Great selection of food at an affordable price.

Went for first time this evening. Took to table never shown where food was or anything. Food OK not that warm. Jug of dulited orange £4.49. Complete joke.

It was a lovely experience here. It exceeded my expectations. The ambience is second to none and the staff are lovely.

We arrived at 5pm on a Saturday. Staff very friendly and professional. They explained how everything works as it was our first visit. The food was hot and fresh . Tasted great and the bottle of wine was as good too Very clean and tidy. Definitely will go back and try mid week sometime soon Thanks

was here for the first time on friday evening, staff were very good and attentive, as for the food it was barley lookwarm that went for every dish, the best items were the deserts, main dishes were not good

Once again this place never fails to impress. 18th birthday party for my cousin held on Saturday night. The staff were simply amazing. So patient and helpful even though we had about 7 kids big shout out to these guys and thankyou so very much.

We arrived at opening time on Sunday. Food was fresh, couldn’t fault any of the food we tried, all tasted amazing and plenty of variety. The staff were quick to take empty plates as well. There was a standard selection of deserts, nothing exceptional, but it was nice.

Great buffet restaurant with lots of yummy Chinese dishes. Steak can be ordered at the table and cooked fresh in the kitchen. Staff are friendly, plates cleared frequently. Kids love the dessert area

Quite disappointing at £20 per person for the buffet drinks not included. The food was not very warm and some dishes not fresh at all. Quite busy aswell for a Sunday afternoon. Won’t be back in a rush

We went here today for lunch for my husbands 40th birthday and service from Alex was absolutely fantastic. He was very friendly, told us about offers that was on and went out of his way to serve cake to my husband and wish him a happy birthday. We had a lovely experience and the food was very good. We'll be back again soon!

Good value good quantity of food

Food was of excellent quality and was very tasty . Service was quick and booking a reservation was very easy. Will definitely be back again but my diet is now out the window 😂

Wasn't impressed at all. Food was lukewarm and looked as if it had been sitting out for a long time. Made me nervous about food poisoning. No draught beer as tap wasn't working. There was no atmosphere at all. Won't be returning.

The restaurant itself is lovely, the food is a plenty and the quality is very good. Lots of choice and it’s easy to eat way more than you need to. An observation opposed to a criticism as May have been an accident? The waiter was quite insistent we accept a free cocktail each, normally priced at either £6 or £7 from memory, we declined but was again pushed to take one as it was free. It’s unusual in my experience to receive this approach in Northern Ireland, typically holiday behaviour. After pointing out one of the 2 of us was driving and then accepting the insistence to take both free drinks. I drank up and went to pay immediately after, guess what? The 2 drinks were on the bill. I challenged it and refused to pay as they were not part of our meal order. It would have been a disproportionate cost to our meal and 2 drinks. Maybe this was genuine? But having travelled and experienced this behaviour elsewhere where people are too polite to reject the bill, I think there may be others who this happens to and think it was a mistake for them too? I’d return for the food, but I’d be curious as to the ‘free cocktails’ appearing on the bill again.

The family and I have been here many times, we all love it. Food is great with great selection.

Lovely restaurant, food was delicious although I would like it a bit hotter. Good selection of dishes. The young barman who is Greek was very pleasant and friendly and the young lady serving us was also so nice. Nothing any bother to them. My husband and I brought 2 family members to try it fir the first time as we ourselves had been before. They both lived it also.

Great wee place to eat as everything.

Disappointed. Food is bland and lukewarm. Lack of variety. No sauce for starters. Frozen chips which were hard. Dishes not refreshed the entire time I was there. Drinks not cold. Worst Chinese ever will not be back.

We celebrated a family birthday here and the food and service were both fantastic. Everything was very fresh and hot, with a great range of seafood and meat dishes also Chinese roast duck, dumplings, duck pancakes, sushi etc. We will definitely be back!

Poor customer service. We've been asked to step outside as we arrived 10 mins earlier. When we returned on time, the boy who was welcoming us set 4 other families who arrived after us to their tables and treated us as we were invisible. That put us off and ruined our Valentine's Day. We left hungry and won't be back. That's for sure!

Great selection of food, clean and well attended- food was always filled up, fresh and plentiful. Have been a few times and had good experiences each time here. Quite family friendly with enough seating, disabled toilets, high chairs and good free parking outside. Handy location to call in for lunch and priced fairly. Chocolate fountain, sushi bar, sauce station as well as large selection of traditional Chinese buffet favourites- we love the shredded duck, beef in black bean sauce and the honey chilli chicken. Staff are very attentive at clearing plates and offering drinks throughout the experience. Will be back again!

