Loaded fries are just fries with bar b q sauce and chicken popcorn on top !! Waste of time and money .

Food was delivered swiftly and was piping hot. Order was fulfilled as requested

great service. was walked in with the door held open. we ordered our food and it came right away. he also came and checked in on us and asked how the food was. an amazing service that was given to us by him.

No wings no sauce and barley any mayo or lettuce in my burger

I had to walk to the station because the driver apparently couldn’t find the house, wasn’t at the station when I got there, was driving down the road. So never even looked for the house

Our order was stone cold by the time it got to us, the courier had come to us & said the order wasn’t ours & that someone else had ours. Then the same courier turned up again ages later with our food saying it was ours! We expect a full refund!

Every time I order a KFC there’s always something missing.

Wouldn’t usually write a review for a fast food place but my family and I had a great experience. We were treated at the door by a young male who opened the door and welcomed us to the store and asked if we needed help to order on machines. We did table service and food arrived quickly with a female staff member who was really attentive. The whole team seemed happy and smiley which is rare to see. My wife and I were really taken back. Food was delicious. Can’t wait to return here worth the drive for the service alone. Please pass on our compliments to the staff

An entire meal was missing from my order and I had to re-order absolutely ridiculous

Horrible experience i do not recommend for anyone under 18. Went into buy some food with some friends and as I was looking at the menu I get told to leave otherwise I’ll be banned from the place with no reason what so ever. Service is poor and some employees can come across as rude. The food tastes odd sometimes and not normal as it should be. Once my friend added a hash brown with a wrap and paid 70p for it and never received it. Horrible place would not recommend

Very disappointed with Kentucky. 4 piece meal and 4 legs. Not one breast or thigh. Will not be ordering from Kentucky again and will write a letter of complaint to your HO. Courier however was a lovely man. Wasted my money.

The whole meal tasted like it had been reheated more than once I put the better part of it in the bin NO STARS!!

On Easter day, I visited with my family, placing our order at 21:43 at the kiosk, which included four adults and two infants. After our order was completed, a male staff member informed us that the middle seat section was closed. I inquired if we could occupy the last table in that section, and he consented. However, while we were seated, a female staff member approached and informed us that we could not remain there as they were closing at 22:00. When I asked her where we should sit, she raised her voice, insisting that we would not finish by the closing time. I pointed out that I should have been informed of this before placing my order, noting that the KFC website indicated a closing time of 22:30. Frustrated, she returned inside and slammed the door.

On Easter day @22:40 hrs me and my family went the KFC and place the order for dine in. One male staff told us that the middle place is closed but we were four adults and two kids and the available place was only for two adults. We inquired about to use one of the closed table and he agreed .after some time one of female staff came over and informed that we cant use that table and the shop will close by 10pm .she raised her voice and insisted that we should finish by 10 minuties.we asked her that where should we sit and pointed that they should tell the variable time before we placed the order .Notified website time showed closing time 22:30 hrs.she was very rude and slammed the door. Very frustrated experiance..

16:32 ordered 17:10 delivered when order placed said 18mins but took 40 why the extra 22 minutes next time I will just use the drive through! BTW delivery person had four other customers orders in his bag all late I expect

I haven't had KFC for a long time and it was a huge disappointment the seasoning has either changed or was full of salt. I won't be eating this overpriced rubbish again. delivery time was fine and food still hot

Took Two hours !! I called the restaurant twice!! They said the courier had left an hour before it arrived ! The restaurant is 5-10mins drive away. I am so angry as this was my daughter’s dinner as she couldn’t eat what the rest of us were having on Mother’s Day! I also messaged the courier as you will see. I am so angry and should not have to pay for this ! Two hours !!! It said originally 45 mins

Always slow to get orders out. they always prioritise just eat and the rest over drive through customer. Also they have consistently forget items in my order. Go to the aviation way kfc its miles better

My food was late and came cold …… the drink had spilt in the bag too and made the chips wet. I get it was late but you can’t use this as an excuse . I want credit back or a refund I couldn’t even eat my food

not happy at all, another order which is supposed to come with sauces and didn't. I put in a complaint saying this and they rejected it. I never said It wasn't delivered I said the sauces was missing.

Some days, you get fresh chicken; other days, you get re-fried stale (possibly day-old) chicken. Can be either nice or really poor quality. It's a gamble!

I now want to log a formal complaint regarding the lack or response I have had regarding my order. This is very poor customer service and I’m not happy at all. This is the only way I can log any sort of complaint because there is no option on your website.

I use the drivethru so don't experience the atmosphere inside. Never had a problem with the service

The chicken skin was soggy, as were the chips. The gravy also leaked, adding to the already soggy food. Luckily the popcorn chicken survived the sogginess and you can’t really go wrong with cans of drink. On the plus side, delivery happened reasonably fast and the delivery man was friendly.

Error. Sent two bottles of water and one Coleslaw instead of two Pepsi Max and two BBQ sauce .

Good deal 2 chicken burgers & fries for £10, was lovely, but hubby wanted piece chicken which paid extra for and sent smallest drumstick I’ve ever seen, orderded side 2 hot wings and just got 1 large one, maybe not checked before leaves store!!
