Absolutely fantastic food as per usual, and quick delivery

I had donner meat and chips but it was so sickly that I couldn't even manage a quarter of it because of the amount of garlic sauce on it.

food was amazing! shame the delivery driver broke down and we waited 2 hours to receive it, but lady on phone was lovely in apologising and was open and honest about the delay. can't fault the food was lovely!

it was not the restaurant fault however the food was cold when it reached us as they had a problem with the driver and very busy. Fisrt time I have had a bad order

Food was stone cold, soggy and greasy. Pizza boxes were soggy and damaged. Usually brilliant quality from here. Very disappointed

After trialing different takeaways I can honestly say the food this company offers is exceptional and comes in really good portions. Delivery times are super quick. Always been delivered withing 30-45 mins. Compared to local companies that is quick. I highly recommended and will be ordering again in the future. 👍

my pizza was quite sloppy, and the chips had been refried. other than that, it was ok

Gave it a try and nearly 2 hours waiting for food is a disgrace. Donner average chips average, garlic bread bland and food not even hot after just leaving takeaway shop after calling to find out wher it was, would not use again.

My favorite place in Grimsby workers are nice I go there mostly ever Friday for a 12" garlic pizza (thank you all)

Was quick to come but deliver driver was rude and the food was cold and stale chips the only thing I enjoyed was the Pitter bread

The donner wrap didnt have any salad in and no option to choose sauce so just came with just the donner in the wrap, quite dry.

Ordered and paid for large chips, only received a medium. Chicken was dry and tough to eat in the kebab. Pitta bread were dry / hard. Chicken burger arrived cold.

Always use this takeaway, staff are a pleasure and always polite. Foods always piping hot, incredibly tasty and you get wat you pay for. There meat isn't fatty at all, its tender and very tasty.. My children are Autistic and they always will do there very best to go above and beyond to cater for all there needs, likes and dislikes. Without a single sigh or complaint like some other takeaways, AND read the order back to me no matter the time it takes. Nice to find a take away that actually cares and tries to help. We will be using you again - Thankyou

Use this shop on a regular basis, great staff, fast delivery and delicious food. Had share box and you got loads in it worth the money and could feed 3.

I had a large lamb kebab on this occasion. The lamb was tender, not a bit of fat in sight, perfectly cooked and hot on arrival! Enjoyed every bite!

The food was okay but the garlic bread was dripping with grease so much that it spilled out of the box which was disappointing as this used to be the best place for food that’s not overly greasy

The chicken didn't have a chargrilled taste...just burnt on the edges. The amount you get for the price used to feed me and my partner and now only one, but neither of us wanted to eat it; both sauces (the garlic and chilli were also missed off, which seems typical for most restaurants...just make sure you have your own sauce in unless you don't mind dry food🤷🏻‍♀️) for £20 I feel it has been a waste of two hours work, and not up to par. I used to love kebarbeQ.

First thing I noticed was how squashed the container of chips looked. Then I open pizza box. Same, squashed to top of box and could tell my food had not been handled with care. Put me off before I even taste it.

Used to like this place but it has went down hill gave me food poisoning been physically ill since eating chicken donner.

Not up to the usual standard. Paid 5.20 for the tiniest box of tough kebab meat and the littlest squirts (no bigger that a 50 pence piece) of chilli sauce. Not great.

Gone down hill was one of my favourite take seats for years never again! Manager must have changed or something as it’s definitely not what it used to be! Over the last few months I’ve had pink chicken salad missing last 4 times I’ve ordered, garlic bread missing, sauce missing burnt chips, cold Donna meat actually disappointing as this was my preferred kebab shop!

Won’t be ordering again, used to love this place but it’s gone down hill rapidly. The chicken kebab was just a mess of burnt chicken and the Donner was just full of what seemed like water.

Food is nice enough, but special mention to the delivery man who was so friendly and kind :) I would order from here again just because of the customer service from him

Ordering was easy, especially for a large order. The estimated delivery tine was 8.30 to 9, and the food was delivered at 8.30. And the food was excellent.

Without doubt the best kebab I've had in Grimsby, the meat combo was not only cooked to perfection, but a joy to eat. I wouldn't even think about going anywhere else when it comes to a doner munch!. Recommended to all, enjoy!

We’ve waited over 2 hours and we’re all hungry and the food is cold .. not happy

Food tasted perfect as always, however it was slightly cold. This is the 1st time it’s ever been cold so can’t complain really. I’m sure it’s only a one off.

Sent completely wrong food and didn't seem bothered when I rung back and asked for what I ordered. I don't eat what they sent. Waste of £20. Really angry, out of pocket and hungry now.

Ordered food, waited for the alloted time to pass then rang the restaurant. Apparantly there was a mix up with the just eat orders so our order was not processed until I made the phone call. Wastold ten minutes then waited nearly an hour. Its a shame about the service because the pizza I had was one of the best pizzas I've ever had! I will use these again, bit the service needs to improve on just eat orders. Food really was amazing!
