All the food arrived cold as the courier did not have an insulated bag at all. I had to re-heat it prior to eating. Part of the order was 4 pieces of Original Chicken.. which I did receive…. However they were all Drumsticks. Not impressed at all.

KFC is famous for being very inconsistent in quality of food and of having items missing. This one is a good one! Food was cooked well, hot and with nothing missing! Shame all KFCs aren’t like this!

Small pieces with little meat and very very dry. In fact, one of the pieces was so hard, it was inedible. The beans were mostly sauce. Very unusual from the Chiswich branch as usually it's excellent. Ordered at around 4pm on a Sunday so the food may have been on the warming tray for a long time. very dissapointing.

All the chicken was burnt and taste burnt oil

I placed order around 12:30 it’s showing time delivered 1pm to 15 I feel it’s ok I asked my manager shall I go on break that time he said ok I’m waiting waiting no food came and it’s showing slight delay but I order received almost 2 o’clock order was cold I don’t eat food because too cold I gave my food some one to eat because I’m at work that time very busy

it took 50 minutes since placing the order for it to even be ordered. Tried ringing the store 3 times with no answer. When food finally arrived it was all dtone cold.

They couldn’t find any driver to deliver the order worth £223 and it’s not the shop it’s just eat letting customers down . I will never order via Just eat but more than happy to go either via Uber eats or on the counter

the chips were soggy, burger was dry, hit wings were hollow a massive whole in the bread crumbs after a bit was off putting. coleslaw was warm both thr 7up andnpwpai were warm. couldn't drink. very disappointed indeed.

I don't think it was this KFC in particular as the food was very enjoyable, but the size of the chicken in most KFC's are so teeny now it's ridiculous considering the price!

Every now and then there's always an issue with Just Eat KFC. They forgot the drinks this time. The driver was in a hurry to get away, and shoved the bag in my hands. I like KFC but I'm not going to order online anymore. I'll go in person from now.

I placed my order on the app and I pressed ready to collect five mins before I reached the restaurant. When I arrived, I let the girl mending the counter know what my order number was and waited outside as I had my bike with me. I fully intended to hop back to the shop to collect my order when the girl signaled to me that my food was ready. I did not expect her to take the order out for me!!! Mind you I also got my order prepared quickly! Amazing service!!!

First time ordering online from KFC app.i received my order on time.i enjoyed the chicken pieces.i will be using this KFC app more often now.Thank you for serving the excellent food.

If I’m not happy with a place I usually choose to just not leave a review rather then complain. But I’ve had such rubbish service here so many times now I thought it was worth saying something. We placed our order on the app, arrived in store and waited for it to say ready on the screen before claiming it. Went up to the counter to pick up the order and was told it would take 21 min to cook more chicken as they had just served the rest. I’m fairly certain I could see chicken in the heated tray, but decided not to ask because I didn’t wanna be rude. 25 min came and passed, and another 3 customers came up and got served while I was clearly still waiting. The staff then proceeded to gather around a Sainsbury bag and excitedly talk about whatever was inside it. At which point I politely asked how much longer it would be until our order was ready. Once I asked it was clear they had forgotten, and then had to search through the system to try and find what the order was because they had already marked it as complete.

Excellent customer service and food was really delicious .The place was really neat and hygiene. I will come next time also

incompetent staff. when you order from the app, when you get to pick up the order, it's never ready, you have to wait at least 10-15 min. something is always missing from the order. I've learned to check the package all the time and tell them you're missing a product, they don't even apologize, they say it's ok, we'll put it in now. so no . many many no. I gave one star because if I could I would give minus five stars👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Got a sweet chilli twister wrap instead of Kentucky mayo. Heard mayo confirmed by kitchen staff, but served sweet chilli. They never have any of the drinks I want, no ice cream, run out of original chicken and ask you to come back/wait half an hour or more. Food never hot. When ordering online to collect the order never comes through. Basically I don't know why I bother with spending money on them. Surely this wouldn't be the case in 1939 🙄
