Ordered 16:00 delivered 17:50 and food was cold and dried fries.

The driver didn’t even come to my door or knock on my door instead he drove round in circles then when he finally comes to my house he was rude and argumentative the worst experience I’ve had with a delivery person

Every time I order from this particular KFC they seem to always mess up my order, even when I order off Uber Eats they always put the wrong items, how stupid do you have to be your literally looking on a screen what’s been placed and yet they still mess up my order

courier was extremely polite and cheerful.

I ordered 2 meals. Only 1 arrived.

Food was almost cold. The chicken was dry and tasteless, in fact, the seasoning on the fries tasted better than the supposed original recipe chicken. I felt the meal was rather overpriced given how small the chicken pieces were.

Frites are a disgrace for the cost for so few !!!

THE DRIVER WENT TO BACK GATE WHEN I PUT A NOTE ON FOR DELIVERY TO FRONT DOOR

Been here today. Food is ok, drive thru very slow compared to the previous times I've been here. Oh and they have 3 beggers 1 by the speaker where you order and 2 further down. The one by the speaker is sitting next to the speaker and staring at you like it's some kind of staring contest. Told the woman at the drive thru window it's quite worrying, she just laughed it off and found it funny.

All food was cold when delivered. Items missing from my order. Chicken was very dark and oily. Not the same quality that I have had in store 😔

everything was lovely chicken was hot and sweetcorn was juicy, driver polite and courteous, will order again. Thank you.

I have a buger missing from meal rang several numbers then to be told by rude lady i can have a refund maybe when i come in to store, so in meantime one of us has to go without our meal

Missing drink. Food dry. KFC aren't fit for just eat. In fact Just eat has gone down hill and allow rude people to deliver.

Credit where it's due, the food arrived hot, and complete! Well cooked, delivered quickly and well presented. I was as surprised as anyone! But fair play, when it's right it needs to be said as much as the failings. It's still pricey but that's par for the course. Overall good. Thank you.

food missing as usual, do they ever read the order properly. The chicken they sent were small pieces with hardly any chicken on them. For the price it was really bad

Staff are young and don't pay attention, orders missing items etc and can see them always just chilling amongst themselves.....

One of the better KFC places in Coventry. The food is fresh, not too greasy and the uber eats people don't fill the place. Food is always good, service can be slow when busy but that's normal, overall a good KFC location.

Visited Saturday evening around 6pm. The place was filthy! Half the restaurant was full of delivery drivers picking up orders and the other half was full of food wrappers and dirty tables, we couldn't sit down. Food was OK. Overall:Horrible.

Kfc took too long to do order but the delivery was on time once driver got the food . Driver was friendly and helpful

Waited 2 hours!! Couldn't get thru on this app to complain, as they kept changing the delivery time. Fast food my foot. I can't drive so unfortunately have to order for delivery. This KFC is the worst for customer service.

completely wrong, every meal was missing at least one item. We asked for garlic buttermilk dip and we got ketchup, we asked for corn on the cob and we got gravy instead. The chicken was dripping with grease. The zinger burger was tough and chewy!! Absolute disgrace. There are so many better chicken places to eat from, do yourself a favour and DO NOT order from here

The worst customer service. I ordered 23 dec 2024 receipt 8134. The Pakistani lady on the front is a joke with 0 customer skills. No one had name tags or under the jacket. Can’t even complain. Very typical. She mocks customers. They were out of fries which wasn’t showing on the screen. It was quiet but they looked bored. I added the 2nd receipt which was for dip only. The toilet was a tripping hazard

No fries with the meal, all was cold and meal bags split over over the outer bag, what a waste of money all in the bin won’t be using Gallagher retail kfc again

Missed a whole meal off my order. Even when I put in the correct delivery address, the driver still goes somewhere else and then become abusive.

I would of given 4 out if 5 if it wasn’t for the missing fries and the driver not understanding what I was saying as I spoke in English clearly, his English wasn’t good either on the phone when he parked up away from me. I told him to look to right my flat was there, he just kept interrupting me talking over me, I told him to wait there he just drove off further down the road. I had to come out of the house to go to the front onto the pavement to direct him back to my flat. Not happy.

Our driver decided to pick up more food right next to me, the drove past and delivered the other food and then delivered our a 20 minute expected delivery turn in to 40-45 minute food was cold as ice when I went to eat it

At the drive through some homeless fella sat right there next to where order asking for money. Not only that he staring at me all the time I was there making me really uncomfortable.

Disgraceful service. Spoke to rudely and the place is disgusting. The floor around tables and chairs is slippery with grease and high is a hazard. The kids meals are shocking. Everything we ordered didn’t come as described. Chicken breast ran down my chin with grease as I bit into it

After a 2 hour wait & a continuous increase to the expected delivery time, I had to drive to the store to collect my order which was sitting on the till point whilst staff on duty laughed at the fact that I came to collect my own order. Unimpressed!

Gave wrong order and when questioned they expected me to go pick up and when we specifically asked for no sauce we was not heard and given it and then they say apparently we said no salad instead which was never the case.

My food never arrived I have cctv on my property driver never showed up and when I phone kfc to tell them all they said was we can give u a reference to come collect in the morning and when I said that’s not good enough she hung up on me. The delivery driver arrived with an angry attitude, even though I hadn’t done anything wrong. He went so far as to threaten that he would cancel my order next time—but without any clear reason for why. The experience felt tense and uncomfortable, and I was left very confused about what I did to deserve this attitude towards me.

l ordered the vegan burger with extra items such as beans etc,which for2tubs were expensive at almost£6:00.This is the second time in a matter of days that they have messed up my order which was a lot of money for me to lose and spend for such a poor and inadequate service. No effort made to rectify order by this Kfc. I suggest if people want decent food go to Walsgrave Crosspoint KFC instead and not here.😡They are quick to take your money but do very little to rectify issues/complaints at courthouse green coventry KFC.👎😡 l paid over £35:00 for food over last few days , worst mistake ever!! the quality of the order was poor and not as good as ordering from the kfc at crosspoint in Walsgrave. do not order from this kfc outlet as although delivery was okay . the food was poor and lukewarm. l am reluctant to order from them again. At the kfc at crosspoint if you read review are more generous and are not barely edible.

Update 14sept 2024 So after not coming back here in a year I went back after work Saturday night had the buffalo tower meal .. well waking up at 4am throwing up and sat on the toilet for hours was not my planned early hours of Sunday morning . Had food poisoning and this was the only food I had Saturday so can’t put the blame elsewhere. Will never go there again and recommend other to avoid Joke of a place . Always rude staff when I use the drive through don’t looking at u throwing the food to you but when my Asian friend goes always chatty he was the one who picked up on. It . Food is shocking dry chicken and had chicken bites with no sauce work that one out . Tower burger more like a pancake burger binned Will not be using this again

The food was lovely and was still warm, however there was 2 drinks missing from the order, a tango and a sparkling water.

i was waiting for my food and it said the driver had delivered my food on the tracking map and I was waiting and when I went out side to look my food was out side on the floor in the cold and they didn't even knock my door or ring my phone just left ny food outside so when I found it it was cold was not happy at all
