Great pizza... 10/10! Pepperoni is the best pizza with fries, the barbecue sauce though is quite strong. But overall, 10/10

Honestly not worth is orders my food an hour and half ago it’s not came then called and said they sent it to another house know gotta wait another 30 mins honestly such a piss take 😡

Awful today, after years of using, were rude, argumentative... will never purchase again.... suggest you go elsewhere.. and i mean have used for at least 8 years....disgusting the way they spoke to me..not even sure I will get my money back... Do Not Use.. I will never again...

just recived a pizza and i felt sick after eating it, the cheese was like plastic and ham was disgusting with an after taste, i would not recommend.

Use Joe’s regularly, but I have to say tonight exceeded expectations. I have just had probably the best kebab ever. Keep it up guys and gals.

We have been ordering from Joes for the last 8 years or so and only had 1 hiccup with a delivery that was incorrect, it was rectifed in good time, and as you would expect, we got to keep the incorrect food as they could not re-distribute it. Our latest orders have been delivered on time and in good condition, pizza's tend to slide in boxes as they are transported, all pizza delivery companies are guilty of this, not much can be done. As for reviews on here about the website and app being difficult to use, they are not, I can't see anyway of making them easier to use to be honest, and the card fraud, never had a problem, maybe that reviewer should get some kind of protection on their computer/phone/tablet, or just pay cash, they do accept cash!! As another previous reviewer said, the prices are good, but really do check out the deals first, the big one is our favorite with the extra pizza for £5.99, you can't go wrong, a bit of everything and a bottle of pop to boot, and with the voucher codes you can get even more of a bargain!!! Top job. When we did have that 1 issue years ago, the chap we spoke to explained very clearly and politely what our options were, offered us a refund or wait for the food to be cooked again and delivered, he was also straight with us and told us that they were very busy and would have to wait about an hour, which was fine. I feel some of these reviews about the customer service over the phone being somewhat disappointing could have been so much different, I guess that the customers have phoned up complaining, probably swearing and generally being obnoxious and then not hearing what what is being said to them because they have got themselves so worked up and "hangry" that they lost their self respect and understanding. I say to those people, just cook yourself!! Keep up the good work all at Joes, and we will be ordering soon!

After ordering 2 pizzas tonight in a very difficult to use website which kept switching to Facebook I noticed my pizzas were for collection only. I called the shop immediately to be told by a very nice man that no problem my pizzas were in the oven and could be delivered in half an hour. An hour later my pizzas turned up and unfortunately were Luke warm and rubbery like they had been stood around for ages. We called the store to be told it was our own fault as we had selected collection only so yes they had been stood around and then eventually sent out! What arrogance from a company who we have used many times and had a really good service from. Sorry joes pizza u have lost a loyal customer.

I AM DISGUSTED IN JOE'S PIZZA. I made a mistake on my own behalf not giving my address details properly for them to then claim 50% of my refund.. And when I rung up to dispute why 50% was been taken he was rude the man was

Had my card details copied and everything leads to Joe's website (as well as the other dodgy sites for takeouts in this area which are made by the same company). Avoid their own sites and just order from Just Eat or phone up and pay with cash. Not worth the hassle or stress just for pizza. Joes; please look into this and get some better site security, maybe from a company that isn't dodgy as.

We went into this place for food and the manager couldn't even break a smile, no eye contact he seemed genuinely depressed to be there. the food came out fast, too fast, the garlic bread was microwaved and the pizza was dry and rubbery.

Took over two hours to deliver and was over an hour late. Driver turned up with cold food and 1 bottle of regular coke, when I had ordered 2 bottles of diet. Driver called me and said I had to go down to the front door (never have I had to do this before).

I haven’t had a pizza from here in a while and I was overall quite happy delivered a little late but really enjoyed it and there own made sweet chilli sauce is amazing I wish they sold it in a bottle, the price is very good as well but I would recommend that you look at the deals first

I frequently used joes pizza for over two years, some times the food would arrive and be very shocking and other times it would be really good. I took the rough with the smooth and never complained I even recommended Joes PIzza to friends and family. Unfortunately when I had an issue with them and tried to express my upset at this they became very Irate and rude to me. When you have spent lots of money with a company it’s very very frustrating felt them to be so damn rude just because you’re unhappy with a service you’re given! Apparently the menu and offers on just eat and out dated and some how were are expected to Know this and not question why our food Bill is higher or items are missing or replaced with something you don’t like. Steer clear there is much better options out there

The food was delicious could not fault them, but the service was slow, was meant to be delivered by 7:40pm but didn't come until 8:05pm. My partner had a 9" margherita pizza, and he said it was the best pizza he ever had. The chilli cheese nuggets were also very tasty. Overall was satisfied with the food so will definitely be ordering from them in the further. Just hope the delivery a little faster next time.

Ordered 2 pizzas at 8.10pm and they said 45 minutes. Still not here at 10pm! Phoned them and they said it had been delivered. Well not to us they hadn't. It was payment on delivery, so surely if they went to the wrong house the people there must have paid for them? Why would you if you hadn't ordered them? They kept us waiting on the phone while they went off and asked whoever took the order, then came back and apologised and said they would do them now and send them. They arrived at 10,20pm. Not even a gesture of a bit of a discount! Not impressed at all.

The salad on my chicken with chips was soggy, would be better with salad separate. Both pizzas were good. The portion of cookie dough was small compared to the price, although they were very nice.

A little disappointed unfortunately 😒, ordered extra mushrooms, if there was 1/2 of one on there I would been exaggerating, and very greasy, soggy base. Sorry for bad review, I felt over all food was just ok.

ordered one chicken burger and one cheeseburger. received two cheeseburgers and no chicken burger. The wraps had no salad in. Portion of chips were pretty stingy. Garlic bread pizza was dry. Won’t be ordering again.

