Don't know what's happened to KFC... so much batter on the chicken wings. Possibly, as this is a franchise, they don't really care or there is no one to answer to. But the chicken is just awful. I appreciate that they have quicker service but the amount of batter on all the chicken is just ridiculous. Really disappointed.

These guys keep messing up my order and forgetting to give me half of my order! 2nd time…. So incompetent

The chips were cold tiny bits of chicken very greasy must have been sitting for hours very poor food won’t be ordering again from this branch

The tables were disguised and when I asked for them to clean a table they gave me some napkins to wipe the table myself I think this service is terrible also the staff were rude ignoring me for 10 minutes and took 15 minutes for my food which came cold

Sometimes the chicken is fine and sometimes not coated properly

The food was ordered for a specific time and it was an hour late. The delivery driver said he had been waiting at the restaurant for a very long time. It was showing online that he was waiting there for an hour

hi order the food last night I order the for 9:50 and I got food 10:30 which is 40 mins late and it's all cold and wrong I order pepsi and I got tango and I order gravy I got beans . I paid 45 pounds but it's not worth it to have a cold food and we didn't eat it at all it's all ended up in the bin so I need the fully refund or account credit .

Drinks were warm and so was the food

Order a 6 piece meal. Chicken very greasy not given plates or cups despite ordering to eat in. Was very busy and food was hot but sadly the chicken sizes were very snall

Our order did not turn up. The lady on phone was very poor English kept telling us order delivered when it was not told us to take it up with I think she said Uber then put phone down on me 😡

I ordered my food and it came to an unsatisfactory standard as the food was cold and stale as if it had been out for hours. I also ordered 2 corn on the cons and 2 mash potatoes but received only 2 tubs of beans and a tub of coleslaw which was not what I ordered.

Had to wait ages to get served a family in front of me took ages to order only one staff member serving and a complaint from last time I went they ignored my specific request for no mayonnaise or salad cream on my burger only realised when I got home there was mayonnaise on my salad couldn't eat it and gave it away the food was bought for me by a friend who didn't keep the receipt wen I mentioned it to manager she said no receipt I can't help u disgusted at my treatment twice I went for food and both times u messed up my order on my 2nd and most recent visit they forgot to give me my drink with my order so won't be going again and definitely won't recommend to anyone else

Ordered a bucket of 6 chicken pieces. Only five in there. Ordered a corn on the cob with the BBQ box meal, no cob found just a small gravy in there. Food was really cold. Bag looked tampered with and maybe the driver stole the chicken piece, he acted dodgy on the doorstep or maybe someone forgot to add in the 6th chicken piece. Either way, I'm not happy with this and tried calling but no one picks up. I want to be compensated for this.

I ordered the bargain bucket off and the mash potatoes didn’t arrive,can really put in a claim as it was part of the bucket and can on report the bucket missing not just the mash portions

Far from authentic kfc flavour & quality, mini fillets were oily & hardly no breading, chicken quality is also poor at this kfc location, would not reccomend to dine here

on opening the order, I noticed a flaming wrap was missing so asked for credit to account, the bottom fell out of the box and there was also a piece of boneless chicken missing, now I can't get credit for that because I've done it once and doubt that you'll read this anyway. strikes me I always have a problem with my orders from just eat. its safe to say I'm not very happy and would like a full refund of my order. Usually enjoy a kfc however the food was cold, rice pots were half full. Expect better for the price I paid. Very disappointing

Driver waited outside round the corner for around 15 minutes meaning i had to go out and find the car he was in else he would not of delivered the food

Driver didn’t give us the drinks, also noticed that 2 wings were missing. I called KfC and they told me that the drivers are not employed by them so they can’t sort it and that the driver must have eaten the wings on the way as there packet supposedly put them in the bag. Told me to contact justeat and it was there problem. His attitude was rude and unhelpful

food was late bag and bucket were ripped. fries were hard and slightly burnt. Fries always seem burnt from this KFC

Food was good but not well presented, it had been jiggled about in the box and the fries weren't contained in the little bag they were strewn over the chicken
