigh and drum stick content. But they were super non greasy and meaty and enjoyable to my surprise. Downside was an unruly 4 school girls and 2 boys messing around but I ignored them. So as I said was surprised by the good chicken Will be back.

I love KFC but this one is filthy. Like nobody ever cleans the place. The food is fine, but my order was wrong.

Absolute joke!! They called out the wrong number for me and made me think I was wrong!! Rude staff, impatient and dirty food, I found a hair in my chips and the chicken was dripping with grease!! 7/10 people returned goods and went up to correct their meals!! Never again will I be back.

Thank goodness I went to use the facilities before ordering, on word, 'disgusting' how can they serve food in a place like this. If I had of got my food then used the facilities then I dare say I would have regurgitated my food. My partner and I just left, feeling physically sick 😫

Unbelievably rude staff, I work in a kitchen environment and I understand it can be stressful, they got my order wrong and I didnt mind I went up to ask if I could get the rest of my food when i was greeted by extremely rude staff that also tried to make it out as if it was my fault and also talked about me behind the counter as if I couldn't hear them ...

I came to that KFC on Saturday night at around 8:40 PM and the young lady at the cash register was so nice and professional. She hapily helped me place my order with a smile the whole time. Something we don't get in our days. And the food was delicious. I love that KFC!

What a joke of a place. Using the automated machines for table service and they just call out your number instead of bringing it over. I had ordered a fillet burger with no lettuce only to be given a zinger with no lettuce, when I took it up I was given a fillet with lettuce so I ended up scraping it off. The fries tasted horrible, some barely cooked and to top it off there was no napkins. The only positive of the whole experience was that the restaurant was clean and the food was produced quickly, albeit wrong

Ordered through UberEats. My order arrived with 2 sides that I'd ordered missing. The chicken strips and popcorn chicken had clearly been left lying there for a while as they were very dry and rubbery. Not a pleasant experience. I hadn't eaten from here in quite a while and from memory the food was a lot better in the past. Very disappointed.

Terrible attitudes. Staff don't know the menu had to take the girl to the self service stand to show her what I wanted sfter her telling me they don't do what I'd asked for. Turns out she was wrong. No apology. No crushems available as per usual. Worst KFC I've been to (and I've been to some bad ones)

One word awful....drive through was broken...got food to take away was hot but over cooked and tasted terrible. Long waiting time as well.

Great food fast. Couldn't complain about anything. Very reasonably priced and the staff were very friendly and keen to help in any way possible. Will visit again.

I thought at first that they were having an 'off' day so I tried this KFC several times but was hugely disappointed each time. I even drove back through the drive through to show them the pieces of chicken that were chewy, hard and drive - though the outside batter was fine! I don't think they should be allowed to be branded as KFC as it is misleading compared to the food at other KFCs. There needs to be immediate improvement.

Food was fresh and very hot, chips were fresh from the fryer. 6 of us ate and the order was correct even down to the pieces of chicken that were requested.

this place is an absolute DUMP. it is grimy even with the new up to date renovation, does anyone in here know how to pick up a couple of cleaning supplies!? i am DISGUSTED and the food isn't any better, it tastes like the chicken has been sitting out the back since the prehistoric age!!! me and my brother dhar are never coming back, mcdonalds is better!!!

Not very clean inside. Even with the new make over it still mangers to remain grimy. The drive through staff are both hard to understand and manner less at the pay window. The food went in the bin. Though Newry is a franchise I guess so it's probably just that this one has very poor management. Just go to friar tucks, its just up the street.

Food was ok nothing great to be honest . This particular KFC always feels like it could do with someone cleaning in it the tables have been filthy anytime we have went in which is off putting .

Chips come with the spud skin on them, kids wouldnt eat them, neither would the dog!😁

This place should be closed down. Got some food here yesterday evening. It was ready for us when we got to the collection point, 5 seconds from ordering. Got home and food was disgusting. The chicken on one of the portions was pink. Would not even contemplating eating the rest. Vile food 🤮

Food cooked fresh, not lying around waiting to be picked.

Waited a ridiculous amount of time as just eat drivers take priority, not enough staff on to deal with volume of customers and my food was cold. Not a good experience at all.

We got drive through but the quality of food is much nicer than in Dublin.

Absolutely dreadful they only appear to want to serve drive through .they have tablets blocked on one side and put everyone on a couple of tables all on one side which makes no sense in a pandemic Will never go near the place again

If I could rate this a zero a would. Dreadful customer service. They left me short of one bag of chips so I returned to the counter. The girl did not even look at me and said to her colleague ' here you can deal with that'. I said to her 'excuse me!'. Her colleague came over ( manager maybe!) I told him about the shortage and he looked at me with raised eyebrows and said 'really? Are you sure?' . To be honest by that point I was furious the place was somewhat busy and I was embarrassed. I did raise my voice. It was a simple bag of chips. Had I known I would be dealing with that level of customer service I wouldn't have bothered.

Really shocked and disappointed at the service. Staff were rude and unhelpful.
