KFC in Swansea

Fancied a KFC on a night shift, and a colleague kindly went up to pick up three family bucket meals (£60, not a cheap order either) for the shift. he was totally ripped off, he was given chips and sides for only one bucket meal, not three. My colleague even had to ask them for the bottles off pop as they’d completely forgotten them. We weren’t able to go back to complain as we work in a factory and have set meal breaks. Cmon guys, this is terrible service ! ! If you do use the restaurant for takeaway meals, count everything before you leave. Would like to hear a reply. Ps, food was ok, nowt wrong with that

The place has come on leaps and bounds, seems well looked after and I get my food quick and with great service. By far my favourite of all the Swansea stores

We love KFC, but EVERY single order we have ever placed here has been WRONG. The app will not do anything about food that is incorrectly delivered, so you have to drive there to collect it, totally defeating the object of home delivery. Even when we drive there to rectify the problem the staff are always immature, indignant and baffled at why we would come to collect food we have paid for. The whole place seems to be run by children. There is a stone-faced female manager who literally looks like she would rather beat us to death than admit a cock-up and give us what we paid for. The whole place is grim, which is so unfortunate because it is close by for us and an easy dinner option! The Colonel would be ashamed.

Awful service, I ordered three pieces of chicken and fries and when I got home I discovered that they only gave me two pieces and I looked at the receipt and I definitely ordered and paid for three pieces really disappointed

You know what to expect from KFC. In the past I have had their vegan pseudo chicken sandwich, and it wasn't bad. Hover, this particular branch does not do it. In fact there are no vegan or vegetarian options at all. Can't see me returning here.

Appalling customer service here. On visiting KFC the young server called Harley was rude, constantly interrupting and didn't seem to have enough training on the till terminal. please move them to another role that doesn't involve people. The food itself was as expected.
