K11 Restaurant And Bar in Craigavon

Sorry to hear K11 is closing next week 23 Dec I had a voucher bought for a xmas present I rang them up to enquire about getting my money back They were brilliant with giving me full refund

We had seen this restaurant advertised and decided to try it. We were seated immediately and the server the system on how the restaurant works. The food was fresh and very delicious. There is a large variety of dishes and everything was clean and well presented. The staff were friendly and offered quick service

Rang earlier on in the week, was told would be open yesterday for lunch and no need to book. Couldn't make it so assumed would be open today, turns out to be one of those businesses that just shuts when they feel. Opening hours on door stated should have been open. Drove 60miles+ journey as I wanna try all bizarre food places this summer. Before they make some bs excuse like we posted closed on Facebook so you need FB to see if we are open, I hope owners realise that's the wrong way to run business.

Visited K11 on a word of mouth recommendation and had a lovely meal. The staff who greeted us were so friendly and great with our small children, offering a highchair etc. the interior of the restaurant was really clean and modern. The food was nicely presented and plenty to choose from, and the deserts were lovely too, my daughter loved the chocolate fountain and ice cream machine! The selection of fresh fruit was lovely and really tasty. Quite expensive for what it is but then with the cost of living crisis we did expect it to be a little bit more on the expensive side. Would definitely visit again

We have been a few times. I would highly recommend this place the staff are great and the food is lovely. My grandchildren love this place as they can choose themselves. We will definitely be back.

A hit or miss restaurant, today will be our final time due to yet another disaster experience. Not replenished resulting in cold soggy food which was uneatable. The rotten attitude from the aging member of staff who oversees the buffet area leaves for an uncomfortable experience. The children where afraid to go for ice cream due to her staring at them today and previously. Perhaps night time is better time to attend but I strongly recommend you avoid.

We visited this evening having been recommended by a family member. Very warm welcome from the staff. Busy buffet lots of couples and family’s. A vast amount of meat and prawn dishes to choose from, and a good selection from the desert menu. All dishes tasted were delicious and very tasty. Thoroughly enjoyable evening - big thank you and we’ll see you again.

Children's prices are based on height. If your child is above average height like my 10 year old and above the 1.5m then they charge full price of £18.99. It was hardly worth the £18.99 as an adult, never mind for a child. There are far better places where for children it is the standard under 12's that applies and height doesn't matter.

I have been at K 11 a few times ,but tonight i would like to thank all the staff for a wonderfull evening. I would like to thank Darren especially for personaly looking after one of our party who was Gluten intolerant. Knothing was to much trouble, the rest of our family all had a fantastic meal and all the food was hot and tasty. I highly recommend this restuarant to anyone and could not fault any of the dishes. Thank you once again ,we will be back.:)

Went all the way down to discover the place is closed on tuesday ,you need to update your website very disappointed. I will rate it 4 but on previous occasions not today's.

The food was nice but the woman cleaning the benches needs to up her customer service skills tutting at customers because the chocolate fountain dripped off the marshmallow was uncalled for will not be back

This was our second time visiting K11 and it was every bit as good as the first, maybe even better. The food was delicious, the staff were attentive and the atmosphere was relaxed. My two children enjoyed trying the copious amounts of mains and desserts. The desserts were in smaller portions than the previous visit, which was brilliant as you didn’t feel guilty about trying them…. Keep going… it’s is defo worth a wee try. Kiddies get their meal for half price, which was excellent. Thank you again. Allie

When I heard that K11 had opened as a buffet restaurant I was quite disappointed. I had memories and images of all the horrible experiences of eating in this style of restaurant in different parts of the world. How wrong I was to prejudge. From the moment to you arrive in K11 to the moment you leave it is quite simply one of the best food and customer service experiences you will encounter anywhere. The food is better than anyone could expect. Always fresh and hot and including delicacies normally reserved for more top end restaurants such as sushi, crispy duck and lobster. To top it all off there is an amazing choice of desserts with fresh fruit and a chocolate fountain and not forgetting the wonderful top class self serve whipped ice cream. I applaud Justin and his staff for what they have achieved. Interestingly it is the only 'self service' establishment where I actually always add a tip to the bill. I think that says enough. Only complaint is my growing waistline. :-)

I visited K11 with a friend and her daughter tonight. Staff were very helpful and food was lovely. So much variety and all very fresh. I look forward to visiting again soon.

Fantastic evening as always!! Food was beautiful and lots of variety!! Staff are so friendly and attentive, couldn't do enough for us when we were there. Staff had helped us decorate with banners and balloons for our party and made the evening very enjoyable!! Highly recommended

Absolutely love this place. Tasty food and great service. Staff very attentive and helpful. Always pick here for our birthday celebrations as we get plenty of time and plenty of food for our money. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful evening at K11 celebrating my birthday. The food is delicious with a large variety to chose from and the freedom to try a bit of everything if you want to. The staff are wonderful very welcoming, friendly and attentive.

Visit this buffet restaurant in Craigavon because of friends mention. Great value to get many different food and lobster. Highly recommended and will be back
