KFC in East Lindsey

Don’t bother! We ordered two zingers waited in the car park in a bay for them to bring it. Drove to our accommodation to eat literally two minutes. The bun was dreadful dry and felt like it had been toasted hours ago. The scantiest bit of mayo underneath the most paltry amount of lettuce that in hindsight could not have been washed as the leaves were stuck together. The fillet itself was shocking the coating was rock hard and the chicken dry and cold. I expect it had been lying around for ages. Not a smidge of mayo on the top bun. I left the bun and ate the chicken, some of it! Was ill later with the you know what’s. Shocking experience. It only gets 1 because zero isn’t an option!

Absolutely shocking service completely wrong order given after waiting 15 mins in the car park for it only to get the wrong filet tower and no chips and I ordered bbq bites the bites I got was sweet chilli 🤮When I went back in I waited behind a girl to be seen she was complaining asking for her chicken strips to be changed as they was covered in human hair I was then told if I wasn’t happy contact customer care only left one star because I couldn’t select 0 would not recommend going to louth kfc as this is not the first time this has happened at louth

Dreadful avoid Floor in restaurant were slippy long wait for food then chips arrived luke warm Went to the toilet floor was like a skating rink slipped banged my hand came up bruised.I inform a young male member of staff who informed me oh yeh was told about the slippy floor in there earlier havent got round to sorting it .Absolutely no concern that I had actually hurt my hand AVOID zero customer service

Awful. I drive thru. I could hear the server swearing to colleagues over the intercom, it wasn’t busy at all but had to wait over twenty minutes in the car park for one tower meal. Which was supposed to be large. It wasn’t. Plus it was cold.

Went through the drive though & ordered our meal. Quick service at the till & lovely hot food ready quickly. Good service all around
