I ordered macaroni cheese it was available when I ordered it and it was only when they called to say the driver would be setting they let me know they didn’t have any I was charged £4 but received £3.60 refund. Wasn’t given any veg with a large Won’t be ordering again

I ordered two dishes with steamed veg and rice and peas for around 40 guests at a family gathering. I was able to arrange an early morning pickup on a Sunday too! Nothing was too much trouble and the quality and service was excellent. I can highly recommend Just Yummy for catering as well as takeaways.

I have never in my 40 years tried such bad food I was so disgusted and disappointed with what came I ended up throwing it all away out of anger. I ordered £40 worth of food which was more think 40p worth The Mac and cheese was hard no cheese just discoloured hard pasta? The fried chicken was small not large bland and just over all not good there was tiny pots of gravy that tasted barbecued a tiny gravy pot with veg I didn't even attempt to taste the rice and peas. It looked awful The curry chicken was 4 pieces of diced chicken with water sauce it was all bad bad bad my son spat the dumpling out it was a grease ball There was no salt fish so we was supposed to get extra fried chicken what a joke that was honestly don't know who is keep these in business £12 for a large meal what a joke And £9 for a medium NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER THIS

Over 2 hours late, and when it did finally arrive, the driver couldn't find the address, so my partner had to go and stand on the road. I'm not happy with that what so ever. The food was nice, though. Just bad delivery service.

Shocking. Their fish meal don't come with a full fish. It's just 2 thin slices of snapper in watery soup.

Ordered at 7.10pm had to ring up at 8.30pm to be told the driver was out delivering food, rang at 8.45 drivers is still apparently out. Absolutely disgusting customer service and had the check to say my order was delivered when you never did.

Food arrived late and luc warm, tasted very bland and ended up throwing half of it away which was extremely disappointing for the money I paid. Won’t be ordering again, avoid.

Has to be some of the worst food I have ever eaten. Stale dumplings. Overcooked plantain. Steamed veg was microwaved carrots and broccoli. Less than 1 out of 5

I've used Just Yummy many, many times. And will use them many more too. Food is always amazing ...Please note though guys the rice and peas was missing from the large meal selected, bit of a disappointment tbh. No need to refund anything or send another out. Put an extra on my next order though please. John

Never normally leave a review, but this food was actually inedible! Waited 2 hours for it to come! Ordered brown stew chicken and peppered steak meal and they both had really watery sauces and only a tiny bit of meat, it was also extremely spicy. The chips i took one bite of they were rock solid and looked and tasted like they had been triple cooked. Not even proper rice & peas either. This is the worst carribean meal iv ever had

WELL, where can I start...... The oxtail was pure BONE, I ordered I Guinness punch, I got a Tropical Rhythms fruit punch. Couldn't even call to say they didn't have the drink I ordered. Poor customer service.... If you can't deliver the food people want/order. Come OUT of the food business.....

Only reason I have give 1 star is because couldn’t give none! Food was ordered at roughly 8.30 at 10.30 was told it had been delivered. It finally arrived at 11.30 Food is absolutely diabolical. Looks and tasted like a £1 microwave meal. Absolutely shocking. NEVER AGAIN!!

Ordered the curry goat meal with steamed cabbage, didn’t get any cabbage! Also order the 1 piece of chicken and 2 hot wings with chips and a can. Only got 3 wings, 1 piece of chicken missing, but wings was very over cooked. Overall not happy with this order. Which is a shame because they have been decent up-to now.

For the price the portions are TINY!! £9 gets you 6 small pieces of goat. The portion of Ackee and Salt fish was so small! Brown stew chicken was not brown stew chicken it looked like chicken fillet in a jus. Ackee and salt fish was over salted but was still nice. We eat Caribbean all the time so I know what the dishes are meant to taste like. The goat was lovely and the rice was the nicest rice I’ve had however there just wasn’t enough food for the price. Called the restaurant - woman was ridiculously rude and told my fiancé if he knew how to cook there wouldn’t be an issue 🤷🏽‍♀️ absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever! And the food was over half an hour late but it doesn’t give me the option to choose longer than 20 mins

Did not bring the drinks that was ordered plus was not traditional Caribbean food just my opinion will not order again but thanks for the quick delivery

Food was nice, but small portions. Delivery took 2 hours & that was on a Wednesday. Came missing a drink from one of the meals & no plantain despite ordering & paying for it.

Our order was late however we were informed by a lovely lady who apologized and gave us free Patty's the food was well worth waiting for never had so much fish with a salt fish and ackee meal before usually its tiny bits from other takeaways. Will definitely order from here again.

Food great, delivery appalling

I’m not even going to wait until the food arrives as I don’t have a problem with the quality but it is unacceptable to be waiting for over 2 hours !!! And to have to chase to find out where the order is is unacceptable. My order was accepted at 1934 . It has just arrived at 2137 !!! Unacceptable!!

The food was lacking flavour and spice even the Guinness punch was weak. I don't feel it was cookee using an authentic Caribbean recipe or chef. I would recommend that guiness be given in bottles rather than milkshake cups. The meat for curry goat and stew chicken very oily. Mac n cheese almost burnt with little flavour. Considering the reviews i was quite disappointed. I think i will continue to eat from my locals in Hulme and Moss Side. They just don't deliver which is the downside. The food was delivered quickier than most Caribbean so i was impressed with that.

LOVELY enjoyed very much. As someone of West Indian parents (my parents are from St Kitts) it’s nice to find somewhere that still does Caribbean food nowadays and this was very nice. The crowing thing for me was the Guinness punch because I LOVE IT and I notice not all Caribbean take away food places nowadays do Guinness punch which is a shame, because for me this is vital to wash down a nice dish of chicken and rice or curried goat and rice etc... Hope my next order from this place will be as nice, I trust it will be 😊
