Missing a whole meal, fries from another meal and pineapple stick from kids meal!!

I haven't had KFC for a long time and it was a huge disappointment the seasoning has either changed or was full of salt. I won't be eating this overpriced rubbish again. delivery time was fine and food still hot

wrap was ok the chicken piece on the side was basically just skin hardly any meat and really small

16:32 ordered 17:10 delivered when order placed said 18mins but took 40 why the extra 22 minutes next time I will just use the drive through! BTW delivery person had four other customers orders in his bag all late I expect

Chicken was so dry, chips yuck, salad drowned in dressing

Food not delivered need refund

Took Two hours !! I called the restaurant twice!! They said the courier had left an hour before it arrived ! The restaurant is 5-10mins drive away. I am so angry as this was my daughter’s dinner as she couldn’t eat what the rest of us were having on Mother’s Day! I also messaged the courier as you will see. I am so angry and should not have to pay for this ! Two hours !!! It said originally 45 mins

Best delivery yet. Driver was very good, well ahead of schedule. If only all your drivers were that efficient

Always slow to get orders out. they always prioritise just eat and the rest over drive through customer. Also they have consistently forget items in my order. Go to the aviation way kfc its miles better

Enjoyed my meal my only problem is that I specifically asked for half the 10 piece meal to be in legs and we got 2!!! Why can’t the staff follow the instructions that are clearly written on the order?

My food was late and came cold …… the drink had spilt in the bag too and made the chips wet. I get it was late but you can’t use this as an excuse . I want credit back or a refund I couldn’t even eat my food

Forgot my corn on the cob, which was refunded, and everything else was hot.

Ordered 2 dips that never turned up

not happy at all, another order which is supposed to come with sauces and didn't. I put in a complaint saying this and they rejected it. I never said It wasn't delivered I said the sauces was missing.

Delivery was over half an hour late which is unacceptable no apology or anything

The courier was at the restaurant for over an hour waiting for our food which meant the delivery time kept changing and was delivered well over an hour after ordering.

Items were missing from my order and arrived cold. After requesting a Refund at 15:42 I am still waiting for a response at 17:20

Received my order only to find that half the order was missing I ran out and caught the driver who told me that it wasn’t his fault “bruv” and I need to contact the KFC directly This I did and they told me there was nothing they could do

Some days, you get fresh chicken; other days, you get re-fried stale (possibly day-old) chicken. Can be either nice or really poor quality. It's a gamble!

I now want to log a formal complaint regarding the lack or response I have had regarding my order. This is very poor customer service and I’m not happy at all. This is the only way I can log any sort of complaint because there is no option on your website.

I use the drivethru so don't experience the atmosphere inside. Never had a problem with the service

Whole order was not delivered, missing items.

The chicken skin was soggy, as were the chips. The gravy also leaked, adding to the already soggy food. Luckily the popcorn chicken survived the sogginess and you can’t really go wrong with cans of drink. On the plus side, delivery happened reasonably fast and the delivery man was friendly.

Error. Sent two bottles of water and one Coleslaw instead of two Pepsi Max and two BBQ sauce .

Good deal 2 chicken burgers & fries for £10, was lovely, but hubby wanted piece chicken which paid extra for and sent smallest drumstick I’ve ever seen, orderded side 2 hot wings and just got 1 large one, maybe not checked before leaves store!!

I don't often leave reviews for Fast food because it tends to be crapnmost if the time, but KFC appears to have upped their game. Recent two orders have been piping hot and food was nice.

This is the 1st time I've been to this Kentucky Fried Chicken outlet, which also has a drive through and it'll also be the last. At one point I counted 7 staff but only one serving and she seemed completely uninterested. I then sat down to eat my food and could hear the rest of the staff yelling at one another from the kitchen area. On the plus side it was clean but also empty and void of any other custom. The only other positive was that it was open. Not a place I could recommend but I suppose when you're really hungry it could be convenient!! It's also on a one way system so you have to drive round a small block to get to it. Nonetheless, I wouldn't recommend !!

I ordered my meal at 18.36 and received it at 20.06!! Absolutely appalling after it was meant to be 25-35 minutes! This is the second time within a week the driver has turned up without the food in a thermal bag to keep it warm! £2.42 compensation for my last order was bad enough, if I’m not fully refunded for my order this time then just eat have lost my business!

Missing can of Pepsi. But have been credited back into my just eat account. So all good.

I was waiting for food for almost 2 hours, estimated time was just postponed all the time and worst of all, there is no one to ask what is going on. In one word, disrespectful!

Took an hour and a half to arrive. Called restaurant and they said the driver had been close by for over 20 minutes but not collected

We loved it. Visited Sunday late morning and was immediately greeted by member of staff. Food was good and they get lovely sun shining in. Atmosphere was really good there.

Not good, we got pinks chickens.

Once again, something missing from the order (a drink).

Horrendous experience. Food never turned up, been waiting nearly a week for a refund.
