I've lived in immingham now for 4 years and I've been very cautious of trying new places. After much debate with the girlfriend we decides to order a few items I was very pleased and it came very quick even took notes of our order receipt to any specific things we wanted on our food. I would highly reccomend this place and it is now my go to place for food only around the corner at 44 Jersey place. It's always hot and the service at my door is always pleasant with a thank you and have a good day.

Had a good 10-15 orders now. I don't live close. Food is hot, fresh & high quality every single time. Even on a busy Friday night. A few bad reviews is inevitable for a takeaway, but these boys are trying hard & doing well. 10/10

I've had a delivery and picked up from here, the delivery took about an hour but the food was hot, will definitely use again

Absolutely shocking, ordered on the app it said 45 minutes, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and left it another 40 minutes. Tried calling but struggled to get through which took 10 minutes, to then be told that there was four tickets before mine. I asked to speak with a manager and they fobbed me off saying he wasn’t there but I could hear him in the background saying too busy manager not here. The food has always been pretty decent to be fair but this is a massive let down. I was then asked if I wanted to collect, no I ordered and paid for it to be delivered. Shocking correspondence.

I ordered the calzone with doner meat and chips and got to say was banging. The chips not sure what seasoning they put on them was gorgeous and the calzone was beautiful the sauce that they used was lovely with the onions and doner meat would deffo order from here again

Ordered pizza named "Vegetarian" under category vegetarian pizzas. When I arrived at the hotel and opened the box, realised that it is a pizza with chicken that I have got. My bad for not checking properly at the place. For someone who does not eat meat, now I needed to throw the pizza out and find other food for dinner. Very, very disappointing.

There are maybe 4 or 5 pizza takeaways in Immingham, I have tried them all in the past, but Jay's is the best in my own opinion. Well done.

Everytime the order is wrong and we ring up they are rude and ask for more money for things they missed

Food was over an hour it was cold and wrong rang back up guy was shouting then said nothing they can do as they are busy what a joke food was awful like it was yesterday's

Ordered two cakes, a milkshake and two bottles of drink tonight at 7:50 pm. Over three hours later, and twice having the app I used contact the takeaway, the order finally arrives. Or at the very least. Half of it. In poor condition. The to large bottles of Fanta I ordered at 2.50 each were not even present, and the milkshake was in its side. Half of it in the bottom of the paper bag and the other half covering the two cheesecakes I ordered rendering them destroyed. I through the whole order away, and I'm £25 down but safe in the knowledge not to use these guys again as they simply do not care about their customers or their food quality. Happy to take your money and provide an extremely subpar service with late delivery, missing items, and poor delivery quality. I massively recommend against using these guys.

First time I've ordered, it's been closed every time I've tried but omg seriously happy we got them whilst they were open!! 🤤 I've tried every take away in Immingham and this is by far the best one I've had and will be ordering again! Food was lovely! Really nice.. Hot, very helpful staff & delivery driver too! Amazing! Very happy 😊

Very enjoyable meal.1st time trying and will definately be ordering again.its the only takeaway IV had where I don't feel full afterwards.the skittles milkshake is a must try.

I ordered twice,the first was to try out the Burger and it was good, but the second we ordered 3 12"pizzas yesterday... They came on time, good value for the price They have the 3 cheese pizza was my fav.. and the meaty one was good as well. The third was bbq ..had so much sauce on it. I highly recommend the place and service ...best of luck

Absolute monstrosity of a takeaway experience. After previously ordering from "J's", normally we've had a really good experience. However, the last few times we've ordered from J's, it has not been to the standard one would except from a repeatable takeaway establishment . We always order CHEESE!! on our chips but sadly this never arrived (Ben likes cheese) no cheese makes ben sad!!!. I had been looking forward to a lovely warming meal after a cold busy nightshift on the Humber bank. The food we received was so cold I needed gloves to hold it and I've have frostbite on my tongue now, Thanks for this, you've ruined my holiday you have. I wanted to order a milkshake however, your prices are far to expensive and sadly your milkshake does not bring all the boys to the yard. Normally we order from your takeaway every Tuesday night but we wont be Ceeing yoU Next Tuesday. regards, Mr. Mike. Oxlong.

Amazing food, burgers are absolutely fantastic as well as the milkshakes. We'll worth the money feel like I've been to an American dinner restaurant. Definitely worth a try for something different :)

Nice food, overcooked chips but as a first try I'd go back. Garlic and chilli sauce spot on as was the kebab👍

Went with a friend, prices are different from what they are on the menu and he had to wait half an hour for a burger that he described to be dry

Awful. Worst Parmesan ever. It was bits of dry chicken put together, not even breaded. Called to order but the person answering the phone was rude and didn’t know anything about the menu. Then ordered online. They were late so called to ask when I was going to get my food. They said they hadn’t received my ordered. Then they found it. Said 5mins. 15mins later nothing has arrived. The person answering the phone was rude and unhelpful. Didn’t even apologize once