Kids love the pizza from here and they generally have some good deals on too. Staff are polite when ordering and food is delivered on time (always) it's also great that they also offer other food like kebabs, wraps and chips as as my other half doesn't eat pizza so we don't have to order from different places.

Service was amazing and the staff were so kind but the food was really greasy and actually made my stomach hurt a little bit and the cheese and toppings were quite plastic tasting the pizza was also crushed when we got it But the driver was really nice and even called up when we didn’t answer the door it was just a shame that the food wasn’t as good as the service

Lovely mozerell sticks and good delivery service, however attention to detail of food is poor, cheesy fries were in fact chips with a small amount of dry and plastic like cheese. Hot cookie dough was overcooked, hard and crusty and defintly not worth the price. The southern fried chicken is always lovely but was a bit dry.

Been ordering from here for the past few weeks and everything was ok we even phoned them to compliment the food. So i go to make an order and it keeps getting declined so i decided to call them up. I am spoken to by a very rude manager who claims i have left them a bad review and now i am unable to order again. I checked my review history and no such review has been made!! Shocking customer service and no aplogy has been offered to myself for their mistake. Absolute joke and no way to treat loyal custmers.

At least once a month we use Joes Pizza. They often quote 45 mins for delivery, but it can vary dramatically. On quiet days the food has been with us 22 minutes after order confirmation, but has also been over an hour before. Food is always hot. Food is always of good quality, and not once have we ever had food that has disagreed with us.

50 mins late, no apology from delivery driver. Food cold. Terrible.

Telephoned when the delivery was 30 minutes late and told that it had just left with the driver. Called again another 20 minutes later and told that the driver had two deliveries and ours was one of them. Called again another 15 minutes later, 1hr 5 mins late total and 35mins after they said it had left the shop, told we would get a call back to update us this did not happen. 10 minutes later food arrived, 2.8 miles & 45 minutes after they said it had left the shop. The food is typically very very good from here. On any other night I would have sent the driver back with it but because it was so late and we were not prepared to wait any longer.

The pizza(s) arrived but one of them is the wrong pizza so called them back and they said they are going to re arrange a deliver for the correct pizza, it has now been 10+ minuets since that phone call and they have yet to arrive with the correct pizza... Not a happy customer

Great food for the past 3 times now, can't moan about a thing. Highly recommended and I would of paid top money for the meal that was delivered tonight, Well done! Bostin food. I've found my new take away. Deliverery driver was nice too A**

When biting into one of my wedges heard and felt crunching when I spat it out there was a small stone in my food, tried to contact the restaurant however no luck with getting through. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again

My son and I ordered two pizzas and some chips and waited near enough an hour only for the driver to phone me and say that he couldn’t find the house. I asked whether he’d been driving around all this time and he said that he hadn’t, that’d he not long took delivery if our order. I gave him directions and he arrived, I paid, gave a tip, went back in the house and opened the boxes to find the food was luke warm, which although not brilliant with the pizza, was still edible, but not so good for the chips, which we threw away. I should have have phoned and complained but didn’t. We’ve used another pizza place since without any problems which have now gained our custom.

food late, had to ring and see where it was. then it finally come and the delivery girl didn’t even say sorry, plus had to warm food up because it was 15 minutes late so was cold by the time it finally arrived. apart from that it was a lovely pizza and nuggets :)

Food turned up, ice cream was wrong so I ran out to the delivery drivers car and asked for a refund on the ice cream (we paid in cash) He said 'naaa you're gonna have to call to get a refund.' Obvs really annoying but hey ho. Get inside to lukewarm pizza and chips. We're all sat round queuing to use the microwave to heat it up. Obviously I phone to complain, explained the whole ice cream sitchy and that the food was cold. Manager was really rude, said that we could go pick up a new pizza if we like. What use is that though, why would we get a delivery if we could go collect in the first place? Why would I pay £1 for delivery when in the end I'd have to collect my own reasonably heated pizza? Then offered to come collect the cold food and send out more. Which would've been fine if the food wasn't such a poor standard and I wasn't proper hungry. All I really wanted was a refund, or a partial refund and least and the manager said he'd refund the ice cream if we gave it back and that we can have 20% discount next time we order which I'm guessing he only offered me just because he knew we won't order again Generally an all round poor performance on Joe's pizza part. Will not be ordering again. Would give zero stars if I could.

I ordered food at around 6:20pm and it arrived at 8:20pm despite the restaurant only being 2/3 roads away from my house. I rang the restaurant twice, and at 7:25pm they said it was on the way but as i still hadn’t received it by 8pm, i rang again and they said they had just set out. The food finally arrived at 8:20pm, and ended up being brought to me by the manager of the restaurant, The pizza was almost freezing cold and the fries had gone hard, and the whole thing was also 2 hours late. This is unacceptable for me as they are our usual takeaway restaurant and food is usually of a much better quality.

Joes is great for the odd takeaway but i will stand firm in this, the pizzas have little to no taste... it must be the cheese or something but everything else is very acceptable and the delivery/opening times are great for that late night guilty pleasure. To sum up lots of food and decent prices...

Good value pizza. Nice friendly staff. Pretty tasty and hot normally! Only 15 mum wait when ordering to collect which is great. Our last pizza (delivered) was a huge dissappointment but apparently was a new member of staff. 1.5 hrs for delivery and only just warm when it arrived. Have been offered a free dessert with next pizza but don't eat them!

I hope this is resolved soon or i will be ordering else were. Sorry if it sounds harsh.
