Design of gents toilet is crazy. People entering hit people drying their hands with the in swinging door. The dryer is located right next to the door and you can’t see people coming in who bash you with the door. Food is really good but not hot enough.

Food was absolutely terrible and disgusting. I went through the drive through I ordered a zinger burger and wings. My stomach started hurting but i thought nothing off it , as soon as i got home i starting vomiting like crazy. It also gave me Diarrhoea . This kfc needs to be shut down asap

Honestly I was so amazed by the quality of the food and the service from the team. I ordered table service and the food came so quickly I was surprised by the level of efficacy. I had to ask the team member for his name so I could leave this review. Special mention to Riyad for his lovely service and politeness.

Very nice food burger was very big and they gave me a free sauce.

I ordered food for my table and sat down and waited with my table number . They were supposed to bring me my food but were too lazy to bring me my food. Instead, they shouted my number and made me get up and get it .when you order it says sit down and we will bring you your food but can't be bothered. The place was empty.

My favourite here is the chicken popcorn and the hotwings. Everytime I order I always get it fresh.

Imagine going to the KFC drive through Enfield retail park asking for a bucket and the reply is ‘I’m not taking orders for chicken, not for about 30 minutes’ this is extremely obsurd from a ‘Chicken’ restaurant poor service is an understatement

One of the best KFC I have ever visited

Whenever I come in the drive thru there is always an item missing from my order or I will receive the wrong item. It has happened multiple times and they see me waiting at the drive thru but they choose to ignore me. Despite the fact that they are doing nothing and there’s many staff there. Some of the workers and kind and have good customer service the rest are rude and arrogant and they don’t even apologise for missing items.

A real shame. Ordered a wicked variety bucket for delivery. Food was fresh and tasty but we restaurant basically ripped us off. The only put 1 out of 4 mini fillets and 7 out of 8 wings inside.

I have had really amazing service from Acsana, Riyad, and Salma. I ordered food at a very late time just before closing. But the manager and the ladies were really helpful and prepared the order with due care also still good food at that time. Thank you guys 😉

Gone in there staff was rude , same staff I asked for my paid items she tried charging me twice then gave her child who came in free meal Didn’t get table service when eating in , food pink and filthy .. the store was filthy and wouldn’t mind if busy can be a excuse but it wasn’t the staff was more worried serving there family free food than paying customers I spat food out in store and left waste £20 !!!

My experience at KFC Enfield Retail Park was horrible this evening. I ordered the Stuffing Tower Burger Box Meal with 1 Pc Chicken. Note that this meal comes with a free regular drink, choice of side and signature fries. There is an option to pay £0.40 extra to get a Cappuccino instead. I was then told by the staff that there is no Cappuccino, I asked for a refund of £0.40 which I got and I requested an alternative regular free drink (Pepsi). Once my order was ready for collection, the male Asian cashier handed the Stuffing Tower Burger Box Meal with 1 Pc Chicken over to me, but without the free drink, even though this meal comes with a free drink. When I asked about my free regular drink, the cashier refused to give me the Pepsi drink and argued with me and created a scene inside the KFC shop. He was very rude, has lack of customer service skills and doesn’t have any professionalism. Eventually, I received my free regular drink because he knows that he is wrong. Not happy at all and it really ruined my experience at this KFC shop.

It used to be the best KFC, now it's the worst! Disgusting food! French fries and wings not fresh, as well as a terribly complex burger with a small, stale breast. Everything smelled of one spice. I asked for sparkling water, I got regular water. Avoid this crap!!!

Absolute disgusting. Got a a box meal from the drive through. took 1 bite of the chicken burger and almost chipped a tooth. felt like a olive stone or something but defiantly not a bone. made me feel sick and threw the whole thing away. I am sure the colonel would be disappointed.

Very disappointed. This is the only KFC that do not sell krushems! I have been a number of times asking for a krushem and was always told to come back the following day, I was even told at some point that I came to late considering it was 10pm. Some of the staff are rude when you confront them about the issue and advise customers to speak to the manager. The manager does not seem to care. They are just being very lazy and do not want to clean the machine. The shop is not busy all night and this is not acceptable.

I recently visited the KFC at Coliseum Retail Park and had an incredibly frustrating experience. When I tried to pay for my meal using a Scottish banknote, the staff outright refused to accept it. This was surprising and confusing, as Scottish banknotes are legal tender throughout the UK. The refusal made no sense, especially considering my bank card is also from a Scottish bank, which they had no issue accepting. When I raised the issue, the manager backed the decision not to take the cash, offering no reasonable explanation. This not only caused unnecessary inconvenience, but also felt disrespectful given that all UK-issued notes are supposed to be accepted across the country. I had no choice but to pay with my card, but the entire situation was poorly handled and deeply frustrating. It is baffling that a well-known brand like KFC would have such a policy, especially when it contradicts basic UK banking norms. I hope the management at this location reconsiders this unreasonable decision and ensures staff are properly trained on what constitutes legal tender. Until this issue is resolved, I’ll be reconsidering my visits to this branch.

Unprofessional staff and waste of money fillet was like a rubber and I recommend your Store manager you should teach your staff how to deal with customer and i have been served its was not even busy.

We ate wings, the oil was probably old, the wings were blackened, I had dizziness, sweating and nausea, it is not hygienic and I will not come again.

Update...ordered 4 piece meal...all chicken dry..and disgusting . @kfc quality control...do your jobs! Ordered 14 piece bucket for 4 adults to share. This is the worst kfc and worst just eat order I have had in over a year. The 14 pieces of chick barely covered half the bucket. 10 pieces were legs and wings, the chicken was dark and too moist. The oil was bordering old and had not drained. Simply not on and not an experience I have had in 30+ years going to kfc. The smallest pieces I have seen ever like they had shrunk and to top it off nearly all legs and wings. For £24 with delivery, simply not good enough for the brand promoting national fried chicken day. I shall stick to Morleys in the future!

KFC is just a shadow of its former self. compared to Morleys or even your high street chicken shop, it's just disappointing. the portion sizes are really small comparatively, not to mention way more expensive. It says a lot when the only good thing was the chips. Delivery was good though

Waist of money, we got family meal ( £20 ) and only the 4x corn on cob was the high light of the meal! Chicken 🍗 pieces wereso small that I found a chicken thigh as big as a big chicken nugget ( picture )! It was a joke and I was amazed where the heck did they find a chicken that small 🤣🤣🤣. Meal was only enough for two, instead of four! Not happy 🤨🤨🤨

In general, the fillets are whole and clearly afresh. Although, my twister fillets had been sliced and clearly manhandled which has never happened before. To add, these fillets were overcooked and had gone a wooden oak brown. I could not consume the full meal and rather than benefit from the deal I was unfortunately at a loss. I will think twice in future when falling prey to these offers on the app.

Quick service and friendly staff. Close to the cinema and a reasonably priced place to eat before a film. Can get busy at times but now with the app you can order in advance or if you want order at the till or the self service machines inside. Food is always fresh and tastes great there is a carpark so you can park and get food or can sit in as well and dine in. Perfect for a quick bite but KFC in general ha got rather pricey now.

Did ask for no chicken legs but3 in the 10 piece bucket

Three piece meal, one chicken side breast that was so dry just like eating carboard, one wing that must have been from a spring chicken as it was so small. The six wings were over cooked and so dry, like eating twigs and ten chips, threw it all away.

I said in the notes no leg ! And they sent 2 leg pieces !!!