Good value at lunch time, great selection of food and it’s regularly replenished. Like most buffets, definitely not top quality food and tastes a bit bland but overall good value and the place is very clean inside. £3.50 for a jug of cordial is a joke though, either get fizzy drink or tap water

Very unfriendly and unhelpful male staff. Were sitting at table for over 10 minutes and no one bothered to come and at least clean up the table after previous customers. Left after 15 minutes. Never come back.

Visited this resteraunt recently-lunch time- was not impressed. first and formost for anyone who visits chinese resteraunts for curry- dont come here-curry was akin to a packet sauce curry made at home with way to much water- bland at best- chicken and sweetcorn soup similar story-bland, chips of all types undercooked very rubbery- perhaps we where being served food cooked previous night as we where amoungst first in.such practice saves money /waste however leaves a bad taste in the mouth of diners--to sum up food BLAND BLAND BLAND-service was ok. made to feel welcome, i suppose they have to do something to compensate for poor quality of food.to put the cherry on the cake ,as it where,when we went to pay i found that we had been charged £7.50 for three cans of coke -£2.50 a can- this is something that can be bought for about £8.00 for 20 at tesco ie 40p a can. i have, in the past , written reviews for resteraunts on a mystery diner basis, whilst this is not the worst it by some comsiderable distance is not the best.

I have been here once and that was on Friday and had the worst experience possible. First of all there's a decent variety of food so wanted to try different things but all the food was cold before even reaching the table. The food was dry as well and lacked in flavour. The staff were extremely rude, I was debating to finish my plate of food and the staff took the plate before I could decide to finish the food I had in front of me. It felt like the staff wanted us all in and out again, they were staring at me while I was eating and kept eyeing up my plate. It felt really rushed and they couldn't wait to get me and my partner out of the restaurant. The staff were so unfriendly and gave dirty looks to me anytime I went up to the buffet to get more food. I felt so judged beyond belief and will not return. DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!!!

I ate at this restaurant for the first time last weekend. There was a good variety of food but unfortunately all the food was lukewarm.we The staff stared at everybody's plate to check how much they were taking. I felt uncomfortable while i ate the cold food as I could see the staff watching everyone.i would not recommend this place to anyone and I will not be back.

An "all you can eat" Chinese buffet. Plenty of choice. Dishes very nice. Ambience also very nice. Good experience. I will be back. New venture which deserves to succeed.

The staff were extremely attentive and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious and there was so much variety. The kept everything so clean and were constantly bringing out fresh food. I highly recommend K11. Will be back soon.

Food was lovely and the staff were incredibly helpful. We visited with a young baby and they were very accommodating and did everything they could to make our visit as easy and as comfortable as possible

I have been in a few buffets, but this one is exceptional! Staff are brilliant, table service amazing. But food is so tasty. Greasy Cosmos, Mandarin Buffet, Bravo in Newry they need to learn how food is actually should appear and taste. To the owners i just can say dont drop your quality of servise and food, keep it up!

Great place, awesome staff. Amazing for birthdays, staff will let you bring your own cake etc. We had a chat with the owner and he's so passionate about the restaurant and his customers. Definitely check the place out!

We were there on Wednesday 11th August. The food was fantastic and the service was great. There was a wide choice of different food and it was good value. It was our sons birthday and he got his meal free which was a lovely touch.

Found it by accident great little spot, one of the better Chinese buffets, everything was fresh and tasty.. kids loved it which always makes things a little bit easier. All in all will definitely be back

Edit: In response to the owners response, we had ID. The server just either chose to ignore us when we requested the discount (twice) or didn't hear us. Decent food. We have been twice and the last time we got overcharged (paying seemingly £10 each for 2 very small children when the website states half price, and the birthday girl didn't eat free) Probably our fault for not being vocal enough about it at the till despite there being balloons and cards and a badge. Regardless, the food is average-good, depending on what you get. Nothing disappoints, and it's nice to have duck pancakes, sushi and dumplings on offer. The rest of the range is quite small and focuses on chicken dishes, but with limited room they have done the best they can, I think. The service is good too, despite the overcharging which has bumped this down a star. Only wish they had imperial mints with the bill/at the counter to close out the experience!

Our first time to the restaurant. Never thought it will be so lovely inside as you can't see much from out side. The atmosphere is very cosy & very clean. The food was delicious & staff were exceptional. It's all you can eat restaurant & they top the food constantly. Food is very tasty & so were the dessert 🍨 Definitely try it out if you haven't been there. Will visit again.
