Last week i visited in feltham kfc . feltham kfc was very cleaned nd atmosphere was very good . one chashier raveena is very calm nd nuc nature she always helping very costomers i saw when i waiting for my food . i was very happy .I will come again . 😊😊😊😊😊

Honestly very lucky to have these staff in our feltham kfc , I’m a regular customer at least once a week, and I’m always satisfied with the service they give us specially Angela she is very helpful and very quick and the main thing always smiling , about the food quality always fresh and hot that’s why I never get tired of coming here

I had a disappointing experience at KFC when I found the washroom closed. After asking the staff for assistance, they were unresponsive, which added to my frustration. It's concerning that a restaurant selling food would not provide restroom access, especially since UK regulations require open facilities for dine-in and take out customers. This lack of service and attention to customer needs is unacceptable and needs addressing.

I lobe the food 10/10 but he backrounds songs are a bit boring I think they need a better playlist of song

Always receive great service from the young gentleman called Talao (really sorry if I have spelt this incorrectly). Always very accommodating and pleasant. The entire Feltham team are amazing.

The food never arrived, it was taken to an unknown place or stolen. It was noted that it was brought. I got into the car and drove from where I ordered the food, and in 5 minutes I was at KFC. So: after showing the bill, they were unable to help. The food was taken 10 minutes ago, and they cannot tell the driver's number. I called the manager, she hid for about 10 minutes, but then she appeared. She was completely incompetent, aggressive, did not help anyone at all and only shouted that she had a lot of orders. I have never had such an experience in my entire life. Never buy anything here and walk a mile away. Savage cafe, which is absolutely incompetent and not even going to help you!

Ordered food yesterday 10 piece bucket. Every single piece of chicken was bland and oily. There was no seasoning on the chicken at all. It was awful.

The seating area is clean and tidy, I was standing in the shop and wanted to ask a question the staff member just looks at me says just place your order there mate turned round and walked off not helpful at all I placed my order on the self service then when I collected my order I was then able to ask a different staff member my question what the staff member was helpful with This was during a quiet time so for the staff member to blank me I felt was just poor service

Please avoid at all costs if you don't want to feel disappointed!!!! Totally ignored my dietary instructions, Worst customer service!!! Totally disregard to customer value!!! Rude rude rude staff!!! My recent experience at KFC was incredibly disappointing and frustrating especially considering it was for a special family occasion. I ordered a sharing bucket to enjoy with my loved ones, but the staff member who prep my order completely disregarded my requests and exhibited a shocking attitude towards customer service. Not only did she ignore my specific instructions, but she also failed to ensure my order was complete. This experience has left me feeling deeply disappointed, disgusted as I only found out once I reached home to discover she totally ruined our KFC experience... I have no desire to visit this branch again not I would never recommend this Feltham branch!!! It's disheartening when such a simple request for a special occasion is mishandled in such a careless and rude manner is absolutely disgusting!!!!

When ever I step into feltham KFC, Angela always greets, regardless of how busy she maybe, she is a multi tasker who is committed to serving her customers and knows how to have a very pleasant conversation. During my order she took the time to talk about the various deals that would suit my needs and gave me an option to go for 20 hot bucket wings for £7.99 which was a part of KFC deal. She indeed goes out of her way to provide an excellent customer service. Thank-you Angela for going an extra mile, our orders are always served fresh and hot and the best service me and my family has experienced with you. I would also want to take the opportunity to thank the entire staff members.

Tasty Food! Best Service! Polite and Friendly staff! Clean and Tidy seating area for family. It's very difficult to find a tasty food and a clean restaurant and polite people, especially when you are a vegetarian around the Feltham area. But your store defied all these with very tasty and hot food: We had vegan burger and veggie rice box and salad box. Your staff made sure we were served the burger hot and crispy at the same time juicy inside. Salad was crunchy as we exactly wanted. And the topping on the cherry was the seating area, though it was very busy and crowded, the staff kept it very clean and neat which is the most important for parents like me with kids. Thank you very much Joseph and Raveena for a very polite and friendly service.

Well i visited KFC few times but my experience with KFC was brilliant because of the behavior of staff especially Raveena she was so polite and kind.She was not just serving but also she was doing extra efforts for those who were confused to order or to choose. She also helped me to choose my order which makes me very comfortable and home like place.Top of that tables and floor was cleaned instantly after use .I would say that after getting such a good service and environment i want to visit KFC again and again .

Just went there and the service has improved to when i last went there. Got served without any issues. Food was hot. The the new guy talalo(aka mr t) was very attentive and provide great service without any headache which normally happens when visiting kfc..

Came to get food was amazed by the fantastic staff on the evening shift very helpful will 100% be back.

Ordered mini fillet burger and mega box. Got home to find I had been charged for and received a full fillet burger. The actual chicken was half the size of the bun and was charged £4 for it, also cold. Will not use again.

The SriLankan woman at the counter tonight, I didn't get her name, Maria's colleague on shift tonight is the RUDEST ever person I have met in my entire lifetime. Maria was very good and human towards her customers. The KFC app didn't send a confirmation email with the order number and the app when refreshed lost the order number. Any app like just eat, uber eats or deliveroo would send you a confirmation email with order number and details. How is it customer's fault that their own KFC app is underperforming by not sending order details to it's customers.How can a customer byheart and remember the order number and all the contents of the order when asked all of a sudden. I was trying to remember the order details, she is not even patient. In this world when you can be anything, try to be kind out of everything!! Please train your staffs to have basic respect, kindness and communication code of conduct to customers and not have an attitude that they rule the entire world. Such a shameful code of ethics and unprofessional behaviours! There is no star less than 1that can be given hence the 1 star even.

Hygine: I just purchased some food from here 30 minutes ago. one of the staff accidently dropped about 30 cup lids on the floor. she picked them up and placed them on the counter where my food bag was being prepared. I then was shocked to see these same lids get placed on the shelf along with the clean ones ready to be used for customers. that particular staff member didnt washs their hands either after collecting all the lids on the floor and went on about her work. I called for the manager, a lovely lady called Kothi, and asked her why the lids which had been on the floor where next to my food. she said she would look into it?? I replied, what is there to look into... those lids need to go into the bin. She then walked off, and I called for her again. she called out without looking at me, "wait a minute sir". I waited a few minutes for her to return and mentioned that she hadn't answered my question. I could see the staff training was lacking and I suggested that generally you should offer an apology and things that fall on the floor should not make it onto surfaces where food is pepper. What a thing to see before receiving my food. disgusting. KFC, you need better training for your staff. your customers are not dogs....
