This pizza place is a must if you want a delicious thin crust pizza. The pizza and other foods such as hallumi sticks and tasty chips are also delicious. The atmosphere is a delight. Totally recommended, but can get crowded on some days so make sure that you book a table beforehand. Delight of a place. BOOk NOW

Absolutely fantastic pizzeria in upper Bangor! Have been frequently visiting since they opened and have never been disappointed. Just last night we ordered 8 Margherita Monday deals to collect which arrived quick, fresh and delicious. We then had to order an extra pizza at late notice, which they prepared immediately as to not let the others go cold. Relaxed atmosphere with tasty desserts and nice pints too. Couldn't recommend enough!

Spotted this place as I drove out of Town, so glad I turned around and went back for a take out. The Fun Guy pizza and Herb Fries were absolutely amazing, one of the best I've had. The staff and service was fab too really quick and friendly,Will definitely be calling in again... And again... And again.

Been meaning to go here for a while and a last minute change of plan meant we ended up here last night for a couple of take away pizzas. Pizzas were delicious, made quickly by friendly staff. But most of all they were well priced. We live closer to Llandudno than Bangor so our go to Pizzeria in the past has been Johnny Doughs, but we've not been going recently as they've increased their prices so much. Jones pizza even do a £5 margarita pizza deal, amazing! We'll be travelling a bit further in future for a better tasting, better priced pizza, with better service and a top atmosphere. Diolch yn fawr Jones pizza, top job! Our new favourite 😁

Been there twice already. The first time the waitress was very slow and forgot cutlery and water. It didn't feel very organised at all. Pizza was very good though. The gluten free one I had was so tasty. We went back again recently and the service was much better - a different waitress this time. The pizza guy was always super friendly and asked how the pizza was. Highly recommended. For someone who usually doesn't fancy pizza, this is the only pizza place I'd be excited to go again.

I seen a chunky brunette lick my pepperoni and put it back on my pizza then seen him lick a fork after somone had used it. I will not be comming back untill somthing gets sorted

I went their 2weks ago and it was very nice ,, I went with family (5 of us ) and all 4 pizzas were very nice cooked perfect but one was very greasy and the halen Mon fries 🍟 didn't have have any halen Mon on them ( might have been a little misshap,, didnt complain cos they were very busy but really nice

Best Pizza in North Wales, I've now visited and dined in a number of times with friends and family and I can hands down say that Jones Pizza is the place to go for THE best Italian style pizza with a modern twist! Every topping I've chosen has been an experience in themselves. You think you know what to expect but in reality it's so much more! Everything seems to be fresh and of a high quality and all of this at super reasonable prices! The atmosphere is a chilled warming and welcoming vibe and they have a great selection of good local beer and non-alcoholic drinks. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone that hasn't been there. Thank you again for having us we'll most definitely be back!

Our experience with the takeaway pizzas we ordered was quite disappointing. Despite opting for different toppings, all four of us agreed that the pizzas just didn't hit the spot. My pizza was particularly bad, as it was burnt to a crisp (as you can see in the photo). While I understand that wood-fired pizzas are meant to have some charcoaling, this was beyond what I expected. I was left with black flakes in my teeth and an overwhelming taste of burnt. The base was also very soggy, which made for a weird texture. I had chosen mushrooms as a topping, which I expected to be a little bit moist, but this was more like a pool. One of my friends even left half of her pizza behind because it was so wet. Considering the price and portion size, as well as the extra £2 we paid for toppings, we were all quite disappointed. In fact, I've included a side-by-side comparison with a similar pizza restaurant in Bangor that has consistently delivered a 10/10 experience whenever we have visited them. We will be sticking to them in the future.

This place is such an asset to Bangor. Really great buzzy atmosphere, very tasty pizza with unique flavours. We've told everyone about it (although maybe we shouldn't because they are always packed!). Really well done to the team and wish them the best of luck!

