poor order with missing items again

Delivery man was nice and earlier than expected

took like 2 hours to come, was cold when we got it aswell - probably been waiting for a driver, but could have remade the food if it had been sitting there for so long, very disappointing.

My food was look warm and i watched the map and the driver went total wrong direction i ask about this and was told she had 2 delivery's?? So my food went cold because she was doing another delivery in other part of dundee next to ninewells

The establishment opens at 10.30 10.40 it was closed They said they'd open at 11.00.

Food was cold asf I have hearing loss and I didn’t even hear my door knocking which mean nobody knocked on my door but instead left it outside my freezing cold block

Apparently u melts canna read the fact there was 2 tins juice meant b on the order kfc must only hire blind people llf

Foods decent enough but it's annoying that the plug sockets around the tables inexplicably don't work half the time

All the food was extremely cold on arrival. Resulted in me not eating the majority. Chicken was not very fresh.

Restaurant kept pushing the time back, nearly ten changes, I lost count of how many. Eventually it took 2 hours and 10 minutes to get the food. Food was lovely

Food was amazing and a good portion size. Drink was missing. Upon contacting the store they assured me it had been handed to the driver and gave me multiple options to claim back the drink and my money. The service from James was great!

Missing almost everything we ordered

We waited just about two hours for our food to arrive because no drivers were available. That is completely not okay, if there aren’t enough drivers done accept orders.

Delivery an hour late, Just Eat “chat” help was appalling, wouldn’t give me a refund! Food eventually turned up an hour after the time I was given. The courier was very rude when I simply asked why it was an hour late! When I opened the bag (which was already open) the food was cold (not warm but actually cold) and half the portions were missing; 4 bits of popcorn chicken, 8 chips, half empty rice! I won’t use Just Eat ever again! Appalling service and rip off when it comes to what you get!

Food came warm and on time but ordered mash potatoes and paid for it, but didn't get it. No number to contact them as far as I could see, so couldn't call and ask for it to be sent or refunded.

Overall it took an eternity for the food to arrive with the delivery being continually pushed back. It took over an hour and a half to arrive.

I first ordered at 17:45 as it said it would be 20 mins for delivery. After this my delivery time changed drastically with my food being delivered at 19:30 - I wouldn’t trust JustEat to deliver on time again

After informing the driver that he is not in the right place and asked him to come to a place he was rude and not ready to listen to me and I had to go downstairs to pickup the food very unprofessional.

Absolutely awful , waiting over an hour to be told that the food has been delivered , which it hasn't. Called the number 3 times , no answer, called the restaurant only to be told that they can't help. Given a london phone number! Useless

My driver drove right past my street and stopped at another location for 10-15 minutes while they still had my order

i ordered 4 corn on the cob and i got 3 gravy and only 1 corn, do better next time

That food was absolutely disgusting. I specifically asked for freshly cooked chicken and what I had delivered was warm and no more. It was dry and sandy. another disgusting meal!!!! It wont let me give zero stars so I have to give one!!! Its actually a minus one!!!

So the problem of food for gluten free people is a problem throughout the UK, no less Scotland is all contaminated, by sauces of all types, therefore, while last year with a trip completely touring Iceland, even 30 km from the North Pole, they always have gluten free, in Scotland you have to find a large supermarket where they have a gluten free food area, which is not easy if you have to, like for me, travel all over the place. Who doesn't have this problem, Scottish sauces and soups are very hot and spicy, as are fish and meat and salad. Who can eat everything, unanimously the cakes are delicious, then the sandwich or sandwiches! A little American-style!

this order was never delivered. Ended up going to the restaurant myself and spoke to the manager. Her system still said allocating driver but my app said delivered. I collected the order my self at 20.30pm ish. Manager and staff at the restaurant were more than helpful, even gave my daughter a free ice-cream for the system error, 100 points 😁

Clueless server tried to get me to order something different as he input the wrong order. Asked about sugar in drinks and he made it up as he went along and forgot my coleslaw

Hate to say it but probably the worst KFC I have ever visited, was over 30 minutes wait for 3 standard meals in the middle of the afternoon. While I waited several people complained and staff didn't seem to know what was going on.

Just seems like a hang out for teenagers to vape. Just shut the place down.

Waited 15 mins too get served,their was only 1 person in front off me,and once they sorted the order,a delivery driver came in to pick up food,it took 2 people to sort 1 order out,while I was waiting to get served,they could have too my order,while 2 people were sorting 1 order.i tried to speak repeatedly to the server,and I got totally ignored, it was nt until I said could nt wait and started to walk out the door,the women apologised, iff i had waited any longer I would have missed my bus home,k.f.c is ment to be fast food,,service,I could have went in the kitchen and cooked the meal,myself quicker,I won't be going back and I will tell all,my friends and relatives too avoid,going in to that k.fc in Murray Gate dundee.
