KFC Dundee - Murraygate in Dundee City

Easy to order at terminal. Service quite quick, staff polite.

It was the crispest kfc I've ever had, the staff not talkative. I don't think they speak English and shop was cold

food was very cold, gravy was clumpy and out of date like and the wrap had barely any sauce and was very cold as well

there was hardly any ferrari rochers or sauce in it

They failed to include the Pepsi max that I ordered and paid for

Spoke to KFC bout 45mins after order placed, said order had been made and was awaiting pick up. Order ended up taking an extra 90mins plus to get to an address that is 10mins away and driver said he only had one more delivery, he had no excuse.

Delivery was fine. Food was terribly salty

Quiet for a Sunday but definitely plenty of choices for a bite to eat.

KFC just keeps getting more expensive, but there’s nothing to show for it. My last few visits have been a letdown. Half the time, you walk in and it’s full of young ones hanging about…. Dundee young team, as some would say. But to be honest, that’s the least of the issues. The real problem?….. Who actually cleans the floors? Why is it always so greasy? It’s honestly disgusting. Someone needs to get in touch with the chemical supplier, grab a proper degreaser, and actually scrub the place down. Same goes for the toilets. , they’re just as bad. Oh, and a camera in the loos? I know it’s not pointing inside the cubicles… but still, that’s just weird. 🤷‍♂️

ordered at 19.55 arrived at 20.40. delivery driver in the area for 15 mins. food arrived look warm. house isn't hard to find. straight forward

Delivery time changed mins before food was due to come. Waited another hour. Food arrived cold, soggy and half missing. Not enough to feed 4. Chicken was awful not even slightly crispy, potato and chips cold and half full. They may be really busy, but there's no valid excuse for the quality that arrived. Only things that came as expected was the juice and gravy.

Food was very cold and had to be binned the sell by sticker labelled on the corn was due to expire 5mins after my delivery arrived. I have a very upset child and i now need to go out and buy supplies to make our own food. Devastated would like refund

Restaurant kept pushing the time back, nearly ten changes, I lost count of how many. Eventually it took 2 hours and 10 minutes to get the food. Food was lovely

Food was amazing and a good portion size. Drink was missing. Upon contacting the store they assured me it had been handed to the driver and gave me multiple options to claim back the drink and my money. The service from James was great!

Missing almost everything we ordered

We waited just about two hours for our food to arrive because no drivers were available. That is completely not okay, if there aren’t enough drivers done accept orders.

Delivery an hour late, Just Eat “chat” help was appalling, wouldn’t give me a refund! Food eventually turned up an hour after the time I was given. The courier was very rude when I simply asked why it was an hour late! When I opened the bag (which was already open) the food was cold (not warm but actually cold) and half the portions were missing; 4 bits of popcorn chicken, 8 chips, half empty rice! I won’t use Just Eat ever again! Appalling service and rip off when it comes to what you get!

Food came warm and on time but ordered mash potatoes and paid for it, but didn't get it. No number to contact them as far as I could see, so couldn't call and ask for it to be sent or refunded.

Was missing bottle and got 2 legs instead of 4. Consistently more and more let down by this place.

Overall it took an eternity for the food to arrive with the delivery being continually pushed back. It took over an hour and a half to arrive.

I first ordered at 17:45 as it said it would be 20 mins for delivery. After this my delivery time changed drastically with my food being delivered at 19:30 - I wouldn’t trust JustEat to deliver on time again

Absolutely awful , waiting over an hour to be told that the food has been delivered , which it hasn't. Called the number 3 times , no answer, called the restaurant only to be told that they can't help. Given a london phone number! Useless

My driver drove right past my street and stopped at another location for 10-15 minutes while they still had my order

Use didn’t give me my corn every time I order off of just eat and at least every time something is missing I’m fuming how hard it is to put everything in the bag it’s not like we pay for it or anything u know

That food was absolutely disgusting. I specifically asked for freshly cooked chicken and what I had delivered was warm and no more. It was dry and sandy. another disgusting meal!!!! It wont let me give zero stars so I have to give one!!! Its actually a minus one!!!
