KAHYA London in Hammersmith and Fulham

10/10 - I have been coming to this restaurant for years, predominantly before or after Chelsea football matches. The food is a different level - very fresh, and the meat is absolutely beautiful. The staff make the place feel even better - they work together as a team, almost family like. Great to have you back open again, Maxwell

This is the best Turkish food in London. I would simply rate them 10/10 overall. The quality of food was good, it was tasty and unbelievably satisfying. The portion size was generous and great value for money (best kebab). The staff were very friendly, restaurant was nice and well decorated. When they became aware it was my birthday they even gave me cake after their wonderful service all night! I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a real fresh authentic Turkish cuisine.

I thought they serving human beings. Even animals will not eat what they serve. Full of oil and black body hair. Disgusting, they should close this place.

El sabor de la comida de KAHYA Fulham es muy bueno pero sus porciones son muy pequeñas según los precios que cobran. Aunque el personal que trabaja es muy amable y acogedor, tienen menos personal debido a lo cual no se puede manejar. Bueno, la dama Shaudiye es muy agradable, gentil, acogedora y amigable. Su pan es muy caro. . solo 4 piezas muy pequeñas para 3. 20. . muy caro. El tiempo de espera después de pedir la comida es largo. Ellos cocinan después de ordenar, pero les sugiero que hagan la comida a la mitad, así que cuando reciban el pedido, tómese un poco de tiempo para completarla. Bueno, estoy decepcionado porque realmente tomó demasiado tiempo de espera después de ordenar y mis hijos y nosotros nos aburrimos.

I have been visiting this place since donkeys years when it was called Best Manghal 3. The service used to be top notch, the portion size was great and tasted excellent. Now it is completely opposite, the prices have sky rocketed and the portion sizes seems to be not even enough for kids. The waiters or owners working in the restaurant have no uniform and some have their hair open and while i was there a manager was having big argument with member of staff in Turkish language infront of all customers and their tone when talking to customers is not pleasant at all.

This is the second time we've dined at Kahya (we've been going to this restaurant (before named Best Mangal, same owners), for years and always enjoyed. Well, on both occasions 2019 and August 2020, the service was so so slow. We waited at least 20 minutes before we could order any drinks or food. We had to get the attention of the staff in order to do so. Drinks arrived at the same time as the food..... Such a Shame as the food is delicious but good and professional service is as paramount.

Absolutely amazing place with good people who are customer focused. Booked my wife’s birthday dinner there for 25 people and I must say Sadiye the manager, was just open, friendly and very helpful to all our request and demands. She totally went above and beyond to make the day special for us. Would most definitely recommend this place to anyone. The food is delicious with good value for money Thank you guys for making my wife’s birthday dinner go well. You will be seeing more of us

Amazing food, with amazing staff, in particular the member of staff that served us named Sadiye, has really exceeded my expectation with her warm and gifting customer service.

Not the best experience, we were a big group for lunch but we had booked in advance so staff should have been prepared. Food quality is good. Brunch options very limited and service is poor unfortunately. I regret leaving a bad review but the whole experience could have been much better with better organization.

This was my first time eating at this restaurant. I’ve been to many Turkish type restaurants and I’d have to say this is certainly top of the top. Mr G would like to thank you for your great hospitality tonight. Very kind and friendly staff. Excellent Chefs and true definition of fine Turkish cuisine. Would recommend to anyone. And I’ll definitely be coming back.

I had dinner with my family here earlier tonight, and I must say from the service to the decor to the food, everything was absolutely lovely. Mr G was absolutely enigmatic and made us feel very welcome as a host, attentive through and through, regularly checking on us after seating us in a nice quiet spot next to the patio. We had a selection of the menu which arrived in a timely fashion but I must say, my favourites were the freshly made hummus and the chicken taouk, though my brother and preferred the lamb and beef dishes. All in all, I have to say it is a must to visit if you’re in the area, if not for the amazing service and lovely atmosphere then at the very least for the delicious food!

While visiting London, we ate here with my cousin and her boyfriend, knowing nothing about the restaurant other than being intrigued by watching the cooks man the grill by the front window. We sat down and had a couple of appetizers which were very good, but the real magic was in the chicken and lamb “mix” shish plate that a couple of us had ordered as entrees. Perfectly spiced and grilled, it was absolutely fantastic. Living in Dallas, Turkish food is not very accessible to me on a day-to-day basis, and this meal left me wishing that were not the case.

We had our 2020 New year party, the staff, service, place, food and everything that you can think off was perfect in every meaning of the word. Helpful, hospitable, excellent food what kind say.. the only way to describe them is perfect.

About a 10 minute stroll from Fulham Broadway tube station, we entered past a counter with stools and were beckoned to the back of the space. We were then guided through a narrow entry into a large, airy room with over 70 covers set out over 3 rows of mostly tables for 4. There was also a small patio at the back with tables and chairs. We had the beetroot and yoghurt starter and lentil soup, both excellent, although the soup was served lukewarm, which is not to our taste. We both ordered the lamb cutlets and there was a 50 minute wait for our mains, with another table having arrived 1/2 hour after us actually served before us, to our irritation. There were only 2 wait staff for the whole room, at a weekend lunchtime, which guaranteed poor service. Finally, the menu stated service at 10% would be charged but it was (illegally) charged at 12+% on the actual bill (which sneakily did not even state the actual percentage). As we had allowed just over 1 hour for our meal, we had to rush our mains and leave part of our food in order to get out in time for our appointment elsewhere (and in fact were a bit late). Despite the excellent quality of food, we are not minded to return soon.
