i’ve never had KFC chicken so bad in my life it literally stunk like poo taste bad like poo. It was awful. The gravy was not KFC gravy. It was so watery and bad like the worst KFC ever tried to avoid it. Go to the Uxbridge Road one instead.

The lady behind the counter was warm and friendly. The chips were a little soggy, but overall nice.

Poor very time !! Always stupid to give them a go!! A 4 piece meal comes with 3 pieces Barely any chips. Cold drinks I mean come on you know it should be 4 you don’t out 3 pieces. Almost £14 for 3 bits of chicken small portion of chips and a water !

Ordered dinner tonight 6 piece bucket with sides..The 6 pieces of chicken, 2 regular fries & baked beans were missing, I only had 8 hot wings, small popcorn and 2 regular fries to share with 4 people. I didn’t get what I ordered….I couldn’t get through to KFC, Just some advice always check it before sending out, luckily i got a refund from Uber Eats.

KFC insist on putting a cold drink in the same bag as hot food making drink warm and food cold. I request not to every time in the special comments and yet they still keep doing it.

rip off..... they give you the smallest pieces when you order online.......£2.99 for a tablespoon of beans.....large beans are cheaper in store......and no option to order large sides......portion of chips is child size

When the food arrived, it was cold and dry.

Everything lukewarm, though I am happy that restaurant staff did pack items separately and added sauce as per request. Not sure about delivery time as though it seemed within time stated, the order was sat in the restaurant for a while getting cold.

Their scanner for the app is never working! So you can't ever purchase any food ! It's been a long while since their scanner stopped working! Their typical response is 'you can buy it for a higher price' mmmmmm.....

All the food arrived cold as the courier did not have an insulated bag at all. I had to re-heat it prior to eating. Part of the order was 4 pieces of Original Chicken.. which I did receive…. However they were all Drumsticks. Not impressed at all.

KFC is famous for being very inconsistent in quality of food and of having items missing. This one is a good one! Food was cooked well, hot and with nothing missing! Shame all KFCs aren’t like this!

All the chicken was burnt and taste burnt oil

Small pieces with little meat and very very dry. In fact, one of the pieces was so hard, it was inedible. The beans were mostly sauce. Very unusual from the Chiswich branch as usually it's excellent. Ordered at around 4pm on a Sunday so the food may have been on the warming tray for a long time. very dissapointing.
