The waffles here are amazing with white syrup. Always 5/5!!!

Delivery took 1.16 hours to deliver and said it would take 20. Product and produce is very poor - I wouldn’t use this company again unfortunately.

considering the dubai strawberry cups were an hour and a half late, you’d expect it to look like the pictures on instagram. Looks like she cut up one strawberry into very thin slices and dumped clumpy kanaffa in with barely any sauce, NEVER ordering again!!!

Ordered from here via Deliveroo. Order took over an hour and half. Ordered the kunafa strawberry’s and literally had about 3 strawberry’s in each cup and massive clumpy balls of kunafa. Won’t be ordering again!!

The sundae is always delicious as always but unfortunately the delivery is very bad. Ive ordered over 12 times and 80 percent of the tine the delivery is late.

crepe tasted like plastic and all toppings had leaked through the box. however gave them 2 stars as the ice cream sundae was just amazing

Where do I start, the apple crumble was pure mush, was like mashed potatoes, the milkshakes was thicker than a loaf of bread, couldn’t even drink it, I ordered of uber eats and took them over hour and half to the point I phoned up and said I would collect!! Got there and it’s someone’s house, they came out the back garden, definitely wouldn’t recommend!

Ordered from here for the first time and was not disappointed seems like they had an issue with drivers not delivering food on time from the reviews but I still went for it, my milkshake tasted great and ice cream sundae was delicious good price will be ordering again. well worth it!!

Disgusting waffle which was undercooked took 2 hrs for delivery asked for strawberries but didn't get any and on the 1 dessert that did there was about 2 of em which looked about a week old

Where do I start? I should have read the reviews before ordering from this place. Absolute scummy business - how do these people sleep at night? It's supposed to be halal yet their untruthfulness makes you question this. They claim to deliver in 30 mins, took over 3 hours for my delivery to come. I ordered at 18.05pm and they arrived at 21:15pm. Used the excuse of it being bonfire night - but it's a weekday so shouldn't be that busy. How lame. I was on the chat to deliveroo after an hour of it being delayed and they weren't helpful either so left that and just waited. On the phone they keep telling you that it'll be another 30 mins, 10 mins, 15 mins when you check up on your order and it ends up being way longer. My order was missing two items too! Like do they do this on purpose or what? So many people have had the same problem - missing items and too long of a delivery wait. I ended up getting the missing items in the end and they arrived within 10 mins which was okay. I'm now too exhausted to even eat the food and have work the next day - not ideal to eat this late! Not to mention the crepe was uncooked. Waffle wasn't too bad but was soggy with all the strawberries on top of it. They are generous with the amount of strawberries they give you so I'll give them credit for that.

Bad attitude off staff make out your lying and saying driver confirmed my order hadn't melted which was a lie as he apologised that they had melted coz took him too long unhygienic too Sunday arrived with the lids fallen off too totally bad customer service all round won't admit their mistakes

We ordered at 730pm for delivery scheduled at 9pm. At 920pm i rang them and they said it was on next delivery and would be another 15/20 minutes. The food eventually arrived at 955pm. Not great.

I placed an order was given a time the time then chnaged and when I contacted the restaurant all I got told was that it was on the way but guess what never got the food and now I ain’t being refunded the money I paid for food I never got never never never again

We’ve waited over 2 hours for food to come, when it originally said half hour after me ordering the food that it would come. I’ve rang up after an hour of ordering for them to say to they are still waiting on a driver to come and pick the food up. My partner ended up going to pick the food up.

Cant find the bury one online, same business, good enough. Took over an hour for a milkshake. Do you go to the shop for the stuff when a milkshake is ordered? Good idea to be ready to make one milkshake and deliver it locally within 60+ minutes👍🏼

Delivery is literally always late and the crepes tasted like plastic when it finally arrived, really need to work on their delivery times and stop taking delivery if they are too busy !!

delivery was nearly 30mins late!! ice cream had all melted waffle was freezing and our cake and custard wad freezing too!

Phone number on Google is for the Oldham Kandy Kraze who then gave me the number for the apparent bury one which turned out to be some random girls number and ordered it at 7 it arrived at 9:15 would not recommend!

Wasn’t happy with delivery driver banging on the door, he pulls up with his music blaring out of his car, at 11-30pm plus, and knocks on the door with what sounded like a key, and rang the bell. I had to tell him that using the bell is fine but banging on the door aswell when I’ve got a baby asleep isn’t acceptable. Granted he apologised however going forward can the delivery driver just be mindful of timings, blaring music and banging on doors. ☺️ thanks!!!

Usually order from here all the time for dessert since they're not based far from my area. Ordered at 9.40 food didn't arrive until after the estimated delivery time of 22.55. Rang twice for updates, first was told it was coming and will be out soon. Half an hour later asked for an update was told it's only just being given to the delivery driver. Didn't get it till past 11. For a place that's a 10 min drive it's a bit of a joke and has put me off ordering from here again tbh.

AVOID!! I waited over 2 hours for a waffle to come when they said it would only take 30mins to arrive. I rang after my order was over an hour late and they told me it was leaving in 10-15 mins over 50 minutes later I rang again and I was told it would be 10mins max when it arrived over 20mins later. To make it even worse the food came cold and was missing the extras I paid for. I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be ordering from them again. Seems like I’m not the first person this has happened to either wish I would have looked at reviews first.

Ordered for the first time, was really good..think they could do with a bit more ice cream. I did originally order a normal choc chip cookie dought but swap for a white as they were waiting for a delivery and got a free cake for the inconvenience which was lovely and my daughter was rather happy about that

They also cater for all ages and different tastes, I enjoy their traditional old school desserts. I would highly recommend this family run dessert place