Not been back in North Wales to visit the restaurant yet but Jones Pizza catered for our wedding back in March and we cannot fault them! The pizzas are SO yummy, the staff are always friendly and polite and they just let off an amazing vibe. Highly recommend!

if u want to pay premium price for a greasy, razor thin pizza that is somehow both burnt and raw at the same time, with the cheese sloughing off, then this is the place for you. 2012? no clue how this place has been successful wnough to franchise here.

(We do take away) NO YOU DON'T!!!! Tried for two consecutive weekends on a Saturday evening to order one. "welcome to the Vodafone voicemail" so tonight (Saturday) I thought I would drive at 6.30pm to order one from your restaurant. I was told you were not doing take away orders as you are fully booked at 6.30pm!!!!! Highly frustrating after driving 20 miles round trip. It's quite simple business skills really. DONT advertise that you do take away when your phone is constantly off, and you turn people away that come to order one. If the demand on a Saturday is too much either employ more capable staff or stop doing take away on a weekend and letting people down. No doubt the pizza is probably amazing (if I ever get to try it) Not a good way to run a business, you need to be more efficient and stop advertising take away when it's impossible to order one. Sort it out!!!!!!!

Went for a pizza and a few drinks with friends. The pizzas are amazing and was great that we were able to see them being cooked from our table. I highly recommend the ‘ o mam bach’ pizza with rosemary chips. Easily the best pizzas in North Wales. Will return soon 🍻🍕

What can I say about this place, absolutely brilliant. Having had pizza in many different countries including Italy, I am definitely somebody who knows top quality pizza, the best is Neapolitan and they have absolutely cracked it, using the finest ingredients and the traditional methods. But with a more modern twist on some of the toppings. It is absolutely gorgeous, the best I’ve had in a long time, in fact only Stile in Chester which recently got voted best in Uk was better, tbf not much in it. The garlic breads absolutely gorgeous, rosemary and halen mon fries also perfect. A good selection of vegetarian and vegan offerings too. Great service and good atmosphere. I would recommend booking as it can get busy. But definitely well worth it and reasonably priced; will be back agsin and again. Lovely crusts and an recommend the trio of dipping Sauces

Brilliant pizzas with a no-fuss, cool atmosphere

I've had pizza in my life. A lot of it. In a lot of different places, New York, California, you name it. But nothing compares to the taste of an authentic neopolitan pizza. And Jones Pizza is an absolute master of making these authentic, delicious pizzas. I've had authentic pizzas elsewhere, including established pizza restaurants that my Italian friends have taken me to. Jones Pizza is head and shoulders above them all, and I can't wait for my friends to visit us in Bangor so that I can take them to Jones Pizza. The bread is delicious and it is fired in a custom made oven for neopolitan pizzas that gets the pizza base to the perfect texture and consistency, crispy and very slightly charred on the outside, but airy and light on the inside. The pizza sauce tastes fresh and is bursting with flavour. And as far as toppings go, Jones Pizza offer a wide range of pizzas, with a wide range of ingredients. I particularly recommend the Eryri. They are happy to customise the pizzas for you, adding or deleting toppings as you request - my go to is the Eryri without the chorizo, and with fresh chillies added. Jones Pizza is pizza heaven, and every single person I know who has tried their pizza has had amazing things to say about it! Their prices are also very reasonable!

Went there Saturday night with the other half, it was booming, people coming in off the street having takeaway’s asking for a table. Sooo bisy, I had one of the best pizza’s I’ve ever tasted, it had Brie, chillis and pepperoni”ERYRI”.I didn’t speak to the other half for 10 minutes while I was eating this masterpiece. DA IAWN Jones Pizza, hard work pays off. And well deserved. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

We walked down to the restaurant,hoping to get a seat inside as we hadn't booked, we would have been happy with a takeaway if nothing was available. Luckily, we were greeted and seated quickly. It was busy inside only being open a few days! The service and pizza did not disappoint! We really enjoyed it, the service was great, and smooth, pizzas were best in Bangor, actually one of the best I've had! We will be back. Diolch yn fawr a pob lwc.
