Kaspa's in Epping Forest

Ordered a take away through uber they didn't package the milkshakes properly they spilled over all our cake and bag everything was ruined terrible service wether uber driver was at thought or the kaspas they did not provide a cup holder or cling film on milkshakes to secure it in a paper bag didn't do there job properly asked for a replacement they refused

very rude service, very arrogant staff, it's a shame, I went with my family and I'm ashamed, I understand the lack of work.

Rubbish service, they got my order wrong, when I explained this he checked and said yes, he then proceded to give my wrong order to the people opposite me for free, (who already had their food) they didn't want it so they took it home, meanwhile I didn't even receive a sorry, I just had to wait for my correct order to be made. So save your money and maybe go to creams instead.
